The Baldridge desk and matching printer stand are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to put together... I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style. The shipping was incredibly fast! I received them way sooner than I was expecting especially right now with so many things on back orders! Thank you, Coleman Furniture!

Received defective product. They don't take customer service issues over the phone - you can only e-mail them! My issue has been unresolved for 3 months. They quit responding to my e-mails 2 months ago.

Homecinemacenter has unbelievable deals, from bedroom sets to beautiful accent chairs, stunning designs of coffee tables and the best choices of sideboards I have found online. I have a list, some things I want are sold out, hopefully they will notify me as stated when it's available again... but later this week I will fulfill the rest of my list!

I have received several orders and everything comes in faster than expected. Customer service has been wonderful with a a few missing screws (which they sent out immediately by regular post). 5 Stars all the way! I'm telling all my friends and family about them to hopefully receive more of a discount next time as well.

It took me several tries to log on - said I had registered before & had a password but then wouldn't let me access it. However once I got on everything was tremendous. My purchase shipped the next day and arrived 3 days earlier than initially stated. My husband loves his new theater seating & I am impressed with service. If every transaction goes as smoothly I will definitely use the site again.

WORST WEBSITE! Terrible customer service, told me it was my problem that I never received their package, no refund! Buyer beware! Shop somewhere else! There one customer service person is *******@ss on the telephone! It may look like a good deal but it won't be when they charge you and you never get your product! Go to a reputable company.

I was a little worried about ordering from an internet site vs big department store. Everything showed up on time. The white glove delivery guys did a fantastic job. Amanda the sales rep had sent updates and contacted me so I would know what to do if there was a problem or damage.
It all went well and I have no damage and my dining set is gorgeous.

Shopping here is so much fun. The products sold on this site are very reasonable and beautiful. I personally love to shop and you cant beat free shipping!

Home Cinema Centers sells items on their site that are no longer made, discontinued items. I paid almost $1000. For a dining set and extra chai rd s plus $119.00 shipping only to be told three days later that the item is discontinued. Evidently they don't keep track of their website and what is and isn't available. $#*!s.

Quality of everything I have purchased from homecinemacenter has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first. But we worried for nothing. Very happy with our new dining set. Shipping took a week and customer service was perfect.

We were very surprised when they notified us so quickly to set up a delivery date. It arrived right on time, in perfect condition and was set up in our home. This was the largest purchase I had made over the internet and had some concern. They did not disappoint me. Communications were great in both e-mail and online order status.

Once shipped I was provided additional communication and contacted by their delivery company, who were very nice to speak with, and we arranged a date for delivery. My furniture arrived packaged extremely well and looks beautiful.

For unique as well as common items both decorative and practical. Shipping is outstanding and I have been very satisfied with the quality of my purchases. I have not had the need to use their customer service dept. nor have I needed to make any returns so I'm unable to comment on those areas, but not having needed them is almost a compliment t in itself!. This company sells damaged products and has fake reviews. The man that answers the phone has a extreme attitude and doesn't care about your purchase after it's delivered. He will even go as far as hanging up on you! Complete SCAM

After shopping around locally and on the web, I placed an order for 3 pieces of bedroom furniture to go along with a few pieces of the same set we purchased locally. HomeCinemaCenter sent follow-up emails clearly describe the process and what to expect, and I received an email update at each stage of the process confirming that the shipment was on track (this same info is available on their order status site, but there is really no need to check). The furniture was shipped and delivered by the local white-glove delivery company well within the timeframe quoted when ordered (<3 weeks). All pieces were in great shape and we would definitely recommend and use this company again! Communication was excellent! Thank you very much!
