We ordered a large sectional from Coleman and are very pleased with our purchase. The online purchasing site was easy to navigate and had lots of options, and the delivery process went seamlessly. Would definitely order from them again!

I was looking for a particular bedroom set and although other furniture stores carried it, I got the best deal all around with HCC. From the order process, proactive communications every step of the way, and their delivery with white glove service was absolutely fantastic.

This is the first time making a purchase on furniture online and as it turn out to be a great experience. The only problem was that they should have contacted me about why the delivery was held up. But, if I had turned on the weather station, I would have noticed the hurricane blowing up the coast too. Kathy in customer support was great and she kept us informed about it and we received it the following week. Just 10 days to receive a sectional is amazing! I placed a furniture order at the end of May and when I called on July 7,2023 for a status update after checking the website for a status, the gentleman who answered was completely unwilling to provide me any information, citing "company policy". He aggressively stated that "this is not a debate" and I am only able to receive information on the website (which, again, was offering no status on my order number whatsoever). As a small business owner myself, this is no way to conduct business. It's offensive to spend a significant amount of money, and the company be unwilling to provide any assistance. I will NEVER do business with them again, particularly since their products are not unique and can be purchased through many different vendors.

I wanted to order living room and dining room furniture and had many questions. Sent an email and received a call back as the shipping was a possible issue sine we live in a tight area for large trucks. Mary called me back before the store opened. She was very friendly, articulate and really made sure all info was correct for my order! Will definitely refer anyone I know who needs furniture to HCC.

There is a reason why it is either 5 stars or 1 star. If you get your furniture undamaged, you will probably be happy. If not... Well, let's just say that they are the last people you want to deal with in this case. First of all, you need to know they will NOT replace your damaged furniture. Ours arrived with a lot of damage and was glued and painted over. Even that was after a 2 month long struggle. Buyer beware!

Since I gave a birth to my lovely baby-girl my husband and I don't really have time and strength to go out somewhere. But we both understand that it is also important to spend time together only two of us. So we found a solution for at HomeCinemaCenter. We ordered two comfortable theatre chairs and transformed our living room we cherish in a small cinema hall. So sometimes when our little daughter is taking a nap for an hour or so we can relax and watch some movie. The chairs are really very comfortable. Do not buy from this online store. While their pricing is good, their service is terrible. They shipped me one of six chairs incorrectly. Spent two months trying to work out their shipping departments error. Their customer service person was the most miserable person I have ever dealt with. I gave up after two months and will live with five chairs in my theater room. You not buying from them is the only satisfaction I can get.

Shopping on HomeCinemaCenter is so easy. The lay out of the pages is well done. Descriptions of merchandise are generally perfectly detailed. I can easily go in and out of product descriptions without having to go back to the beginning as what happens with some sites. The site format or functionality changes occasionally but it is always a great update. One of the few "marketing" e-mails that I receive that I actuality look on a regular basis. Last Item I received was a sofa set.

The entertainment center is beautiful and HomeCinemaCenter was great to work with. The price was also hundreds less than other sites! I had another a sofa set ship separately and this item was held at the local terminal so that both pieces could be delivered together. The guys that delivered were professional, courteous and worked quickly. Highly recommend this company!
