Because the company blocked me via Facebook for commenting one time on one post asking if they actually ship products people paid for, and felt they don't owe customers accountability, here we are. Ordered one pre-order item March 8,2024. Paid $50. Figured by May, it will have arrived by then. Never received one email (and i even checked Spam!) regarding the status of my order--no "your order is being filled" or "your order has a shipping label and will ship soon." Nothing. But they make sure to flood your email with new product offerings though. Checked July 27,2024 for the status of the order in my account with Horrormerch, and it says "Fulfilled" June 24,2024. Really? The transaction is done? Over a month ago?! I never got the product! Tried clicking on the "Track Your Order" link and it just refreshes the page. There is no tracking number, zero indication which shipping provider is handling the shipping. Nothing. Horrormerch.com just took my $50. Tried emailing and got an automated response. There is no customer service email address or phone number to call to inquire about your order. So I went to Facebook and asked if they actually ship paid products. As of today, I can't see their Facebook page. They blocked me for asking where my shipment is. Comments are limited on Instagram as well. It's theft. The owners of this site just want to pocket your money and never send your orders, and they don't want to honor the transaction or answer for their thievery.
Everything was amazing and well made. Loved the designs. Was super fast shipping. Will order from again.

I placed an order in May 2022. They contacted me in Oct 2022 saying they would issue me a full refund. We are now in Jan 2023 and still no refund and customer service wont even respond to me anymore

This is one of the ruddest merchants I ever had to deal with. This person only sent half my order and had fight paypal for a refund which I got most of the money back. With a loss of $5.00

My husband and I ordered a Friday the 13th figure ( pre order). Given it was preorder we knew it would take some time to get it. Its now been over a year and we have not received the product. We emailed them concerning but they asked if we still wanted the product. We said yes. More time went by and the date to be delivered kept getting pushed out further. We eventually found the product somewhere else. We tried to ask for a refund but said we couldn't since we told them we still wanted the product. Waited a bit longer. Never received any email that the product was shipped. We even updated addresses with them since we moved. We reached out to them again and they said that the item was "returned" due to having an incorrect address. We let them know we had updated address and even got confirmation. They then said we had to pay to "reship" it. We paid and thought that was it. Time went by and we reached out again and they let us know it was a mistake to have us purchase a reshipping and refunded that back. They told us they had already sent the product and now we will need to follow up with our local post office to find it? That was the end of that. Finally gave up and just lost out on the money. Lesson learned NEVER order from this website.

On May 23 2022 I ordered 3 pop figures along with a code for a free pop figure. I contacted Horrormerch.com about not receiving any updates on my items. I had checked my account under their website and it listed my items as paid and fulfilled on November 8th 2022 as well as a link for a tracking number with no tracking number attached. I asked them if there was a tracking number I could have to track my items. I was told to refer to an email that I never received. I have this business in my saved contacts and did not get an email. I also checked spam and trash and nothing came up. Everytime I tried to get an answer from them I received generic answers to refer to previous emails ( all sent with in the same day November 19th) or to an email that was never received ( november 8th). I asked if this email could be resent and was told that was impossible to do. After this an email with an $11 gift card was sent to me. As per their email this should have been sent on November 8th in and email which I NEVER received. I became concerned that this meant my ordered was fully cancelled and I asked multiple times what was going on with my order. I still received the same one line answers that didn't answer what I was asking. My account still has a fulfilled status with a tracking link with no number as of November 21 2022. I never received an actual answer on where my stuff was or if all items were cancelled. This should have been a simple thing to have answered. I would like a full refund of 42.39. This is terrible customer service and disappointing to not receive help on someting as simple as status of an order.

I ordered a Svengoolie figure in July and it says fulfilled and shipped a couple of weeks ago. No tracking number and says sold out?

Basically, everything they sell are items that they don't actually have in stock. They take your money, give you a vague "pre-order" time frame and when they can actually procure it, they'll ship it to you. Sometimes that's months, sometimes not at all. I ordered a Killer Klowns Toony Terror figure that said preorder spring. Then preorder summer. Then preorder fall. Meanwhile, the figure was released months ago and I have not received my purchase. Customer service will not respond to my emails or give me a refund. Ordered April 12th. It's now October 11th.
I've had okay experiences with them in the past, but I've never received any items from figures to T-Shirts quicker than about two months. If they would be honest about ship times or communicate, it would fine. This business model is gross and it's the first time I've been flat out ripped off.
Edit to add - So, after customer service not responding for weeks they magically respond to me the day after I posted this negative review and as you can see from their responses to other negative reviews, they're on those pretty quickly. I was informed that the item is no longer available for preorder (yet, their website still lists it as such) and I was refunded minus the non-refundable deposit which is an amount that was never disclosed, so who knows what will really happen. Basically, they took my money for an items six months ago, claimed it was pre-order when it was already released everywhere else, did nothing to resolve the situation until I wrote a bad review and are now stealing money from me. This company is trash. Buy your horror merch from someone reputable.

Usually you'll eventually get what you ordered. Just know it'll be a loooong time and it's a dice roll on if you'll get all of your items.
