I was really uncomfortable ordering furniture online but when I saw the three -piece set of Arizona Marco Leather I couldn't resist. I talked with a sales rep who was very helpful and friendly.

The price was exceptional and delivery time was amazing! It arrived in good condition and was placed in my room ready to use. I love the high back which allows support for my head... very relaxing! Each piece is comfortable and very attractive.

Terrible customer service. Their shipper lost my order two weeks ago. Despite the fact that I have called them multiple times asking where my shipment was they never notified me that it was lost. I have left six phone messages and three emails asking what they intend to do about my order and they have yet to respond or return my call.

I got phone calls and notifications from the shipping company updating the status of my shipping as it goes a long as well as the scheduling time of delivery. They were on time and very courteous.

To me. I'm always nervous about ordering furniture online, but this Abery Park bedroom set is a very fine piece. The front is really lovely and the wood on both sides has a very nice design. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase!

Their customer service is superb, their prices are unbeatable and i live in a 5th floor walk up and the delivery guys delivered my sofa and bedroom set up to the 5th floor free of charge. They really went above and beyond, i dont know of a single other company that would do this and not even try to charge you an arm and a leg for it!

I called 2 times to confirm availability of the items I was trying to purchase. After using PayPal credit to buy these items the company emailed me a week later to cancel the transaction because of a 45 day + back order. The company never cancelled the PayPal transaction. I emailed them 4 times and called in. When I called they just told me to email the same email address that I had no response from over 9 days. This company has only 1 customer service rep who answers the phone and he has been extremely rude every time I called even the first. When I called to inquire about my refund he was very rude and hung up on me and then forwarded my attempts to call back to voicemail. I am concerned that this company is just a scam.

My item was supposed to be delivered several days ago (on tracking order the estimated delivery showed 5 days ago, yet hasn't been updated since). I have contacted customer service 3 times: my email and voicemail from 5 days ago were never answered, and when I finally got someone on the phone (when I called again today) the rep was rude and said that someone would get back to me and hung up.

I think it's simply poor business practice. Very disappointed. And I still want my order to be delivered.

The Prices are so much better for the same items, I was looking at in the Ashley Store in town. This includes the 20% off what they give you, to make it sound like you're getting a ""Good Deal."" But, you have to know to ask for that discount. Shopping at HCC was straight forward.

I was searching for counter height chairs and table set through Google and ran across HCC furniture, and glad I did. Found the exact chairs that I was looking for and placed an order unfortunately that particular item was no longer available but was notified the next day so I ended up ordering another style that would work and placed the order, I started this on a Monday and received the chairs on Friday of same week. Good on keeping you informed. The chairs are very well made and were fairly easy to assemble it took 3 hours for a set of 6.

Their website is very accurate on description and dimensions of items. I have searched all over town and other websites and this one was the best. Again this is very well made and heavy duty my husband is a very large man and need strong and sturdy furniture we will be enjoying these for years! In the future if I need any other furniture I will look here first!
