HCC removed all skepticism associated with online furniture shopping. From the time I clicked the purchase button up to the delivery everything was perfect. I was assigned a representative named Kelly who kept me informed of every move of the entertainment center. Once the entertainment center arrived at my home it was assembled without a scratch. I would definitely recommend HCC to my friends and family. Excellent purchase and beautiful product!

Purchased a dining room table and 8 chairs and am so happy with this purchase. The quality is great and we got an amazing price. There is a design element (gold line) on the table that was hard to see in the online pictures but I actually really like in person. The delivery process was seamless and it arrived within the estimated delivery window. Nadir, the manager at Emma Mason was so helpful and gave us constant updates on our order progress and followed up post delivery to ensure the delivery was successful and satisfactory. The local delivery team was wonderful as well. Arrived well within the delivery window and they called ahead to give an update when they were close. They were courteous and put everything together quickly while being mindful not to damage anything.So excited to put this dining set in our new home

We ordered a bedroom set from this company back in January. I am going to make this short and sweet. Save your self a ton of aggravation and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service possible.

There are a split and deep scratch in the product I received. I emailed them, no response. I called them no one take the call. I will remove the review once my case is solved.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it with bad customer service.

Products used:
Because I need to pay shipping fee and only partially refund for return so I don't want to return. But they need to replace the product with problem. I will remove the post if they give me feedback and replace the items. I purchased a big set.

They have good coupons every week.
This is one reason why I shop there. I have received bedroom sets and just got my sectional. Amaging quality and great customer service..

Received damaged and defective recliner loveseat. Large gaping tear on right side, and left side recliner does not work, and can not open recline. Very rude when answer phone, once, other times they put you through to voicemail and never call you back Wanted me to pay return shipping fees that cost MORE than purchase price Outrageous and part of their scam to get rid of damaged and defective furniture to consumers I am out $ 900 dollars, and a piece of junk that has to be thrown in the trash Reported them to BBB and waiting for response.

I was in search for a sectional couch. Stumbled upon Home Cinema Center. I searched for price (lowest to highest). The lowest price I saw was $79.00 for a red leather sectional. Of course, I was very excited! I made the purchase and waited the 2-3 business days to receive my couch. 3 days went by... so I called to check the status. Guy says my ordered was cancelled but I'd sure received a confirmation that I was charged $79.00... however it didn't appear on my bank statment (thank goodness!). Guy says "You never ordered anything"... even though I had an order # and everything, of course at the time I was thinking it charged me. Went back to the website to see if I missed anything, didn't see the fine print on the side bar that you had to "ADD" to the order... yeah it was not obvious at all.

Anyways, I didn't get a pleasant or comfortable vibe from the customer service rep, who I spoke to twice each time I called. He was very short and very unconcerned. Didn't make me feel like that was a business I'd want to give my money to. So, I won't be giving it another shot. Just will from now on go with business I can trust and are well-known.

Place an order online and call them. They said to wait 10 days, man if that was the case I would have never placed my order. Oh and I can't cancel the order either.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it unless you want to wait 2 to 3 weeks for your order.

Buttkicker subwoofer for theater or gaming that vibrates the chair.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, IT IS A SCAM YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT! I'VE WAITED OVER A 5 WEEKS FOR A DELIVERY AND ZERO ITEMS.

I HAVE CALLED ALL NUMBERS AND DELIVERY PERSONNEL, NO ANSWERS JUST MISSING PRODUCTS AFTER I PAID $1000 FOR ITEMS.

THIS IS IS A FAKE BUSINESS DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS FROM THEM!

I ordered a desk from this vendor…loved the desk when it finally arrived but I will never order from this place again because of poor customer service. I ordered on 5/24 and FINALLY received the desk on 7/19. There was NO communication to me about this being on back order. Thy offered the option of ‘white glove' assembly service which I purchased (this didn't happen)…When I FINALLY received notification that the item was shipped, they only drop off at curbside. I had to pay extra for the freight company to bring inside the building…these were HUGE boxes so I ended up paying two movers to bring tge boxes to my apartment and assemble …a service I thought I had paid for!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use…they don’t know how to communicate with customers

We were EXTREMELY impressed and satisfied with HomeCinemaCenter website, sale process, delivery and product.

After a nightmare situations dealing with wayfair (NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS)! HCC had the same sectional couch, "Posh Sectional Sofa," for a cheaper price, were much easier to communicate with (offered constant updates on delivery and customer satisfaction follow-up), and delivered the correct product in perfect condition. It looks perfect in our place and its sooo comfortable!

I can't recommend using HCC enough. Our family and friends plan on purchasing the same couches from them and our future business will go through them as well!

We ordered a full bedroom set to be delivered to our home. The delivery was thrown in our driveway and no one came to the door to tell us it was delivered because we were home waiting for the delivery. Most of the boxes were damaged so we contacted the company right away. They told us to take pictures and open and check all of the furniture and file a claim with the delivery company. We followed exactly what we were told, when we called back they started yelling at me claiming I didn't follow their directions which is completely false. They said that we would be hearing from their lawyers for "illegally filing a claim" of which they told us to do in the first place. Afterwards their only answer was that was that we would have to repackage, and pay to ship all of the furniture back, which would cost us hundreds of dollars more, and if they felt it was properly sent back we would get a refund. Remember this is the company who is already threatening to sue us for god knows what and they want us to spend a couple hundred dollars more for them to inspect it. All buyers please be aware of this company as this has happened to several other customers here. We sadly didn't see these reviews until it was too late. If you look at the BBB website you will see that they threaten people with lawsuits for bad reviews but people need to know this practice and the pictures speak for themselves.

I called a few days ago and was told to email in a statement, that I wanted to return the bed, that I had purchased. The man answering the phone was very rude and I told him that he is rude. I will never buy from this company again.

I called again today to find out if this is where I send the email. The man that answered a few days ago and the man that answered today is the same person. I just called back to find out what his name is so I could reference him in the email. This third time I called was only so I could get his name. He told me it is, John. I asked John, "What is your last name," and he said all I needed to know is that his name is John. I also asked him if he was the owner, because I wanted to explain to him again that he is rude.

John told me on the second phone call, only after I asked him if the bed had to be sent back in the original packaging and he said, "Yes". I told him the bed comes in very large boxes and they had to be cut up in order to get the bed out. Then, I was asked, how are we going to resell it, if it was not in the same packaging.

I am sending the bed back because it is clearly not made for safety. The top bunk hangs out over the bottom bunk without any thought to the sharp edges. The top bunk is a hazard for anyone getting into the bottom bunk, with only a small mishap, someone could take an eye out or get seriously hurt from the sharp edges.

At this point, I am looking for advice on how to return the bed.

I just spoke to an employer Mark, it was very unpleasant experience. He hang up the phone when I asked to speak to someone else. I think that was very disrespectful.

I talked to this guy Twice and both times was very very rude then I called again and not only was he rude he actually hung up on me and when I tried to call back it went right to voicemail I'm a customer and I was fabergased to think a company would treat a customer like that so I cancelled my couch the company should get rid of that A-HOLE this guy is costing your company money the # I called was *******056

My experience with Home Cinema has been beyond great! I am in the process of building a larger scale home and to date have spent close to $27,000.00 on furniture through HCC And have also bought all my sofas, bar chairs, electronics, theater chairs, etc thru HCC as well. So my experience with them has been in a big scaled way!

Everyone whom I have dealt with, either by email or on the phone has been extremely pleasant, professional and prompt in their service! If there have been any issues with a fixture etc being recieved, they have immediately sent a replacement one. And the issues have been extremely rare, considering the amount of product I have purchased through them. It has made the process of picking lighting a joy, as there are so many products to choose from. And upon recieving them, they are more lovely in reality then from the on-line photos! The local furniture companies can not even match the prices that HCC offer, so I know that I am also getting great value for the monies I have spent! I really can't express just how amazing it has been to deal with. I have been recommending HCC to all my friends and family. Way to go HCC It is a relief to know that there is such a company on-line, that you feel extremely safe in dealing with!

I will be a continued customer and HCC will be the first place I will check for products and pricing!"

Called to check on an order I placed months ago and they cancelled it after an email went out that it had arrived and I didn't respond within 48hrs (went to my spam). That email had been followed by an email confirmation of my order within a few hours - I thought all was well. The cancellation while confusing would be SOMEWHAT understandable if that is their policy, however the man who answered the phone was SO rude. Told me to "email my inquiries per the instructions on the email"... they do NOT want to talk to people and it's almost accidental that he even answered the phone. I had other questions and he was resigned to agree that "that's different" so he begrudgingly continued our call. I asked about the price if I had to reoder it and he had so much attitude because apparently that's not his job. I asked if I could speak to someone else because I guess he's having a bad day and he wouldn't pass me along. I also asked about why I would give my credit card to pay for it and why it wouldn't automatically be charged and he told me to "take it up with the federal government". What a D$#@! Would not purchase from this company ever again. Seems like a near miss in my favor to not have had my order go through!
