I was trying to design my own movie room and found this site. Called in to customer service and they put together several package deals for my budget range. Their customer service is superb, their prices are unbeatable and i live in a 5th floor walk up and the delivery guys delivered my sofa set up to the 5th floor free of charge since I was shipping over a certain amount. Not only that, but i had asked to remove my previous sofa and put it on the

I ordered a bedroom set in Jan of 2022. Paid for it. Should of been shipped June 2022. Now it's been canceled. I've been hung up on 3 times. Can't get anyone to communicate with me. VERY FRUSTRATING! Do NOT use.

I didn't even know customer service could be this terrible! Made an order, was told days later that the item was discontinued, called to talk with customer service and let's just say I will never ever be recommending this company, even to my worst enemy!
