Initially I felt comfortable with ordering from this site. I should have done more checking on ratings with this company. I have not as of yet received item ordered. When I called to inquire about the item I was told to check with the shipper. As if Home Cinema Center has washed their hands of it. Doesn't give a buyer much confidence in the validity of this company. Not only was the CUSTOMER SERVICE agent inept in answering my questions he was also rude and hung up on me. BEWARE BEFORE ordering. Chances are if you can find an item on this site there are probably a dozen or more sites selling the same item who are far more deserving of the order. Customer service is everything!

Order from HomeCinemaCenter was delivered much faster than anticipate. Delivery guys were super nice and efficient. In and out in five minutes. And I love the piece that I bought - looks fabulous in my living room. The sectional filled the room right up and is super comfortable!

HomeCinemaCenter was super easy and very convenient! We looked at placessome local places and were saw great pieces of furniture but were way overpriced. The local places also charged some ridiculous fee for delivery. We started looking around google to see if we could find the same furniture online. We came across HCC and it sounded too good to be true:

After we purchased the pieces we saw in-store, we were kept up to date on delivery, our price was significantly reduced from what we found local, and the pieces arrived earlier than expected. No scratches, no dings, no problems! We were so happy we made another purchase for a couch since we were so far under budget with our table and entertainment center. This was awesome!

I purchased a executive desk, lateral file, and wall of bookshelves from HomeCInemaCenter and I had the best experience. The quality and price were exceptional, the pre delivery communication was excellent... not excessive, but I always knew where we were in the process. And the delivery and installation was done by highly professional installers. The hardware for the desk was missing, and they got it to me pronto. When I had difficulty with the screws, which I thought were too short (turns out they weren't), they sent me longer ones, which I feel are more secure. I have found HomeCinemaCenter excellent on every level and highly recommend them.

The Sectionals HCC sells are very nice and true to written about them. Colors are very accurate, and materials are extremely comfortable.

Customer Service staff is verify helpful. And even with shipping and still cheaper to buy from HCC than any less original furniture in my local town. Despite one small shipping hiccups I had with my order quickly. I still go back and plan to furnish the rest of my house soon. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for helping me to combine my purchase on a bread finance plan and my credit card. The rep was very knowledgeable on how to do this. I tried a couple of stores on this purchase and wasn't successful because the rep didn't know how to complete a split transaction. HCC was great with helping me. I Ordered a large 4 piece tv stand with a fireplace. The box had a little damage, so before I opened the box I called them. They had amazing customer service. They explained what to do, if the product was damaged. The product wasn't damaged, and was exactly has shown on the site.

Over all had a pleasant experience with this company and would order again. The delivery company was excellent as well and set everything up in my room. Thanks!

Love the desk but came with a dent in the center as well as a broken drawer. Company is terrible to work with and I ended up with a defective desk. They have one man answer the phone and he is extremely rude and lies in order to not have to fix any problems.

Horrible customer service and really rude. They're selling items they don't actually have. I bought a set and all I got was an email saying the sale was made and is being processed. Three days later I called wanting to know the status of my item and they said they'd get in touch with me about it. 7 days later... no contact. Two days after that I called them and they said: "tomorrow we'll let you know." Tomorrow came and they didn't contact me. So I called them again and this time they said, "you don't need to call again we have you on a list." After being put on hold I was told my item was on backorder for two months. I canceled. This company shows you really low prices but can't deliver it in a reasonable amount of time and doesn't even give you a status.

I was very pleased with my purchase on Home Cinema Center and would highly recommend. I bought a Catnapper sectionalnot a small item. Home Cinema beat my local department stores price by $400, and delivered the sectional in just two weeks. The local guys wanted 3-4 months. That made up my mind immediately

After the purchase was made I was called with questions regarding shipment and then received calls from the shipping company which delivered without incident.

My experience with ordering my dining room set to the delivery of my dining room set was beyond exceptional! Everything went along without a hitch! E-mails were answered within hours, open communication with clear direction! The delivery team was very professional with meticulous precision! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering a $1,400 chair from this place. As mentioned by other customers 20 times below Mark the only person that seems to work there has to be the rudest person in retail. The guy needs to find a profession where he doesn't have to talk to people. If anybody knows if he is the owner or who the owner is please post it as they need to know this guy is costing them business. Anything on their website can be bought from 20 other websites and if I were you I would.

They sent the wrong product and offered one of two solutions. Either a $75 credit or to issue a refund and return the product. Neither of which helped us since we designed our theatre room around the riser that we purchased through them.

The rep who called himself a manager was extremely rude and offered no solutions and instead asked me the solution that I wanted. When I told him a larger credit for their mistake he told me no and to deal with what I had. When I got upset he hung up leaving me without a solution and a wrong product. Had I had known I would have got what I got I would have went with another company.

Could not be any more disappointed with the company and their service

I ordered a tulip table with wood top. It showed up 10 days after I ordered it. My husband and I were very impressed with the packing of the table. Came in separate packages. The base of the table was in a thick box filled with styrofoam blacks surrounded by a wooden crate, then wrapped profusely with bubble wrap, and finished with 5-6 layers of plastic wrap. The table top was surrounded with foam paper, under a surround of styrofoam blocks, placed in a cardboard box that was surrounded by multiple layers of bubble wrap and plastic wrap.

The table is of nice quality, especially for the price. I would definitely shop with again.

Excellent customer service and beautiful table set! Our table was going to be delayed in its arrival and HomeCinemaCenter didn't hesitate to give me all options available, including a refund. Was just a week delayso we proceeded. Great communication, great shipping experience and great product!

Their website says the furntiure will be shipped in 3 days but it takes weeks before they ship. There is a reason behind this as they are likely buying damaged furntiures at pennies on the dollar. They will convince you to accept the damaged furniture and that is when your nightmare starts. In the end you get frustrated and give up and the result is you lost $$$$ trying to save a few bucks.
