Ordered a dining table set from HomeCInemaCenter, and was pleased with the level of communication letting me know when to expect the item to ship from the manufacturer. It arrived on time, and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

This was a very easy procedure for ordering from HomeCinemaCenter. I was a bit nervous at first reading all of the fine print but everything went very well. I received an email asking if they could deliver on a specific date. I let them know that I would be home most of the day they wanted to deliver except for a couple of hours in the middle of the day, She said they could set us up for the first delivery period which was 7:30-9:30. She said we might get a phone call saying they were on their way.

I do really like the piece of furniture and I will order from HomeCInemaCenter again. The piece arrived with no defects and the delivery men were as professional as they could be.

We found the Home Cinema Center website after looking elsewhere. I must say, homecinemacenter.com has won us over! The ease of the purchase, financing, and delivery was exceptional. The price of our furniture piece was very fair and a great deal! I would recommend homecinemacenter to anyone looking for new furniture.

I bought a sectional thru this company. Never had something this big delivered in the mail before. It came really well packaged, looks incredible in my room, and had great communication start to finish with the order process. I'll be coming back to finish the rest of my family room now.

I ordered over $3,000 worth of product and they have sent me a tracking number that a week after receiving it, still doesn't work. I called the delivery company, and they said they haven't delivered anything for this company in a year and had nothing in their system to be picked up from them. I then called Home Cinema Center and a condescending jerk answered the phone and refused to give me any information, but instead talked to me like I was in the wrong for following up on $3,000 worth of items that I cannot track or even confirm if/when it will ever be trackable or arrive to me. He insisted that it was simply delayed, but would give me no further information. When I asked to cancel it, he said they would charge me shipping and restocking despite the fact that he had just admitted that shipping had been delayed.

Ordering was very easy thru HomeCinemaCenter and delivery was sooner than I expected! The delivery service was Excellent as well! Called to schedule a day that would work, called 30 minutes before and set it all up for me! Couch is very comfy and we love the color!

I called to get some information and actually talked to a real person! Linda was very helpful with all my questions. She said I will be able to keep my new bedroom set on hold until I move into my new house. That was a big relief for me! Sure enough everything was delivered on the date I requested and its beautiful. Thank you for your help with my new house and furnishing it.

My dining room set was just delivered from homecinemacenter and it is beautiful. Ariana was great - she placed the order for me and was able to apply the black Friday discount even though I was a few days late ordering. The delivery crew brought everything is, set it up and took out the trash. Quality service, products and a+ customer service!

Best experience ever! Scheduling and delivery notifications came frequently (and appreciated), driver was "AWESOME" as is the loveseat. I unpacked it by myself within 10 minutes. Will be buying more soon!

Extended warranty offers are cheaper than most by far. Second time buying from HCCC. First experience was excellent. Great customer service. Both time shipping was very quick and arrived beautifully.

Looked@ a console table on the site. Knew I wanted to put some AD/VD equipment on the lower shelf, but not sure if could support the weight. Called C. S. and asked if they knew. Nice lady said she didn't know but would check with mfg. 5 or so minutes on hold, she got the answer. Placed order arrived a day passed expected delivery date - 8 days instead of 7... Seriously, this is so not an issue. But there was an essential part missing as per diagram, for assembly. BF was assembling, as that's what good BF's do. Called Sunday(yes C. S. is there in Sunday), had the missed part FedEx'd in my hand on Tuesday.

This wood accent sofa set from HomeCInemaCenter exceeded our expectation since we ordered in online without looking at it. It is better then the pictures they had shown and the quality is really good. The neutral color would match almost any decor and if you add throw pillows on it becomes like a show piece. The high back matches the height of my sofas so everything seems uniform height in the room. I would highly recommend buying this company

They ship direct and very fast. They also offered a better price and definitely better sales and customer service. It took ashley 2 days just to return my call and during that time I had already purchased the same furniture for better price and it was already shipped by the time ashley sales dept called me back.:-). Great experience buying from HCC and will buy again from them in future.

To be frank my experience with HCC SUCKED. Non existent customer service. The one guy who answers the phone from his bathroom is rude and obnoxious at best. Waited weeks for order updates snd never received any, when I called to ask he offered no information, just a bad attitude. Spending a lot of money for no merchandise and crap service not worth the aggravation!

The Magnolia Manor desk and matching file cabinet are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to put together... I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic style. The shipping was incredibly fast! I received them way sooner than I was expecting especially right now with so many things on back orders! Thank you, HCC!

HCC has unbelievable deals, from bedroom sets to beautiful accent chairs, stunning designs of dining set and the best choices of buffets I have found online. I have a list, some things I want are sold out, hopefully they will notify me as stated when it's available again... but later this week I will fulfill the rest of my list!
