We went to many different sites to find the perfect bedroom set for my daughter and ended up purchaing from HomeCinemaCenter. We were looking for something in between ages, not for little ones but what she could also used until she became a teenager.

This white bed set came in great quality for the price. The details were very nice although the bed was a tad longer than what we anticipated even after getting the measurement. In our opinion, it just fit perfectly in her room. It was free shipping and assembly included. Excellent quality, fast delivery, and family is very happy.

This company may have nice products but their customer service representative is unprofessional and possibly ready for a melt down. I was trying to clarify if my account had been charged for a product I ordered and he would not let me finish, kept speaking over me and finally cancelled my order. Crazy. Sad as this does not seem to be typical for them but that may be old news. Plenty of other retailers sell the product I was buying so I will move on.

First time shopping here, good prices and communication. I contacted HomeCinemaCenter by phone once prior to ordering and customer service was courteous and helpful. Would buy from this site again. Shipment was delivered in less than a week and beautiful.

I received my sofa bed after 34 days. It is in good shape and what was advertised. However, their service stinks. I emailed them and called and left messages. Their delivery time is not as advertised and they are not willing to work with you to make things right. 30 days later I saw that the item was 100.00 less. I asked for a discount because we did not receive in the time frame stated and of course that is a big fat no. I said I will just refuse the shipment and boy oh boy, that guy became very talkative. But what ever, I got my couch and I like it.

To say my husband is picky is a complete understatement, but he absolutely loves this dining set. This is exactly what swe were looking for and the quality is awesome. Very few makers have this type of table and seat combo and all want significantly more $$ for them. We will remember
HomeCinemaCenter in the future when other furniture needs come up. Lastly, the table set shipped out promptly and arrived with no damage.

They were individually packed in strong boxes with a good amount of padding for protection. We didn't expect to have them around for this Christmas when we ordered, but are thrilled that they were.

I received a bar in two boxes. Carrier dropped off. When I opened the bottom was fine but the top was damaged. HCC is saying not their problem. Yeah, I call BS on that. They have obviously had issues before as there are so many complaints. They offered $50 rebate on a $1000 bar? Really? I just put a stop to my credit card. I have pictures showing the box looked fine and then inside the damage.

I called to ask a question about some furniture at HomeCinemaCenter. Amber assisted me and helped me figure everything out. The order process was quick and easy. As well as the prices were the best that I could find online or in stores. Thank you guys so much. Looking forward to doing business with you again.

I love my new Sofa and love seat. It arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. This is the second time I've purchased from HomeCinemaCenter and will order again. We recently bought two bedroom sets from HomeCInemaCenter. Not only were they both cheaper than what we saw at local stores furniture, but it even came with free delivery. The website stated it might take about two to four weeks for our stuff to be delivered. We received both dressers within a week, way earlier than expected.

The only constructive feedback was when the delivery company called and spoke with my husband they told him it was ready for delivery the next day and he felt as through that was his only option.

We were able to make it work but it might be nicer to be offered a range of dates for delivery. But around the holidays I completely understand. Any they were amazing with the delivery. Highly professional, quick, and very polite.
