Because the company blocked me via Facebook for commenting one time on one post asking if they actually ship products people paid for, and felt they don't owe customers accountability, here we are. Ordered one pre-order item March 8,2024. Paid $50. Figured by May, it will have arrived by then. Never received one email (and i even checked Spam!) regarding the status of my order--no "your order is being filled" or "your order has a shipping label and will ship soon." Nothing. But they make sure to flood your email with new product offerings though. Checked July 27,2024 for the status of the order in my account with Horrormerch, and it says "Fulfilled" June 24,2024. Really? The transaction is done? Over a month ago?! I never got the product! Tried clicking on the "Track Your Order" link and it just refreshes the page. There is no tracking number, zero indication which shipping provider is handling the shipping. Nothing. Horrormerch.com just took my $50. Tried emailing and got an automated response. There is no customer service email address or phone number to call to inquire about your order. So I went to Facebook and asked if they actually ship paid products. As of today, I can't see their Facebook page. They blocked me for asking where my shipment is. Comments are limited on Instagram as well. It's theft. The owners of this site just want to pocket your money and never send your orders, and they don't want to honor the transaction or answer for their thievery.

I emailed dozens of times and got the same useless response from their helpdesk time and time again, so i'm now seeing that the only way to get anyone's attention is to write a review about how i feel; Because that's what customer service is, at the end of the day, it's about the service I've Recieved and how i feel about it.
Guys, you're failing.
I wish i could say i have a nice history with this company, but i don't. They work about 50% of the time - and the value is there. The products are good. When it works, it works. But when it doesn't... Oh, man. It doesn't.
In early 2023, i ordered 5 items. Got 2 - the rest were put on backorder. Months go by. No products. I ask them about it, it takes them weeks to get back to me, to which they tell me "check your spam, we sent an email in July that these items weren't going to be stocked and we're giving you a voucher to use on another order."
First off, i do check my spam. No messages from you or your company.
Second off, how about a refund for not fulfilling the order?
Third off, really? You're going to force me to work with you AGAIN, when you've done SUCH a good job the first time around? Great...
So i place a new order with this credit in December of 2023.
I get 2 out of the 4 things i ordered later that month.
I wait. January goes by, nothing. I contact the same ''customer service help desk," yeah, it's useless as many others have said and how it felt the first time they screwed up. No help. No 'service.' Total dead-end. Really sad, overall, because i often see stuff i'd buy on their updates but i know better at this point.
I wait. February goes by, nothing.
I wait. March goes by, nothing, and now i'm confused because i sign up for access to my account and there is a new way to look at old orders - and i can see that my two items(marked as in stock on their website) are now marked as FULFILLED. UH. NO? I DON'T HAVE THEM. I let customer service know this, and they message back saying to check for a status update. The "track shipment" button leads NOWHERE. Another half of an order failed. Another failed promise of service. Another lack of communication. Why am i even surprised at this point.
And when i try to ask about it, i'm given the same circle of b.s. Nonsense i got the year before about checking my spam and waiting to see if anything updates.
It is now JUNE and i'm still waiting.
Ridiculous.
And it's really sad because i'd be their #1 customer and write glowing reviews as i do on Amazon and Google if they simply did their jobs and got me my orders. Alas, here we are.
First failure - shame on them.
Second failure - shame on me.
Never again.

Like so many others on here, I purchased three items; two of them were pre-orders that they said would be ready in October 2023. October came and went and the pre-ordered items never arrived. I eventually received one of the three items, but the other two haven't shipped. I'm out $50, and it's been eight months. There's no real contact information on their website, and if you fill out the contact form, you get an automatic reply telling you to go to the product page for information. There is no way to check your order status and no way to get help. There's no Facebook account, and comments have been turned off on their Instagram account. Likely from so many people complaining about how bad they are. There's no way to warn people about this company. Now they're saying they can't reply to customers on here because of "customer privacy."
I will take every opportunity to spread the word about how this company will rip you off.

As we have sent in multiple emails, and all of your other reviews, and previous promotional emails... these items have just been restocked and are shipping in the order they were received.
Posting on multiple forums will not speed up your ship times as they are already in progress.
I ordered over $250 worth of sweaters and shirts for my kids and only received 2 shirts and was marked as delivered I don't know what's going on with this company but I just want my money back if they're not good on rendering services.

I wish I could leave zero stars. My mom ordered a shirt from this site on December 13th so it's been over two months at this point and she has received nothing. No shipping info, no item, nothing. And the "customer service" is garbage. You can't actually email or reach out to anyone. It has you put in your email and order number and then sends you automated garbage basically saying "it's coming I guess I don't really know". It's insanely unhelpful and frustrating. Did some digging and found out they have comments and messages turned off on Facebook and Instagram because they're scamming so many people they were getting messages they didn't want to deal with. Save your money and shop at terror threads or cavity colors. If my mom never receives this package I will be beyond mad.

It's disappointing when you place an order with a company expecting to receive it and not receiving it. I had placed an order on January 26th for two items the lost boys David figure and a lost boys long sleeve mens shirt. I have received the figure within a matter of days but my frustration lies with the made to order long sleeve shirt it has been pending on preparing item to ship for too long it is February 26th it is exactly 22 days pass the time frame for shipment. Anytime I try to reach out and request a refund or at least try to get some insight on my order all I receive is an automated email it is so frosting to not be able to talk to an actual person. I will definitely not be buying from them again.

Placed an order for three items last july. Customer service is abysmal with no way to contact directly. Refund promised mid december on one of the items though they wouldn't say which one… still not received. Looking at order staus online it shows all three items fulfilled. This has got to be a scam!

I paid a hefty amount for preorder items in May 2023. These items were not fulfilled. Per the company's 180-day policy, I received an email in November stating that I'd receive a refund. Two months later, no refund and no responses to my emails. I will be registering more complaints about this company until they refund my money. In the meantime, save your money and get your horror fix elsewhere.

As we previously stated that you would be refunded - filing a chargeback overrides the refund as you have already been refunded.
Posting other complaints etc, will not reverse this as you have already been refunded via your chargeback and you can not be refunded twice.
Love the figures you have keep making more! These are perfect for my collection!

I pre ordered three figures from them, so I knew it would be a long wait, however I have had a shipping notice (without a tracking number) for over two months with nothing arriving. I have tried to reach out to them & the single non-automated response I received was rather rude. I am really disappointed with this company.
