I have nothing but positive praise for this company, their practices, and prices. I have placed two orders with them. I will soon be placing a third order and will continue to make this company my first go to when shopping for furniture.

Amy, the sales Manager, and my sales representative Amanda are wonderful. Amy went above and beyond. She had answers to all my questions, kept me informed on my order status, and was quick to respond to my emails. She's the ideal example of top notch customer service.

The delivery teams that assembled and moved the furniture into my rooms were great as well. They were courteous, quick, and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the delivery!

I ordered a dining room table about 3 days ago and just found out it was on backorder until 12/30. I called to find out a little more information, and the man I spoke with was insanely rude. Mind you, I am a sweet, bubbly, positive person, and I never write reviews like this or say anything negative about anyone, but this man completely got under my skin. I wish I had gotten his name. I asked if I was able to cancel the order (very politely), and he basically yelled, go for it! There's a ton of other customers lined up right behind you to buy it. That was just the beginning of his rudeness.

Listen, I completely understand that furniture stores are hurting right now because of the pandemic, but wow - when someone is just asking a simple question to simply find out more information about a backorder, it is completely unnecessary to blow your lid on them. I was absolutely willing to wait until December, but because of that terrible experience, I will be canceling my order.

I just want to say that It is rare to experience the stellar customer service I have experienced with Jessy. I am truly grateful for the amazing customer service she has provided. As I said in my other email. I will not buy furniture anywhere else, only from your company and I have begun spreading the word of how competitive your prices are and how hassle free your customer service is. I feel truly blessed to have come across HomeCinemaCenter.

Jessy has kept me posted on the progress of my order and has never left me in the dark or wondering where I was in the shipping process. Thank you again for your fantastic customer service

I usually don't write reviews but wanted to this time because I saw mixed reviews here. I had a great experience. I found a living room sectional I liked on Another site but they were out of stock. Found the same set at HomeCinemaCenter and ordered it and received it in about a 2 weeks in perfect condition.

Received good communication about the shipping company and when they would arrive. The sectional was an unusual size so I'm so glad I found it. Thank you.

The dining room set I ordered is beautiful, but I ordered 6 chairs and only received 3, The guy in Customer Service is the worst that I've ever had to deal with; he was rude and dismissive! If I ever get my chairs, I will not buy from Home Cinema Center for fear of dealing with customer service!

Our buffet and hutch was in perfect shape. The delivery guys did a fantastic job. They placed it where we wanted it and were extremely careful.

Amanda from HCC emailed us every step of the way from when it shipped to when it was to be delivered. I highly recommend this business.

I ordered a desk from this vendor…loved the desk when it finally arrived but I will never order from this place again because of poor customer service. I ordered on 5/24 and FINALLY received the desk on 7/19. There was NO communication to me about this being on back order. Thy offered the option of ‘white glove' assembly service which I purchased (this didn't happen)…When I FINALLY received notification that the item was shipped, they only drop off at curbside. I had to pay extra for the freight company to bring inside the building…these were HUGE boxes so I ended up paying two movers to bring tge boxes to my apartment and assemble …a service I thought I had paid for!

I was looking for a new dining room set as a gift to my family. I had many attributes the dining set had to fit and I found them all in one particular piece. The set was at a good price, it was made by Liberty Furniture which I knew to be high quality. It had the features, shape, size, everything and, I was given 7 day shipping for free. My family loved and agreed it was gorgeous. Thank you HCC for a great transaction!

DO NOT ORDER Anything from this scam company! Believe all the other rotten reviews! 4 MONTHS ago I ordered a $2300 entertainment center that Home Cinema Centers stated was IN STOCK. When it didn't arrive I emailed them for an update. No reply. So I called and the same RUDE guy that other reviewers describe nastily told me I was on a list to be contacted. When I asked for clarification, he barked "No need for explanation" and hung up on me. REALLY?!? As this creep is still advertising the unit as being IN STOCK - I phoned the manufacturer who informed me the factory is CLOSED and the earliest the unit would ship is April, 2022 - a YEAR after I placed my order! Save yourself the misery & order your furnishings from a reputable company - not this flim flam sham operation!

From the very first contact with the sales Department through multiple exchanges with Amy, the service was outstanding. There was a delay with delivery and they quickly resolved the issue and upgraded us to top tier white glove delivery. They provided us with beautiful, high quality furniture at a great price and exceptional service. We would not be happier with our new living room set or service!

We needed two more table sets that matched what we had already and found it here. HCC came through for us. We found these: Contemporary White Vinyl Adjustable Height Barstool /w Chrome Base. These bar stools and tables were easy to assemble; my husband and I did not argue putting the
Stools together! The delivery time was very fast and they brought everything right into our foyer for us. Thank you for a very smooth transaction!

Our delivery was awesome. The movers were awesome and handled everything perfectly. They brought it inside our house and setup the complete set. Its even nicer in person than in the photos. So we were pleasantly suprised to see that. We're very excited to have our furniture.

It took about 3 weeks for everything and that's exactly what they told us so that works. They kept us updated the entities time.

Ordered in early April. They don't give a delivery date till after you pay, then said approximately mid May Its now July seventh, and I don't have my furniture yet, no updates, no communication, everytime I call it's the same rude disgusting person, and he doesn't even listen, just cuts you off mid sentence, and says customer service will contact you in two business days, customer service never calls back. Buyers Beware save yourself some grief, don't use this company. Those 5 star reviews are not real, they only put those on to get their average up from 1 star (all the real customers)

We were EXTREMELY impressed and satisfied with HomeCinemaCenter website, sale process, delivery and product.

After a nightmare situations dealing with wayfair (NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS)! HCC had the same sectional couch, "Posh Sectional Sofa," for a cheaper price, were much easier to communicate with (offered constant updates on delivery and customer satisfaction follow-up), and delivered the correct product in perfect condition. It looks perfect in our place and its sooo comfortable!

I can't recommend using HCC enough. Our family and friends plan on purchasing the same couches from them and our future business will go through them as well!

Ordered a cabinet the 1st of April. Got an email stating would receive at the end of May. Then when that didn't happen I was told middle of June. I called today 7/1/2021 and was told that they would update me in 10 days. When I said that was insufficient that the cabinet had been paid for months ago, they hung up on me. I called back after being hung up on, and they will not answer my call. This is completely unacceptable from a business.

This company is great. We were looking for some new furniture for our living room and bedroom. We stumbled onto HCC and we impressed with the selection. We selected a media center and complete bedroom set that matched in color and from the same vendor. Shipping was quoted to be just 2 weeks and was delivered within that time frame.

Good communication through out the process. Pricing was the best around. White Glove delivery was perfect and the drivers were so nice and helpful. Everything turned out beautiful.

I'll be back for sure.

Great Experience all around! Great experience on the phone with knowledgeable HCC staff - Alison. On-line shopping experience was smooth and great in stock selection. The order process was quick and easy. As well as the prices were the best that I could find online or in stores. Order arrived very quick and the delivery guys were the best. Thank you guys so much. Looking forward to doing business with you again.

Placed an order Nov 2020, have not received any updates. Called to check on the status. The guy answering the phone stated he was putting me on a waiting list. When I asked what number they would be calling he said what ever number you gave 7 months ago. I asked when he said 2 business days and that's non negotiable. I asked if there was someone else to talk to and he hung up. I called back seconds later and he forwarded the call. Fortunately I had the call on speaker and my partner heard the whole thing. He calledback a few minutes ago and the call too was forwarded. If I couldn't this company negative stars I would. Nonetheless I am reaching out to BBB to file a complaint. Stay away, there are too many options out there.

I love my Magnolia Manor bedroom set. Its is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The local stores didn't have it, or were months out. I received this in just a couple weeks. I received excellent service from homecinemacenter.com. I must say that Jenny is just excellent to work with.

She showed understanding and concern from the moment the order was placed until it arrived in my home and kept me updated. The delivery was very smooth. I highly recommend them and I look forward to doing my next room makeover.
