I have ordered a lot of merchandise over the last few years from HCC and have never been disappointed. I am hooked on buying quality merchandise from HCC. The sales are amazingly affordable and the merchandise is of superior quality. I also enjoyed browsing the weekly sales.

I almost gave up trying to order office furniture due to the delays caused by COVID. I contacted Allison at HCC and shared my experience and they took it from there. I should have started with Home Cinema Center., it would have saved me a ton of time and frustration.

The process was seamless from ordering to delivery. The cost was very competitive compared to others and the quality of the furniture was exceptional.

My wife bought some furniture and one of the furniture came damaged and I called and also emailed several times they said that they were going to replace and fixed but now they brocket my phone number and don't respond to my email or my phone call's I do not recommend this store when you buy something they are very nice but but if you need help with you order forget about they will not help you is almost 2 years and response I keep emailing them but nothing.

I just redid my bedroom and went with the works: bed, dresser, chest, nightstands, new linens, duvets, pillows galore! The furniture came in a reasonable amount of time and my room is so beautiful! Will definitely choose Hcc for my next remodel.

Horrible customer service. The quick delivery they advertise is an abolute joke. I bought the furniture from this site because they advertise deliveries within a week. A month later, and I still don't have mine, and homecinemadenter.com has not responded to my requests for information. I will never order from this site again.

I placed my order online because the loveseat was not on the floor of any furniture store. Of course I was concerned. I chose HomeCinemaCenter because the value given for the price was good and reviews were good as well. This was the best decision ever! Upon receipt of my order, I received an acknowledgement and shortly thereafter I was given periodic status reports as to when I could expect the delivery.

Delivery was excellent! The warehouse called with a date and the next day called with a time frame. When the delivery men arrived, they spent a total of 30 minutes in my home even after putting the loveseat together! The whole experience was seamless and I am very happy that I chose HCC.

Haven't opened anything yet because everything's been shipped to my new address but I am astounded & impressed how quickly things have arrived with FREE SHIPPING to boot ~ what could be better?

I had never heard of HCC furniture but it was a pleasure doing business with them. The email updates on my order was nice and when it was time for delivery the customer service was outstanding. They had my entire order delivered ahead of schedule and was a nice thanksgiving surprise. Thank you!

I ordered a bedroom suite in early September. I had to contact them 2-3 weeks later to find out my order was back ordered until the end of November. I had to contact them again 12/3 to ask about my order only to be told to call in. When I did on 12/4 I was told they had canceled my order because "don't keep orders indefinitely." When I argued that it wasn't meant to be kept indefinitely, just till the back order was filled I was yelled and then hung up on. I worked in the industry for several years, these guys are clearly only interested in making a quick buck and if they can't customer be damned. If you're lucky enough to get the product you ordered don't expect any decent customer service or reimbursement afterwards for any defects or damages.

I was looking for a new dining room set as a gift to my family. I had many attributes the dining set had to fit and I found them all in one particular piece. The set was at a good price, it was made by Liberty Furniture which I knew to be high quality. It had the features, shape, size, everything and, I was given 7 day shipping for free. I have just recently moved into a new apartment and I was in much need of a sofa set that matched my style. So many places have insane prices just for a decently sized, cute couch and I was so pleased to find one that was in my price range. Delivery didnt take long at all, less than 2 weeks which was so doable! Setup was perfect and I am obsessed with my new sofa set. I am actually laying on it as I type this! This is a lying company on the website when I purchased the bedroom set said it would ship in 3 days. But after I paid it sent me a email 3 days later say 10-18 business days. So then I get a email saying it shipped this is the 8th business day it still hasn't shipped yet. So I call in too see what's going on the guy answering the phone is rude as hell im asking him a question he talking over me doesn't give me a chance to get a understanding of what is going on and said they will get back with me in 2 day's for an update and hangs up on me. Don't order nothing from this company the lie and rude as hell.

Delivered in a timely matter, all we had to do was to pull it out of the box, take off packing and it was ready to place in the room. Customer Service was very helpful in helping to find the right item and place my order by phone. Thanks HCC!
