I was in home depot for 30 min before someone could help me. No one on the isles anymore, and it's all self checkout. What happened? It has gone so far down hill. Plants are SO over priced. Guess I'm moving over to Lowes.

With my little peekapoo (Pete) in tow I can easily spend an hour or so roaming this store. I love lumber and hardware. Seriously, I have a crazy obsession with screws and nails, project panels, moulding and paint. I go in for one thing and come out with a whole new project to be done.

They are close and helpful. I just take the part or sample I'm looking for and they get it for me. Isle are free of things so I can get threw with electric chair. I think they have about anything I might need for my project.

I use them a lot. Always have what you need. Cheaper than small hardware chains. But I have noticed prices for plants creeping up. Also, didn't like that I couldn't return pain that didn't match my sample.

A little pricey but justified by their quality of merchandise and their employee's knowledge.
It's not the only hardware and building store I go to because they aren't close, but I like to do business with them.

I have to tell you I am done with Home Depot on East Valley Parkway in Escondido, Ca. We returned a ceiling fan we ordered online thinking it was t that great. So after going to the store and looking at the not do good selection we decided to stick with the fan we returned. We went and ask to buy it back and oh my gosh 45 minutes later and at least 5 people trying to figure it out, they told me I couldn't purchase it back because it had to be discounted and sent to their warehouse to then be returned to their store. Not sure what you think about this but I'm thinking they lost a 200.00 sale because of other items in our basket. Then these big stores wonder why they go out of business. I figured out for 10 minutes at one point they were looking for the fan, I finally said, are u looking for the fan. Yes they were. It was in the counter in front of them. No one seems to care about their job it customer service. All is well we drove to Lowes. Bye bye Home Depot!

I order a refrigerator to a remodeled house. And after 1.5 week, the day of delivery, they call me to tell me that it's jot going to be delivered and they don't know when it will. The next day it took me 2 hours to find out that refrigerator is on back order for another month. If there was a 0 star option, I would have done that.

My husband and I visited home depot on Elam.We hired them to do work on roof. They aunt about 15 to 20 people out look like they piked them up from at the side of road looking for work. All the knocking and pounding caused inside damage to our house.We talk to 4 or 5 different people to have it fixed. They denied the damage and said if someone had fallen into the house they would pay for that. Someone have to get hurt fist before you own up to responsibility.
Don't hire Home depot for any work they won't pay for any damage they cause.
These people are less than professional.

I have been using the Home Depot site for almost a year. I have found that the two best things about it is if you subscribe to the email mailers they send out you get a $5 coupon and you are the first one to know about the daily deal they have.

I love Home Depot. I have done all kind of home improvement and been going to Home Depot Burnsville MN on a daily base. You can learn how to do things class is offered or buy how to do books. Staff is unbelievable... very helpful. Go extra miles to keep customers happy.

I love home depot. The site is very convenient and easy to use. It is a great home improvement store. Most frequently, I use it for buying cleaning products. They have a great selection at an affordable price.

Was in Somerset Home Depot & I waited over a hour for help after I asked someone to help me & then just left with no help at all. But while I waited 4 people employees walked right by me & when I asked for help they acted like they didn't hear me! They need to retrain staff with customer service because they definitely failed at this store!

My package was left at the wrong house, my address is 304. The house they left it is vacant and the address there is 297, big huge numbers that say this. Thank God for nice neighbors. If I order anything again. I'm double checking who is delivering it, because I refuse UPS. Unreal

Hi Friends,
Please be careful when buying appliances from Home Depot. I'v spent the last three days on the phone with their customer service team trying to coordinate a delivery and installation of a dishwasher. Then the delivery didn't happen, but someone signed for it. Now Homedepot are saying I can't get a refund until it's returned to the manufacturer. So I'm out my money and a dishwasher.
I have NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE customer service.

Bought a fridge to put in the basement and found out on the day of delivery they are not insured to deliver to the basement. They literally dropped it off and said if you have any problems call the store and rolled on their merry way. As a disabled person to be treated like this was shocking. How the heck as a stroke survivor am I supposed to take a 18cf fridge out of a box? The box alone is 2x my height. It was the first and only purchase I will ever make. They really just suck at customer service

I ordered supplies for a screen deck to be delivered. Told them when I needed the delivery. I took vac to build deck & hired carpenter. On day of delivery they never came & never called. I called & they said it would be delivered a week later. Delivery came, was missing finished steps & 12 ft metal sheets for roof. I called, they said they would be finished next week & that I had to pick them up. I don't own a truck, that is why I paid for delivery. Worst customer service ever. This was in Forest Lake, Mn.

I used to spend a lot of $$$ at Home Depot. I recently purchased a refrigerator from The Home Depot after being convince that I would get 24 months interest free and 1 year no hassle returns. 52 hours after refrigerator was delivered I found it cheaper (by $600.00). I called Home Depot for price match and they told me every excuse they had not to honor the price match. They asked the manager if anything can be done and he said NO. I then told them I would like to return refrigerator and they told me that I can only return appliances within 48 hrs. I asked about hassle free returns and they told me that appliances were eligible for returns. Everything they told me was a lie.
I will never buy another appliance from The Home Depot and their customer service is really bad. The store was located 8704 Owenfield Drive Powell, OH ******* and the Manager is Doug Storm.

I was in need of a pressure tank for my well and I went online at the HomeDepot.com. They had exactly what I needed but said it was online only and the price was 449.99. So I ordered it for free delivery to my local store. One week later the tank arrives so I go to pick it up. Process was GREAT and efficient until I thought to look in the store for the heck of it. Imagine my surprise when I see the exact same thing for 345.00 and they have 8 in stock. They gladly exchanged for the price, but I was forced to deal with poor well/water service to my house for that week it took them to deliver tank to the store. I do not like being taken advantage of and feel the website should/could have known the store stock. This gives them a very poor grade and makes their competition Lowes look sooooooo much better.

Promotions with 12 months no interest. I was charged interest. Large interest payments taking for April and June billing. I paid the amount shown for my promotional balances in April. I was charged more interest in June, my bill was less and the interest rate was higher. Make it make since. Customer service rep Sam got the interest taken off for April ( I haven't seen it yet). I said what about June, Sam said I see what you are talking about, Sam said hold on. Sam put me on hold for a while back with a lie as to why I won't get reimbursed. He said it was how I allocated payment. If I would have paid by text, I would have had to call you to allocate my payment. What is the difference as a customer I am not satisfied and I don't trust this company anymore.

I love shopping at the Depot online. I can see everything i need and often times i can buy it online and pick it up in the store. They have a live chat thing that is helpful when you have questions. AND they are always cheaper then Lowes, every single time i compared the Depot is less expensive for the exact same item.

We purchased a washing machine, dryer and refrigerator in June 2021. Washer/dryer were to be delivered 8/31. Dryer not on truck. Told wait 24 to 48 hrs. Then told that again. Then again. It is now September 18th. We were told manufacturer was drop shipping new washer since other one lost and then told it would be delivered today on 9/18. They said the washer and fridge would be on two different trucks but both delivered between 10 and 2. The refrigerator was delivered today around 11:30 am. No washer so my husband called. They said they would call back. We waited and he left another message. Then we got a voicemail that the washer was on a different ticket (yes probably since it was dropshipped due to the error) and now they can't give us any information until Wednesday! Are you kidding me? We are TIRED of waiting. Where is this washer and why do we continue to have to be penalized for Home Depot and their delivery people's errors? Buyer beware! We are fed up!

Home Depot advertise that they are veteran friendly and are willing to give a 10% discount to those who have served. However, most recently I have bought merchandise at Home Depot in which I found that 10% discount only applied to a handful of items. Most building supplies are not on that list.

Please for the love of God, someone needs to water the plants. My company would love to buy a truck load of flowers. We spend a lot of money on flowers for our landscaping. This is pertaining to the Danvers Mass. Store. Everything is dead and dying.

It's 141 in the afternoon you have four people in your appliance department, trying to purchase an appliance and there's one person working. We are here to purchase microwave stove dishwasher, and possibly a dryer and no one to help.

They have a huge variety of products, the bad thing is that half of those are either useless or will brake in a month or so. I think they should raise their quality standards in the things that they sale.
