We ordered our furniture in early December, before hand i called to make sure everything was in stock because we didn't want to have to wait. I understood it would take 5-8 weeks for delivery. After 5 weeks I called for an update and the informed me that pieces of my furniture where on back order. It has now been 3 1/2 months and we are STILL waiting on delivery. We have to call for updates and they still don't provide specifics, no apologies, it is absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent affordable prices, fast delivery, and great quality purchase. Got the last bedroom set I needed for my house. I appreciate the quality most of all and it was completely assembled, just had to put handles on the dresser. No big deal.

The Website said that my order would be shipped in two days. I went to check a couple of days later and it said it was going to be shipped out three months later. I called them and the customer service person hung up on me three times. It is the same man that answers every time. Every time I ask him for information or to speak to someone else, he tells me to email and hangs up. I emailed twice and nobody answered. I am trying to cancel my order but can't! Don't use this website! I'm going to file a complaint against them and will dispute it with my credit card. I bought almost $3000 with of stuff from them!

Shelly at HomeCinemaCenter provided excellent service and communication by phone, text and email, understanding my specific requirements, helping me maximize my sale discount, and making sure the furniture won't be delivered before our flood-damaged house is fully repaired. I have ordered Living room sofa set and they never shipped to my address, even though they confirmed they already shipped with tacking number which never works on carriers site. They used fraudulent shipping info where the tracking number not recognizes by the carrier company Site and customer service center. When I called Home-cinema -center to know about the order status they just hang up the phone and avoid my caller I'd afterwords. They just cheated on me and I am sure there are many victim like me falling on same trap by this fraud company,

If you use these guys, beware that they may not have the item in stock and you may run in circles to get your money back or your product. Their web site does not disclose items that are now available or on back order. When I called to inquire about an item, the rep was very rude and hung up on me before I was finished with my inquiry. Sad business practice.

The process for ordering was very simple. We could find everything we were looking for in simple organization. Placed the order (on the weekend) and immediately received confirmation. Next business day received a Thank you email, informing of a tracking details for the order with carrier and phone numbers to call to schedule. Jessica as well as everyone I communicated with were very quick to respond.

Pieces were delivered by a very professional delivery service who took great care in every step and the furniture looks beautiful. Will definitely look to order again in the future.

I ordered a living room set from HomeCinemaCenter. I found the one that I really like so i called the them. Spoke with a very helpful service agent and she answered all my questions and was extremely nice. I placed the order and a couple days later received a call from the delivery company asking what day would be best to drop it off.We selected a day and sure enough, they showed up on time. Unwrapped the couch and brought it in. They even set it up for me. I would definitely recommended HomeCinemaCenter to anyone!

This was my second time ordering through HomeCInemaCenter. Not only did my bedroom set arrive an entire week and half early, but the delivery guys arrived early too! I love that! My bed set arrived with no damage and looked better in person. The delivery guys on both of my shipments were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you!

The delivery teams that assembled and moved the furniture into my rooms were great as well. They were courteous, quick, and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the delivery!

This company or its representative is horrible. I'd just mad a purchase less than an hour ago. I thought I was purchasing a piece of a sectional. It did not specify on the site. When I called to inquire and found out that I actually purchased a photograph I asked to cancel the order. Why in the hell would I buy a photo for $80 bucks? A photo of a couch! Needles to say when I asked for a refund I was hung up on. Continued to call and had my calls ignored. Then after calling several time, (wait for it)... They blocked my number. How effing rude and unprofessional? This company has NOT heard the last of me. Customer sucks $#*!!

Aside from the cost which was a great deal, ordering through customer service was a pretty thorough experience. I felt safe and secure doing it as I have never done business with this company before. But all of the blocks were checked and I felt very confident in my purchase.

I just received my item, and there were no delays which was amazing! Would definitely order from them again!

Ordered a cabinet the 1st of April. Got an email stating would receive at the end of May. Then when that didn't happen I was told middle of June. I called today 7/1/2021 and was told that they would update me in 10 days. When I said that was insufficient that the cabinet had been paid for months ago, they hung up on me. I called back after being hung up on, and they will not answer my call. This is completely unacceptable from a business.

We are very pleased with our beautiful new bedroom set... It's just what we wanted! Both the quality and finishes of the furniture are excellent. The men who delivered and assembled the set did a great job! They actually called and came a day earlier which was great.

Please let me save you a horrific experience that I went through with the online furniture company. Yes you will get a discounted price, and I can only imagine the rating for this company is so high on this site is either internet bots, paid reviewers or the customer did not have to deal with customer service (if you're even able to get through). The only service worker is John, who will cut you off mid sentence, be very short with you, not to mention, stated he would file harrassment charges on myself for calling the center consistently to attain a service representative. All together ended up blocking my phone number, for attempting to reach the company to speak about my recent purchases. Save your time, save your money, save your patience on a more reputable big store company. Do not trust the 4 stars on this site, research the company on Better Business Beuero.

The table was of better quality than we hoped for given the modest price. Well constructed and without blemishes. The delivery team was polite and cheerful and took the time to adjust the latches where the leaf opens for a tight fit when the table is closed.

They took the time to position the table to our liking and carefully reviewed for any damaged. All cheerfully. Truly white glove service as advertised.

I mainly dealt with Katrina on the phone first - follow up email. I have shopped here purchasing more than 6 bedroom sets for family and friends - 3 of my own and this was so far the best experience. I look everywhere for furniture - only online and this HomeCinemaCenter probably has the best service overall - and each purchase went as smoothly as the last!
