Of the several contractors listed Schuler's Tree & Brush Removal was the only company to respond. I was hoping to have at least two quotes for comparison. The service was fast. I requested info about contractors last night my project was completed by mid afternoon today.

A kitchen repair turned into a successful match up with a quality plumbing company. The estimator for our re-pipe plumbing was knowledgeable about the process and all the reasons certain matters that needed to be done. There was no pressure for additional services.

Do not use this service as a professional they sure know how to take your money.
Automatic renewals and automatic leads cost you a small fortune, even when you tell them to keep leads off they turn them on without notice. Never again.

They came out within a few days of when I called them to do an estimate and were able to complete the job pretty quickly after that as well I am very happy with the installation job and feel that it was a very reasonable price

The service staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Sam discussed the problem and looked over the whole unit before making the repair. He made suggestions to keep the unit running more efficiently. I inquired about my heating unit and he provided information for me to make an informed decision on repair or replace the unit. Did not try to push me one way or another, just provided the facts.

The owner was able to quickly assess the job and provide a quote. He provided very useful information regarding what should or should not be done and adhered to this. He arrived on the day and time scheduled and completed the service in a timely manner. I was able to review the work with him as it was ongoing. I would use his services again and highly recommend him.

This company is awful to deal with. They lie, overcharge and should be out of business. They do not care about Pros at all, and for the consumer end I will NEVER use them again and tell people that all the time now. They are one of the worst companies ever and should go out of business! They charge fake fees and are just terrible!

Very good. HA gave me one company that could not do the job because they either didn't have the time or the man hours to complete my project. Then they gave me other referrals which J Allen was able to service my needs.

Pagung Construction's replacement of various rotting window trim, fascia and deck wood (a plank and railings) as well as adding a screen door to the job was economical, high quality and professional. Eddie Pagung and a helper performed the task efficiently in about six hours. I found Eddie to be hard-working, personable, and reasonable regarding the scope of the job as opposed to other contractors who wanted to do far more rehab than I needed or wanted. I'd hire him again without hesitation to do any kind of construction.

These people called me and called me for months on end trying to get me to sign up. Finally after talking to a colleague I signed up. I did one or two jobs and got paid for them. Then a bunch of "FAKE LEADS" started coming in and I was being charged for them. They sent a bunch of Mount TV on Wall leads and only one of them answered the call. However, when it came time to do the job the guy never answered the phone, nor did he call me back. I found it funny when another lead told me that I had the wrong number. They are just out to get your money. Run from this company like it has full blown AIDS.

I was contact by a Manager named Jason from Colorado. And I experienced the worst customer service with this manager from Home advisor. As a manager, he represents Home Advisor and he makes me glad to not be part of the company. He was very condescending, unprofessional and he ridiculed me and my husband. Then this other person. Named Elliot Fain was rude as well. All I wanted was a refund because I seen they were on alert on the Better business bureau. And thousands of reviews stating how so many people were scammed. So they treated us like crap. And he said how was it customer service, if I wasnt a customer. I was a customer for a very short period! Unbelievable how rude these people are. I'm just glad to have dodged that bullet. Be careful to Good folks out there. Dont fall for it.

So much for highly-rated pros. Canceled on twice at the last minute. Support provided no help at all. Getting contractors is already a pain in the $#*! and doing it through HomeAdvisor makes it that much worse.

Very professional and clean job done within a week with weather being the only factor for delays. Price was very fair although I an still fighting insurance and their calculations... I still wouldn't have used anyone else.

I applied to this site for a house cleaning. There is NO WAY to cancel a service. I was hospitalized on the dates when my service was scheduled. I tried to cancel service. I was charged anyway. $198.88. Now I have to challenge this amount on my bank account. BEWARE!

It's a rip off I paid up to $100 dollars on just one lead that was window shopping and $80 for one that didn't even answer their phone that's just to name a few. They will never refund your money. They give you "credits" that you can use for future customers but once you reach a limit of credits they won't give you anything back. I called them a few times to try and get some credits back and they will try and argue with you. It's really frustrating.

Had trouble finding anyone who wasn't busy/reliable to help us with our landscaping project. Home Advisor posted our job description and within hours had three responses willing to give us an estimate for the job. All seemed to be very professional, knew their work and willing to take the job on in a timely manner. Definitely will use this service again for other projects.

DO NOT even think about buying. I invested 300 hundred, no sooner I was not ready to take leads. Matt siad he would hold off and help me set up a add. Big joke. They start sending me leads from 90 miles from business and charging large for the leads. The one from my office was not even real and I called no such person. But they charged me 46 dollars. Came home to find my water heater (about 20 years old) leaking onto my garage floor. My usual plumber could try and fit me in 4 days later. Went to Home Advisor, found Ben Franklin Plumbing and they were able to replace it that day! Fast, efficient work, following Covid safety precautions. Great experience. Went back to Home Advisor again to find fence guy!

With so many options, out there, and my questionable skills at seeking out reliable recommendations, HomeAdvisor fit my rescue needs perfectly. I was supplied with plenty of suitable candidates for the work I needed done, and, even though some of the recommendations didn't meet my specific needs, I was quickly and efficiently guided to a totally suitable contractor that did. I now consider HomeAdvisor to be a potentially quite valuable tool, and I will likely be seeking their advice again, in the future.

My experience was very good from start to finish. Initially the first company failed to show up as scheduled. Home Advisor contacted me to see if the company showed up. I informed them they did not and did not call. Home Advisor immediately put me in contact with another company which I hired and did an excellent job.
