I ordered the Catnapper Jackpot Chaise Recliner. I have been looking everywhere for this chaise recliner and was so happy when I found it here. It's perfect. The recliner was delivered in record time, packed very well, in perfect condition, good quality and at a good price. I would certainly order from HomeCinemaCenter again!

I have been very pleased with hcc. I have furnished a few rooms with items as well as my patio, and hcc has been very good to work with, the quality is very good for the price, and I love what I have bought. I cant wait to furnish another room

They really went out of there to help me with my purchase. I had trouble finidng the set I wanted and searched for hours. I called customer service and they quickly found what I was looking for when I described it.

They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me a direct phone number to call my rep if I needed anything.
I also really liked the shipping company they used. The delivery man took the time to put the pallet somewhere safe and out of the weather and was very nice about the extra work.

You can't beat their free shipping on a bedroom set either. Saved me lots of money and when you are on a limited income, every dollar counts.
I've not had a chance to get someone to put the bed together, but from what I can see of it, it looks very well made.
The bedroom set is simply beautiful and extremely well made. The construction seems better than anything I found in the stores and it just simply gorgeous.

I ordered a recliner that I had been saving up for over 2 years. I don't have much money. Life is hard for me. But I need that particular chair for the depth because I sleep in a chair. I have a bad back and can't sleep in a bed. My chair arrived 2 days ago. Came in 2 pieces. No damages, but when I put it together I realized it's the wrong chair! I called to speak with customer service, i eplained what happened and he rushed me off the phone. He wasn't even listening to me. He literally started fussing at me. I guess they do not have a return or exchange policy. If you receive the wrong item, then that's just tough. I have been crying for 2 days now. I could never order from them again. Now I've gotta look for a chair from somewhere else because I need one bad!

I love love love this table I'd seen in the store and it was about $50 more than the price that was quoted online I was so happy it was shipped in a fast manner and packaged so well that there was no room for it to get damaged it also has these little turn styles on the bottom where you can adjust the height if your floor's uneven it goes great with my new Farmhouse look I love it! Thank you for helping me to combine my purchase on a payment plan and my credit card. The rep was very knowledgeable on how to do this. I tried a couple of stores on this purchase and wasn't successful because the rep didn't know how to complete a split transaction.

I'm redoing my dining room and purchased a table with chairs along with some artwork/decorations for the room. I was really surprised when all my items
Arrived early and everything was exactly what I ordered.

My dining room is looking great and I will be using HCC again when I tackle the living room.

I ordered furniture in March. It was supposed to come in April. Never came... because it's on back order. So, I call customer service. He is very rude, he says to email him for a cancelation. I did that. Now I'm waiting for my refund, because I received no item and canceled my order. Website says 5 to 7 business days. I waited for at least 12 business days now. No refund. So, I call him. I start to talk, I say "I'm calling to check on the status of my refund"... before I could finish talking, he puts me on hold. Then hangs up. Then I call again. He hangs up and blocks me. He also block me from the 2nd phone number I call him on. He has no intention on returning my money in the amount of $756.00, for an items I never received. I will be seeking legal action.

I order twice and never had problem and their products are what i'm always looking for. Our first order was for a living room sectioanl and table set. Came in before expectations and love it.

Our 2nd order was for a bedroom set. They accidentally shipped us an additional night stand. We had the space for it, so they let us keep that for 1/2 the price. Exceed our expectation evcery time. Great store

I Purchased an entertainment center and a table set from HCC., made by Liberty. My contact was Amanda. The item delivery was very quick and Amanda kept in contact with me, kept me updated and thus the scheduling was easy to deal with. The Delivery guys who showed up at my residence where very polite and courteous and they put together the items and took all of the packaging material with them.

As an FYI, I don't normally write recommendations or put my reputation on the line for many companies, however, the entire experience with HCC company was indeed a pleasure and is much worthy of some praise. If ever in the market for more furniture, I would not hesitate to contact HCC. In this day and age, it is nice to find a company that still takes pride in their service and dedication to the costumer

I have pretty much furnished my condo with HCC products. (I tried to include pics with this review: the hammock-chair, tv stand, bedroom set, popcorn machine are all from HCC. Their prices are very good and they frequently have sales so I can't complain. They ship when they say they will, and the products often arrive a bit earlier than the due date (aka you aren't waiting forever for a product). Out of all the products that I have ordered, I've so far only had one piece of furniture come missing the connecting hardware And the parts process was super easy. I took a photo of the instruction, sent an email, received a prompt response, and they shipped me a replacement piece in record time. Customer service responds to me within 24hours, and their delivery people are incredible. I'm looking forward to doing over my main house and can't wait!

I purchased a coaster bedroom set from this place after seeing a good rating on the BBB website. However I couldn't be more disappointed. Their website CLEARLY said the bedroom set had English dovetail construction and felt lined top drawers. It did not. The drawers were cheaply stapled together and no felt lined drawers either. When I submitted a complaint to the BBB their only response was that I should not expect a $700 set to be the same as a $3000 set. Well, if you ADVERTISE the set as having well made drawers, I expect it to be so! Think twice about this place. They have no issues with false advertising!

We order a Hillsdale dining set from HCC Furniture. They had the best price for the dining set we were looking for. Our order was delivered within the week that we ordered it. Unfortunately, Out of all the products that I have ordered, I've so far only had one piece of furniture come missing the connecting hardware And the parts process was super easy. We contacted HCC Furniture's customer service department about our problem. Debbie, in customer service, was very understanding and apologetic that we had a missing part. She contacted Hillsdale Furniture right away and within a week we had all the nuts and bolts., shipped to us from the factory.

We are so glad we purchased from HCC Furniture. Our purchase was shipped quickly and our problem was handled above and beyond our expectations.

I purchased a 6 piece sectional from HomeCinemaenter. The furniture shipped exactly when they said it would. The website was easy to use and the customer service was spot onl! I will absolutely be purchasing more in the future from HCC.

I Ordered a tv stand and a ound bar from HomeCinemaCenter. The box had a little damage, so before I opened the box I called them. They had amazing customer service. They explained what to do, if the product was damaged. The product wasn't damaged and had so much packaging would be very difficult to do anything to it. Was exactly has shown on the site. Over all had a pleasant experience with this company and would order again.
