I had picked up their mystery shirts for a few months and really liked the quality! I have grabbed quite a few more shirts since then and will definitely be picking up holiday gifts here as well. Thank you again!
Because the company blocked me via Facebook for commenting one time on one post asking if they actually ship products people paid for, and felt they don't owe customers accountability, here we are. Ordered one pre-order item March 8,2024. Paid $50. Figured by May, it will have arrived by then. Never received one email (and i even checked Spam!) regarding the status of my order--no "your order is being filled" or "your order has a shipping label and will ship soon." Nothing. But they make sure to flood your email with new product offerings though. Checked July 27,2024 for the status of the order in my account with Horrormerch, and it says "Fulfilled" June 24,2024. Really? The transaction is done? Over a month ago?! I never got the product! Tried clicking on the "Track Your Order" link and it just refreshes the page. There is no tracking number, zero indication which shipping provider is handling the shipping. Nothing. Horrormerch.com just took my $50. Tried emailing and got an automated response. There is no customer service email address or phone number to call to inquire about your order. So I went to Facebook and asked if they actually ship paid products. As of today, I can't see their Facebook page. They blocked me for asking where my shipment is. Comments are limited on Instagram as well. It's theft. The owners of this site just want to pocket your money and never send your orders, and they don't want to honor the transaction or answer for their thievery.
I purchased three shirts back in August 2024. I received two of the three shirts on September 3,2024, and the last shirt, a "Lost Boys"T-shirt has yet to be shipped. I keep trying to get someone to contact me regarding this or I try to find out what's happening and I constantly get automated messages. If you want to check on my order and send my shirt that I paid for, my order number is *******.

Just received the pop figures I ordered and they arrived in perfect condition. Along with the extra bubble wrap and protector as well.
Thank you for not just shoving them into a blank paper envelope to be destroyed along the way!
Definitely have some on my list to pick up soon.

I ordered two shirts weeks ago and still no email that they have been shipped. I'm starting to feel like I got scammed. I would not suggest getting anything from this company. Feels like a total fraud.

Ordered 2 pre order items in Dec 2022. My order says it shipped May 27,2023. Today is June 20,2023 and I still have yet to receive my order. Tracking is not provided. I emailed the company several times trying to get ANY info on tracking and every time I'm sent the FAQs which does NOT provide any useful info. When you click on tracking it brings you right back to the order page. Very disappointing.
