Received home theater seating after waiting 3 months. Not all items were received and todate (another month has passed) have still not received nor can I get a reply for information as to when I can expect delivery.

I have been trying to get an estimated delivery date on my prepaid order for over a week. I was advised upon my first rudely handled phone call to contact HCC via email since no information can be obtained by calling the phone number listed on the site. I sent 3 emails with no response so I called "customer service" (used loosely) to check on status only to be brushed off and basically told to cancel by email. I sent that email a few minutes ago. I have a feeling I will need to appeal to my credit card company. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with this black hole.

I ordered a leather living room set in January 2022. Allison managed my account and communicated with me with updates and with the delivery company so that I could get my order as soon as possible.

Allison was exceptionally helpful because of the supply chain issues in the U.S. at this time, and I know her job was made harder because of it. The furniture arrived very quickly and it is beautiful. Family, extended family, and friends are impressed with the quality of the leather and how comfortable the furniture is.

I contacted HomeCinemaCenter and spoke with a customer service representative (Kelly). She was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about and very helpful. I placed my order by phone and it arrived in less than a week. The table set is beautiful and I'm very happy with the entire experience!

I was extremely excited to order my furniture on line. I knew what I wanted, but my local furniture store did not carry California King. I found just what I wanted at homecinemacenter and I was pleased with the entire buying experience. Yesterday my bed and dresser were deliver in perfect condition.

If you haven't read the BBB website on this place, i recommend you do so. The person who seems to be the only one who answers the phone is absolute prick. He doesn't answer questions, interrupts constantly and has no problem hanging up on you over and over again and even threatened others with lawsuits for trying to figure out where their orders are. I've only called three times and the last time I just wanted to cancel my order at this point and get my money back. The guy proceeded to rattle off an email address so fast I didn't even have time to get a pen and then hung up on me before i could ask him to repeat a little slower so I could write it down. I found the service email on the website and emailed that and reported this to the BBB. There was no reason for the rudeness when I just wanted to know if they had actually received my order since the money just shows pending in paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

My order came in and the quality and the looks of the furniture were amazing and I am so happy with the pieces. I did make an error in ordering and Michael has helped me reorder what I wanted. His communication and keeping me updated has been wonderful and very customer focused. Thank you.

I have been looking at this bedroom set for a while. I was so happy to find this set here and Amy at homecinemacenter was so helpful with my questions on delayed delivery and helped to get me to get the best price possible on delivery! The shipping company was great and worked out really well. They brough everything inside and setup for me. I could not have been any happeir with the service. I'm a first time customer and I am very happy with my new complete bedroom set!

Ordered a bedroom by phone from HCC and it was delivered just 8 calendar days later. I was expecting several weeks like the competition was telling me. The products were in perfect condition thanks to the robust packaging. Also saved about 40% over the local department store. Great price with incredibly fast delivery, couldn't ask for any thing more.

Very Nice stuff delivered very fast. Love the look and the speed at which it was delivered. Very handy resource for furniture, especially with a big family and a new house. I live in Jersey and I guess they are in the Carolinas, but the speed of delivery is astonishing. It's a big plus! Maybe I'm lucky that the items are in stock and I'm not far, I guess from the main warehouse... My dining set showed up in 10 very large boxes and driver took off and placed in my house. Perfect furniture and delivered in just a week!

Please an order for a recliner which came damaged. Took photos of everything and noted on the shipping label that it was damaged. Sent everything to their support email as instructed on Feb 1. Followed up weekly since then and also called several times. Person would initially pick up the phone but would not help and just keep telling me to send an email the support email. When I tell him I've been doing that, he would hang up. Now when I call they send me directly to voicemail. I would advise everyone considering buying from them to go somewhere else. It's not worth the frustration. Seems like a fraudulent deceiving company. I bet most of the positive reviews they've gotten are probably fake. Absolutely terrible experience. I've also submitted a claim with BBB regarding this and so have several other people. Anyone can go to the BBB website and read all the similar experiences others have had with them.

Don't believe this fake reviews saying they are Great and all that bologna! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's basically one guy working out of his basement, "Kelly". I bought a Boden 7-piece recliner set with a supposed 1 year warranty. Within a few months one of the recliners stopped working and can't be closed. I've been hounding them for about almost 2 months and get no real answer. Now "Kelly" decided to take away the "1 year manufacturer warranty" and turn it into a 30 day. This "company" is a joke. That guy Kelly is a hateful little man. Good luck to whoever believes those fake "5 star" reviews. Beware.

Finally I asked for a manager or corporate number. The guy I assume his name is Mark is a idiot! He would not give me any information and he disconnected the call!

HomeCInemaCenter is my go to when I need something. There are a lot of sites out there, but HCC has the best customer service, with the best items at great prices. I've ordered everything from bar stools to just recently a sectional. Everyhting arrives packaged so well and perfect condition!

HCC has amazing deals on bedroom sets and some of the best I have found online. I have ordered 2 sets and they came in beautiful. Order arrived in faster than expected. Customer service has been a pleasure to deal with about all of my questions about shipping to product details. 5 Stars all the way!

This was an excellent experience all around. They were the best price I could find. They also kept me up to date with my order via email.
Shipping company was perfect and delivered righ tto my room. My family loves the new sectional. Its so comfortable. I will definitely be using them again.

My husband is a big/tall man (6' 2" and weighs around 265 lbs), so I was skeptical about ordering these beings no weight capacity limit was shown and the size of the recliners were a bit smaller than the Lazy Boys they would be replacing.

After reading many "great" online reviews about them, I decided to take the chance and purchase two of the manual recliners (without the extension seat or wedge).

Both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality (very well made)and comfort of these recliners! He can sit very comfortably in them even when his legs are outstretched. I LOVE them because they really support my lower back and neck (which were injured in a vehicle accident years ago), and the fact that I can sit in them for long periods of time without ever feeling uncomfortable!

We were also very satisfied with Home Cinema Centers customer service and the delivery company they use for shipping! Great shopping experience!

The hall tree, coffee table, cubbies with hooks, over door hooks -- so far everything we've gotten via HCC has been as described. We spend quite a lot on HCC staff time getting answers (is this furniture solid wood, what wood exactly, what is the weight limit on this chair or that love seat, how are returns handled, etc. etc, etc) with the result that we have never had to use their generous return policy. We will get more things here for sure.

HomeCinemaCenter was super easy and very convenient! We looked at places like Ashley and were saw great pieces of furniture but were way overpriced. Ashley also charged some ridiculous fee for delivery. We started looking around google to see if we could find the same furniture online. The service is impeccable. I was a little worried about buying such a big ticket item online. Mike and the team at homecinemacenter kept me informed every step of the way. I knew when the furniture left the warehouse. I had the phone number of the local delivery service accepting the furniture and was called about the delivery date. The delivery itself was awesome. They unwrapped, took tags off and placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I've already recommended them to friends.

Ordered bunk beds on December 7th as was told I would get before Christmas as this was a Santa gift for my 2 and 5 year olds. Was told 3 different times it will ship "tomorrow." After speaking to the same guy today (3 business days before Christmas) he was rude, acted as though he didn't care, could not guarantee delivery and hung up on us! Calls then went into voicemail! Had to file a payment claim with PayPal for a refund. Starting to think this company is bogus!
