Our experience with HomeCinemaCenter has always been very rewarding. Goods are delivered in a timely fashion with accurate dates (most of the time early) and in perfect condition. The delivery teams are professional, knowledgable of the items and extremely courteous!

Even if we dont order white glove delivery, they still move the furniture inside our house. HCC continues to be our goto vendor! Thanks!

Beautiful bedroom suite, just perfect for the beach home. Delivery was right on schedule. Bedroom furniture was assembled at delivery just quickly and perfectly. Excellent customer service and product from HomeCinemaCenter. Received white glove delivery and setup. Delivery was said at time of purchase to be 3-4 weeks with possible delays but was delivered in just 2 weeks. Very happy with the product. Great communication of delivery status from time of order until delivery.

The bed I ordered from homecinemacenter is not only beautiful, but very well made! A substantial piece of furniture. I was kept in the know throughout the shopping process and delivery set up. The two gentlemen from the delivery service that set the bed up were efficient and very nice.

Less than 1 star I purchased a Catnapper recliner from them it arrived with a broken frame. I attempted to resolve this according to there terms. After contacting them with in the manufactures warranty period
They stalled communications until warranty was up. I was given the run around on every email and phone call. I have a broken Junk recliner and I am out $750 You may save a few dollars with Home Cinema Center. God forbid if your purchase is defective you will never resolve it with this company.

Home Cinema is great and they have some really nice furniture,. So far I have been very pleased not only with the merchandise, but also with the delivery dates. They give a date when you are going to receive it and it is delivered that day.

They also send a confirmation on all the items you order, and the order number so that you may track it, and I think that is great. I recommend this site to everyone who likes a deal which is getting harder to find now a days, So far I am a very satisfied customer.

Found a great recliner living room set for a great price... cheaper then anywhere else. I didnt have to tack on tax or delivery fees. I even got free protection for
My furniture. No local furniture store offers this. The delivery was in just a week and was much faster than we expected. The local stores wanted us to wait 3 months.

I know I'll be shopping at HomeCinemaCenter for my next furniture purchase.

I've ordered several large furniture items from homecinemacenter. I can honestly say - I love this site. It's one stop shoppingThere are some very unique as well as common items both decorative and decisively practical. Shipping is outstanding and I have been very satisfied with the quality of my purchases. I have contacted customer service dept on occasion for advice and shipping details and they have been outstanding.

The shipping people they use are amazing and been great with placing furniture in the rooms and moving around to try different decorating ideas.

I ordered 2 round table sets but checked everywhere around town. I took the chance and ordered them figuring if it went South I could simply return them. Much to my surprise I got them in perfect condition 2 days later and I have them three years later and adore them. They came well packaged considering the tops had glass sitting on top of them and none of the bronzing on the front was scratched at all.

They are very good quality and actually the same manufacturer I had looked at in a very high end department store. I got a steal and was very pleased all the way around. I saved a bundle and had no problems whatsoever. Super happy with my experience

I am a new customer, but just ordered my 3rd item from HomeCinemaCenter. So far, I have had nothing but a good experience with them. Right after I ordered the first item, Ihad a question for their Customer Service. Within an hour, I received a reply in my e-mail. The second item was a beautiful cabinet that is much nicer in person than it looks in the picture. They seem to have good quality merchandise at a great price and a variety of items you just don't see anywhere else. And I love that the shipping charge is free for many items!

We are so impressed with the service from HCC! They had excellent communication during every step of our purchase of 8 bookcases, from when we purchased through delivery, and even afterwards. We noticed everything was perfect upon delivery... and they again double-checked with us to be sure everything was alright.

Such excellent service is not to be found these days and we will definitely purchase from HCC again! We love our new home office bookcases!

The catnapper couch is wonderful, it took less than 2 weeks to get to us and is HUGE fluffy and so comfortable! We also got the guardian plan so we always have the comfort in knowing if there is a tear stain or spill we can get it handled. Beautiful couch highly recommend. Shipping was great HomeCinemaCenter called us a week in advance and set everything up in minutes it was so quick and easy!

The people at Home Cinema Center are just plain rude! I purchased a recliner there and it was delivered broken. It took two months to have it fixed and it recently broke again. They refuse to assist me, and I was hung up on twice for simply asking how they can help me since I purchased it from them.

Purchased a table from them online. A few months later the finish began chipping off. The table came with a 1-year warranty. They say the defect isn't covered under the warranty, but can't provide a copy of the warranty to me. When I try calling them they tell me "all warranty claims must be handled by email" but they won't respond to my emails either. When I insist on talking to a person, they hang up on me. Horrible customer service.

Fell in love with this beautiful leather sectional with 3 recliners built in at my neighbors house. Went to the store where they purchased it, but did not like their extended warranty. Expensive and only 2 years. Found HomeCinemaCenter online. Price was much better and the warranty was for 3 years at a better price than the retail store where my neighbors purchased their couch.

Amanda, our "success manager" was fabulous to work with and followed up during the entire process. Delivery was timely and professional, and definitely white glove as promised. Another benefit was that no payment was requested until the delivery process began. The retail store required 50% deposit on order
