I made an order to an old shipping address (which in an entirely different state) by accident, I call customer service minutes after, and they tell me they 1) can't cancel order because I used express shipping 2) can't change the delivery address after order confirmation 3) can't refund because they don't have a refund button.

I have H&M swimsuits I have been using for about 3 years and they're still in good condition.

I have always gotten EXCELLENT SERVICE from H&M, in the stores and online. The costumer service is one of the ABSOLUTE best I have ever met, and they have always been very helpful and friendly, and have every time quickly resolved ANY problem I'd might have.
On 7/22 I ordered $490 clothes for my daughter, 7/27 there's a note on my tracking stating that my goods was damaged, I called CS and was told the could not refund me until warehouse makes a decision today is 8/8 I did not get the school clothes I ordered nor my $490, I now have to spend additional money I don't have to order school clothes for my daughter
Never order online. They don't make any changes or cancel your orders even if you have ordered 1 hour ago, Customer reps don't help you, and say nothing they can do, so is their management. They did not change my orders, I asked them to cancel, they did not give me anything to work with to cancel my order. No tracking number, they didn't want to tell me which postal service they use. They kept telling me, once it is processed, there is no way to cancel the order. (and the first customer rep told me it is processed, so I don't know who to believe). DON'T ORDER ONLINE!
H&M is super popular all over the globe, and has been a great store for me to purchase basics for daily wear. The quality isn't always the best though.
Yesterday I went in just to look around and wind up getting my daughter somethings. I get to the check out and one of the girls is in a crop tank top with no bra since I have been shopping at H&M all the employees there have always been decent yesterday was another story not only was she not decent but it is surprising that management would allow an employee to work dressed like that. I placed an order on 5-23-21. I spent enough that I was promised Free Priority Shipping, The order confirmation stated 3-7 business days. On 5-26-21 I got the following: "Due to current precautions and increased order volume, it's taking longer than expected to process your order. Rest assured your package is still on track to arrive within the timeframe stated in your Order Confirmation email." A few hours later: "Good news! Your order is on its way." it had a UPS tracking # attached. After days of checking for any movement and seeing none I contacted customer service. I chatted with Kahina K. And here is a copy and paste of what I was told: "I can assure you that your package was shipped on May 26th and we do have to wait for ups to pick up the package to be able to give you more information about the delivery date. "IT WAS SHIPPED BUT WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR UPS TO PICK IT UP." Several days later, I contacted C. S. again. I was told that UPS still hadn't been there to pick it up... I worked in a shipping dept. for over 20 years, at a company a fraction of the size of H&M. UPS made a pick up every day. I wish I could comment on the quality of their merchandise, but I can't, this was my first order. It's too bad, it looks like they have some nice stuff.

It is a cheat brand. I ordered 3 clothing items On COD. I recieved a fully packed consignment and after payment when I saw then there was an item missing of value approx INR 1500/. On repeated emails and tweeted they responded by saying that everything is ok from their side. So they are cheaters. I have never seen anything like this with any other brand like Amazon or marks and Spencer. So just keep away. Something like this can happen to you.
I have big complaints from this stopped h&m they have lie employees and also deliver when you want order it's arrived in 2 days but they shipped after 20 days and after 1 months you will receive they order when you're calling costumer service they're saying lie lie lie after lie lie they saying sorry sorry what the hell I don't want sorry i need my stuff I ordered
I went to return two items and salesperson saw HnM bag in my hand and told me that their system is down for return, but I exchange them for a different size. I said the size is not available so I have no choice. He told me to go to a different location and their system is fine. I said oth location is twenty minutes away and more. I asked him what kind of system is that which is down for returns only and good for buying and exchange and if they ever put system down information online so people can read it before coming all the way. He had no answer to that. Bottom line is that they are really not helpful and courteous.

1 - canceling people's orders
2 - providing extremely slow shipping
3 - having bad customer service
I recently ordered 2 items from Diane von Furstenberg x H&M HOME online. I got 2 emails saying my order was 'delayed' for 6 days, and then finally a cancellation email saying the items were out of stock. I purchased the items within 2-3 MINUTES of the collab being released, so there was no way the items were out of stock when I had bought them. If so, the warehouse definitely did not ship on a 'first come, first served' basis.
Their customer service could care less, and I know they have canceled many people's orders. H&M needs to keep better inventory and not allow people to purchase items if they can't even keep things in stock for more than 3 MINUTES! Simply ridiculous. If you read other reviews for their regular (non-designer collab) items, you will also see that they constantly cancel orders or take 2 weeks - 2 months to ship. Unacceptable.
Both items I ordered were available on the website for hours if not 1-2 days afterwards, so it's not possible that they were out of stock unless they canceled hundreds or thousands of orders. Very sketchy. And it should not take 1 WEEK to cancel an out of stock order!
I will be shopping elsewhere. I don't even care about those items anymore - it's just a matter of principle when it comes to running a business.
AWFUL CHEAP LYING COMPANY. On March 22 2021 I placed an order for over $230 worth of clothing from H&M online. It says delivery would be delayed but after April 6th rolled along I emailed to ask what is happening with my order. They said there's still a delay and it would ship soon. Later that day I got an email saying it was shipped AND delivered all on the 6th of April. The package was no where to be found. I contacted the company on the 12th and they never responded. I contacted them multiple times by email then they finally replied and sent me a refund for my money. I was so mad because they admitted it was a warehouse issue and that means they didn't even send the package in the first place. So this tracking info was FAKE and I will never receive the items I ordered. NOW 5/12 items I ordered are OUT OF STOCK! Pissed off b/c they only gave me 25%Off. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. They always have these delays and they lied to me about my package being shipped. It was all fake b/c they didn't EVEN send the package!

Purchased ‘L' sized shirts and ‘42' sized waistcoat online from H&M. The shirts were fitting, but the waistcoat was only the size of 36 (Usually ‘L' size is equal to 40 or 42 sizes). Therefore, it was too small to use. I chose the size because it is written 42 is equal to L size on the size guide.

1. The waistcoat is a ‘Top' category product, so its size should be selected from the ‘Top' category (This is not mentioned anywhere on the website).
