I have always had good service with HCC, be it ordering, receiving or having items come missing parts. I love working with them, as they are always very courteous
And helpful.

Everything I have ordered has been good quality and very sturdy. Will always shop with them.

Went to a store first looking for a chair, felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. I looked on line and found it $300 cheaper with white glove delivery included. Love the chair, but love the deal and service I got dealing with HCC more.

We ordered a new dining room set for our house from HomeCinemaCenter. We are retired and had the inside delivery with our purchase. What a treat to sit back and watchthem do the assembly. Everything was perfect! We are extremely happy with our purchase the furniture set is beautiful.

I had originally purchased this item on a different site only to find out they canceled my order 2 weeks in. I then purchased this entertainment center from Homecinemacenterfor a better price and great experience. The communication along the process was very good. The item arrived when it was expected to, and in perfect condition.

I found a sofa in a store that was supposed to have to lowest prices in the country. Thought I would verify if their claim was true. I found HomeCinemaCenter.com online and they carried my sofa. I was amazed at the price difference. I saved almost 2k and that included taxes, delivery, setup and a 3 year warranty.

The service was 5 star. The people I worked with were so helpful on the purchase and helped me save as
Much money as I could. The other company told me it would be a 5 month wait to get my sofa, but I got mine from HCC in less than 4 weeks. That was the biggest plus.

They kept me up to date on the delivery date and I got earlier than expected. After delivery they were there to ensure my satisfaction and sent all of my warranty information. I would definitely buy from them again.

I just received damaged recliner (The frame is completely broken). I have been trying to speak to someone to get a refund and the person Mark answering the phone is rude and he will not let me speak to anyone. He will not transfer the phone to customer service (Ania). As I was speaking to him getting nowhere, he cut me off and put me on hold and never answered again. I tried calling another 5 times and now it goes right to voice mail. They are not answering my phone calls.

I did receive one email offering me $125 to fix the $750 (broken framed) recliner. I do not want a broken recliner. I would like a refund.

Who can I call to report this?

Ordering and shipping with HomeCinemaCenter was easier than I thought. We were looking for a TV media center for our theater chairs. We found the exactly what we were looking for on HCC's web site. We are so happy with our new media center that we ordered another one for our living room! Now that HomeCinemaCenter has proven that they can handle this order, I will be ordering much more in the future.

This is the first time I ever ordered large furniture on line without physically seeing it. I really wanted the seal color sofa and loveseat pictured. I was a little nervous about it but I needn't have worried. My sofa and loveseat are just beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. It was delayed because of Covid, but so was everything.

The white glove delivery was also very good, the delivery men were pleasant and efficient, they set everything up quickly. I am very happy with the purchase. Thank you!

I ordered the Sage Reclining Chaise. Upon final submission of my order, I noticed the picture changed to a sage recliner. I called and was told it would be a chaise. When the delivery arrived, yep it's a recliner. They want me to put it together and take a picture. I sent them a picture of what arrived. They said it was what I ordered. Who doesn't know the difference between a chaise and a recliner. Mark in customer service is exactly how others describe him as, Rude and dismissive. Still waiting on their response to my return email with the picture of what I ordered. Several calls go unanswered, and unreturned. Hope the credit card company with work with me to cancel this payment.

Tried to call for delivery status. Some guy answered and said to me that my ordered was cancelled. Then he said why would I send you anything to which I replied that I paid you for a recliner and I want it and his reply was you figure out why you're not getting it and hung up. Now when I try to call it says I can't dial that number.

I purchased patio furniture and kids table... loved it and it was on sale. Excellent packaging. There was no hardware in the patio furniture called up the customer service department and they sent me the hardware immediately. Will def purchase more furniture from HCC.

Wow, what a nice surprise to have my lift chair delivered and setup just 2 weeks after ordering it from HomeCInemaCenter and just in time for the Holidays. The furniture quality was great and the delivery crew was amazing! We'll definitely look to HCC for our next furniture purchase.

I've completely enjoyed shopping HomeCinemaCenter. I usually find what I am looking for. Shopping other site I ten to More often than not I find what I wasn't looking for. HCC has a great selection. So far the quality of everything purchased has been amazing! All orders have been received in great condition. Shipping has been fast.The carrier they used have been stellar.

I searched for days online for smaller leather recliners that would be pretty and comfortable and would blend with colors in a gold rug. I finally found them at HCC.

They are called "Camel" but I think Cafe Au Lait would be a better descriptor. They are beautiful and comfy. The experience was excellent all the way through including white glove set up in my Living Room.

This company is garbage. I received damaged product and missing parts to a chair. When I called in about the guy was very rude. I sent an emailed as requested and it took days for an response. I reported the company to the BBB and they replied the delay was because I committed forgery on the delivery paperwork because I only stated on my paperwork that the box was damaged and not the product, and that they reported me to the local authorities... lol. Okay, but then they issued me a partial credit. Hmmm if I broke the law then why did yall issue me a credit. Makes no sense to me. Don't waste your time and money buying from this horrible and rude company.

Found what I needed and it was the lowest price I had found anywhere! Placed my order by phone and was at my home faster than I had expected! Shipping was little compard to others! Well worth the purchase

Our 10 year old living room set needed to be replaced. I searched all the local stores and the usual online furniture sites. Everything I found was way more than I wanted to spend. Then I found HCC. I found the sofa and loveseat recliner set that I wanted and for a great price.

Shipping was very reasonable considering it came all the way across the US. the company kept me up to date by email. Arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled with the comfort. I will do business with them again. Thank you!
