Because the company blocked me via Facebook for commenting one time on one post asking if they actually ship products people paid for, and felt they don't owe customers accountability, here we are. Ordered one pre-order item March 8,2024. Paid $50. Figured by May, it will have arrived by then. Never received one email (and i even checked Spam!) regarding the status of my order--no "your order is being filled" or "your order has a shipping label and will ship soon." Nothing. But they make sure to flood your email with new product offerings though. Checked July 27,2024 for the status of the order in my account with Horrormerch, and it says "Fulfilled" June 24,2024. Really? The transaction is done? Over a month ago?! I never got the product! Tried clicking on the "Track Your Order" link and it just refreshes the page. There is no tracking number, zero indication which shipping provider is handling the shipping. Nothing. Horrormerch.com just took my $50. Tried emailing and got an automated response. There is no customer service email address or phone number to call to inquire about your order. So I went to Facebook and asked if they actually ship paid products. As of today, I can't see their Facebook page. They blocked me for asking where my shipment is. Comments are limited on Instagram as well. It's theft. The owners of this site just want to pocket your money and never send your orders, and they don't want to honor the transaction or answer for their thievery.
They kept saying it was out of their control and to keep waiting. I waited months and then they finally say they don't know when it will ship and if I want a gift card or a refund. I said I wanted a refund over a week ago and have not seen anything.
I could have gotten the same item from Amazon delivered in 2 days.

Ordered a figure from them in March this year, and after numerous delays regarding the figures were in production, was informed weeks ago they were available and shipping. Still waiting, and a check today shows them being out of stock and unavailable. The customer service is via auto reply and totally worthless, with no interaction on their part. So, I'm out the product, out my money and all I hear are crickets. Guess I'll contact my bank to initiate a claim.

They're a terrible company still doing shady business with ridiculous policies and NO customer service. File complaints and leave reviews. Out over $100 for "email disruption" for asking where my stuff was. They send automated emails telling you to look at the product page for updates, yet they removed the product I ordered and refused to answer how to get information. They will take all or part of your money with no hesitation. Companies should not be allowed to create the types of policies that they have.A human responded to me when I acted as a "new customer" to get information but as soon as they realized I was trying to find out how to review a product page that no longer existed they cancelled the order and took over $40 they claim as a preorder deposit when really it's a disruption fee that allows them to keep part of your money and never be out anything on there end.

Ordered product from this company in May of 2022, no product, no refund, still to this day, 10/07/2023. They have completed sales with me in the past but refuse to do anything this time. It's a crap shoot whether you receive your order or not. Their customer service is a complete joke.

Site is a joke. I made the giant mistake of ordering the mega box last year and it looked likestuff they got off the clearance rack at spirit Halloween. Some face paint, a banner, a shirt, some smalls I don't even remember cause I gave to my friends kids. The thing that really pisses me off was the mask. They sent me trash from "return of the living dead" first off it looks literally nothing like her also no one besides fans of the movie wouldnt even recognize. I'm a fan of the movie, this guy right here, and I didn't even know who I was looking at. I ended up taking everything besides the shirt to a local collectable toy store and ended up walking out with 20$ 🤣. He didn't even want half of what I was trying to sell him I just told
Him to keep it. So why am I just not writing about this and why am I not messaging website itself because I read reviews and their customer service is awful what's the point of even trying to fight with them for a refund they got their money they're done with me I just know to never order from them again. There are smaller companies out there that actually are horror fans that put time into what they put out.

Commenting 8 months later on a Return of the Dead themed (and officially licensed) mystery box - which is a mystery box, so what inside is an actual mystery and a roll of the dice that you might like or not - doesn't really count as a review more than a personal preference... if you don't want to take the chance on a mystery box, we recommend purchasing more of what you would directly like instead to not be disappointed.
Also if you received an incorrect size shirt (as you ordered a medium) also waiting 8 months to tell us it was incorrectly sent, more so posting here, will not give us a chance to correct it for you

Their mystery box, which costs $47 (plus $10 shipping) and supposedly has a value of at least $50, had only $32 worth of merch. So unless you want to pay double for some clearance stuff thrown in a shipping box, give this site a miss.

Placed order on 8/19. Received 4 of the items. The 5 items that were pre-order were supposedly "fulfilled" on 12/12 yet I never received them. Glancing their FAQ, I'm told to take it up with the USPS who of course didn't know what happened to my package. I'm almost definitely never getting those items. So, I got half of a $240 order...4 months ago. USPS and horrormerch are apparently off the hook for the remaining items and my money.
Not a bloody chance I'll ever order anything from them again.

Scam. Paid for in-stock items over a month ago and I have still not received tracking number for my order. I sent several emails and only received automated emails saying they'll answer some day. I wrote to them through Instagram asking for contact information or help with the order and they blocked my account. They have their comment section limited and you cannot write direct messages either. I managed to write on one of their posts by using my IG business account and that's when they blocked me and deleted my message. Careful with this site. Do not trust.

I ordered over a month ago and had not received any follow up emails regarding my order. I asked ONCE on fb about my order and they are now lying saying I flooded them on social media. The site is kind of horrible and I didn't realize that my email had gone through more than once. What do they do? They cancel my order. They can't take criticism or questions when you ask about your order. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

I ordered a pre-order figure in the spring that was supposed to ship in the fall of this year (2023) I waited patiently, saw multiple other places ship out the item, nothing from horrormerch. They finally reached out 2 months after it should have shipped and said there was a delay, I said okay, and waited some more. Saw more of these items available other places and I tried to reach out to them about it. Their "Helpdesk" is an absolute joke. I got an auto reply about damaged box items, never a response to my specific order. I tried their socials, they have comments limited and messaging is all automated. Finally, they cancelled my order and gave me store credit. I ordered a different item that stated it was in stock and it would ship in 3-5 days. Fast forward to a month later and it just shipped. Awful, awful, awful. Lesson painfully learned. I missed out on the item I originally ordered for a gift and now the replacement item is too late as well.

They allowed for pre-orders and kept the half the money for undelivered work that they were sold out or not available months after pre-order. Told them I would cause issue if they gave me a voucher or gift card. I paid with cash, not a gift card or voucher. Now I cause an issue over a partial refund. There was no "deposit" made for items understood to be paid in full. That was hidden in Terms of Service.

I ordered an item almost a year ago and still have received nothing. I get an email that tells me the product still isn't in stock. I spent 72.49 dollars and asked them for a refund. The response I get is they will refund me in the order my order was received. What the hell does that even mean. Still waiting for my refund and feel like I've been scammed. All they did was send useless automated emails that redirected me to their website. Look up "reddit horrormerch" to read more reviews about this crooked online store. They have a reputation for sending incomplete orders (i.e. Only 2 of 4 t-shirts) and flat-out never sending an order. They quite literally steal your money. I'm not exaggerating. If you want proof, read other peoples' reviews on Reddit. Do not order from this store!

I ordered funko pops on pre-order which I now know never to do on any site. They won't respond and I'm waiting at least 3 months to report fraud because it very much seems they never send anything then give you a gift card which is legit stealing your money I hope they send but if not I will 100% report fraud with my bank. I've dealt with this before and can be hard to prove but I have many examples here.

Ordered merchandise on 1214/2022. Just now received 3 items of 8 ordered. My merchandise total was $114.50. Despite countless requests for an update, I have no information regarding the rest of the order. Customer service is non-existent with this company. I will never order again. According to other reviews I doubt I'll ever speak to an actual human.

I purchased a 7inch special figure "damaged box" item. I was expecting a damaged corner etc which would still be good for display. When it arrived it was covered w HUGE "damaged box" stickers that will not come off. Complete waste of money do NOT buy from this company.

On November 9th of 2022 I ordered a pre order item, and they of course charged immediately on the 10th. Unfortunately I never received any updates or information on my order whatsoever. By now its been over 180 days and the item I ordered doesn't even show up on their website anymore. Additionally there is no way to get in touch with anyone at this "business". They only provide the "help desk" feature on their website, that will just sent you automated messages. Very frustrating! It seems like I'll have to file for a charge back, since they literally stole from me! Beware of their business practices!
