HCC removed all skepticism associated with online furniture shopping. From the time I clicked the purchase button up to the delivery everything was perfect. I was assigned a representative named Kelly who kept me informed of every move of the entertainment center. Once the entertainment center arrived at my home it was assembled without a scratch. I would definitely recommend HCC to my friends and family. Excellent purchase and beautiful product!
Purchased a dining room table and 8 chairs and am so happy with this purchase. The quality is great and we got an amazing price. There is a design element (gold line) on the table that was hard to see in the online pictures but I actually really like in person. The delivery process was seamless and it arrived within the estimated delivery window. Nadir, the manager at Emma Mason was so helpful and gave us constant updates on our order progress and followed up post delivery to ensure the delivery was successful and satisfactory. The local delivery team was wonderful as well. Arrived well within the delivery window and they called ahead to give an update when they were close. They were courteous and put everything together quickly while being mindful not to damage anything.So excited to put this dining set in our new home

I purchased a rocker recliner loveseat in December 2018 and the right springs are broken. I have written, emailed and called Home Cinema and they told me it was not there problem. It was the manufacture's problem, Catnapper. They sent a technician to repair it in March 2019 and he came and and said the springs are too weak. I paid about $870.00 for this furniture and can not get it repaired or replaced. I have texted and called the tech and he will not respond. I spoke to Ania and emailed her. I sent pictures and expIained the problem. This sofa hurts my back and will not stay upright when you sit down. I am a disabled veteran with a bad back. Do not buy from this store!

Placed an order for a couch & Ice Tub (random, I know) on 9/06/2019. Couch thankfully arrived in good condition, the delivery company was amazing. They are the politest people in the world and the total opposite of what you will get at Home Cinema Center. After 3 weeks I called to see if I could get the tracking numbers for the ice tub, I was told by a rude man that would not give me his name that I would be contacted in 48 hours with the numbers. Then today I called and got the same rude man (who I asked if he was the owner, he said no) he said customer service responded to me in an email. When I asked if he was the owner, he hung up on me.
I checked my email and wow they gave me a credit for. 52 NO that was not a typo, 0.52 cents stating that the tub is no longer available. They have a promotion stating that if you purchase more that $1,500 in products from them you get 5% off your order. They sent the couch (free shipping) didn't send the $11.25 tub that charged me $19.71 to ship = Total cost $30.96 and gave me a credit of. 52 cents stating that since they didn't have the tub (still showing available on their web site) that my discount drops to 3% and that warrants the. 52 credit to my card.
Horrible customer service, and dirty play will have me leaving this review everywhere I can to warn others. So thankful there was nothing wrong with the couch, as this company would be a nightmare to deal with.
DO NOT ORDER Anything from this scam company! Believe all the other rotten reviews! 4 MONTHS ago I ordered a $2300 entertainment center that Home Cinema Centers stated was IN STOCK. When it didn't arrive I emailed them for an update. No reply. So I called and the same RUDE guy that other reviewers describe nastily told me I was on a list to be contacted. When I asked for clarification, he barked "No need for explanation" and hung up on me. REALLY?!? As this creep is still advertising the unit as being IN STOCK - I phoned the manufacturer who informed me the factory is CLOSED and the earliest the unit would ship is April, 2022 - a YEAR after I placed my order! Save yourself the misery & order your furnishings from a reputable company - not this flim flam sham operation!

Reports have been filed with BBB and the Federal trade commission. I am going to report to the South Carolina Attorney General as well. They WILL NOT answer any question by phone - just hang up. They WILL NOT answer emails within any reasonable amount of time - 2-3 or more weeks for a reply.
Please help get this business OUT OF BUSINESS!
I purchased a twin size bed with six drawers underneath and have to tell you this is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Order was shipped and received in the time we were told, and due to our own error, we ended up breaking (dropped down the stairs!) the drawers.
I contacted the company and they were WONDERFUL, they put an order in for the new drawers immediately and that was it. I offered to pay, they graciously declined even thought it was OUR fault. Wow!
The drawers arrived damaged, I took photos and emailed them. Again they ordered a replacement, but this time, instead of sending just the drawers they sent an entire new bed. I was absolutely amazed at this incredible kindness especially in a recession!
No one could beat their price and quality. Yes, the bed is REAL wood, not pressed particle board, and it's beautiful. We live in a very rural area so finding furniture out here is very difficult.
I recommend these folks highly and I am very pleased to see their rating here is very high. It is well earned and they deserve it in my book. HCC exceeded my expectations completely, I would be happy and confident to do business with them again.
I am a business owner so I understand the conflicts that can arise during normal operations. I spoke with a rep three different times that told me they would have my bed set delivered with 10 business days. Push come to shove, I had to sent a total of 4 emails until I got a response back. The reps are all very rude and would not give me the answers I was requesting. After nearly two weeks after my last email, they responded with "7/12" - no further responses. I guess this is their way of letting me know when to expect my product. I placed the order on April 29th (4/29). I asked to cancel the order, they just responded back "cancelled" but refused to send me a confirmation email that the order has been cancelled.
This company is a joke and you can tell by the way they speak to their customers. Mike seems to be a one man operation however this is no exception to being rude to customers. Save yourself the headache and order from a reputable company. No wonder Home Cinema Center is not on google. They would have a 1 star average.

I picked this online furniture store because they had the Curio that I had been searching for... I place the order and later when I went to review my order, it said the order was processing to be shipped and I could not change order at that time... After a couple of days past I went back to see if there was a tracking number... That was no tracking number, instead the item said on back order and it won't be shipped until the following month... I didn't want to wait so I called customer service to request a refund... He answered me shortly, saying, if you want a refund, send it to our email thanks for your cooperation and hung up the phone... I called back asking for more details he gave me another short answer and hung up the phone again... I called you back a third time asking for customer service and the same guy answer the phone... I asked him if he had a problem with me wanting a refund on item they didn't have in stock and I also added, you don't have to be so damn rude... the lowdown blankety-blank hung up on me again... I've decided to report them to the better business bureau... Do not shop this website ( HomeCinemaCenter.com) if you do, beware...!
I will definitely purchase from HomeCinemaCenter again. I bought a $3,000 living room set which was a great price, quick delivery 10-days instead of 4-5 weeks like the local stores quoted, great customer service (which I did use because I wanted two sofa's instead of 1-sofa and 1-loveseat), great product, great delivery and setup services.It was an all around wonderful experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
So after extensive looking at various furniture delivery sites and checking them against the BBB, this was the ONLY site that had an A+ rating. That said, from the time I placed my order to the day it was delivered, I received constant updates on the status. The local delivery team was very quick and efficient in setting up my new bedroom set, Queen bed Dresser and Mirror, Two Nightstands, Tall Dresser, and Media Dresser - total delivery time about 40 minutes for setup, and they cleaned up afterwards. Kelly was my main point of contact via emails, and was exceptionally polite and helpful. Completely recommend buying from HomeCInemaCenter

The dining room set I ordered is beautiful, but I ordered 6 chairs and only received 3, The guy in Customer Service is the worst that I've ever had to deal with; he was rude and dismissive! If I ever get my chairs, I will not buy from Home Cinema Center for fear of dealing with customer service!

The sectional sofa by Catnapper I ordered cost a considerable amount more on another website so I was very happy with the cost and the savings from HomeCinemaCenter. Another example of exeptional customer service! I did recieve 1 piece a few days later due to shipping from US to Canada, BUT EVERY time the issue was resolved immediately and successfully leaving me a happy customer.
Their sectionals are to die for! And even with shipping and border fees still cheaper to buy from HCC than any less original furniture in Canada. Despite few shipping hiccups I had with my orders I still go back and would highly recommend!
