Jeff was wonderful and helping me purchase my dining room set. I forgot to add the Extension piece to my order but he noticed it and corrected it for me.So happy I called. Received everything and it looks gorgeous. It was even prettier than on their website and fill the room perfectly. We even ordered the buffet for it to match. Thank you for such a great experience!

Ordered sectional online - followed up 5 days later- Person that answered was rude and hung up. Called back 2 more times to find out what was going on and was sent to voicemail. Tried to cancel order online but it said it was too late even though it now said it was back ordered! Sent them an email saying I needed to hear from someone about order and cancelling or I would just go through my bank and cancel. Mysteriously the complete order just disappeared from their site and the $2500 charge just disappeared from my account. Interesting way to do business if this is even a legitimate business? No one called - no email saying ordered was cancelled just vanished. I'll be calling bank to check tomorrow.

This is the 1st time I have ordered from homecinemacenter. Great experience in shopping and orderingEnjoying the whole experience shopping on line after looking and coming back to the web site. Was a very easy experience placing the order and enjoyed the reviews not on the item ordered but other items I looked at. Will definitely use this site again. DO not do business we these folks. Defective couch arrives with a large hole through the fabric so we rejected shipment. They will not stand behind the product.
Their solution is to take a picture of the hole and have it repaired. Why would one want a repaired couch when a new couch was paid for? The customer service rep was short and rude. When I suggested that I should do business elsewhere, he responded "perfect". Provides a good view of their service to their customers. I'll deal with the damaged couch, but refurnishing the family room will be with someone else.

After much searching, I found this Jackson furniture couch at homecinemacenter and debated on whether or not to get it without actually getting to sit on it. After much deliberation, we decided to order it and so far our loving it. The fabric is much better than I anticipated it being. I love to clean lines and how plush the cushions are. The entire family is enjoying it very much.

Delivery of Parker house Sectional from HomeCinemaCenter.com was very fast! It looks amazing and much better than it did online! The color and type of fabric are exactly what I was hoping for! Its microfiber but looks like leather. Sp perfect for the kids. Delivery crew even brought this inside my house for me. Excellent purchase

From answering questions before I ordered to the delivery and setup this was an easy and pleasant process. After hearing in the news about issues concerning delays in production I was a bit reluctant however my experience was nothing like that. Delivery was very quick and everything was right on point.

Ordered two Coaster ******* Deluxe Recliners for $632.14; came defective. The company gave us the runaround, first with who to contact, and then said they would not stand behind the problem with the arm seam separation and told us to contact a furniture medic to repair the chair. Fortunately our credit card company helped us with this dispute but it took 5 months with numerous emails and pictures of the defective chair before the issue was resolved.

This site has amazing deals on bedroom sets and some of the best I have found online. I have ordered 2 sets and they came in beautiful. Order arrived in faster than expected. Customer service has been wonderful with all of my questions about shippng to product details.

I made a large furniture purchase and was told that it would be delivered in 3 days, I thought that would not happen that it would take at least a week, however hcc was right on in their timing and delivered our purchase in perfect condition! I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style so I went for it. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is super high quality wood for the price! I must say I never write reviews, but the customer service person that answers the phone is rude, and shouldn't be the person receiving any calls on behalf of this company. I had a purchase of $4800 but I refuse to spend money with any company that handles their customers in that manner. After telling him that his phone manners were horrible, he hung up in my face.

I am very happy with my bedroom set as well as the great service I received from Amy at homecinemacenter. She was very prompt to respond to my questions and helpful in the delivery process. The delivery guys were great as well, they even brought our furniture up to our bedroom even though we only paid for delivery to the first dry room in our house. Thank you!
