Exchange policy
December 10, 2021

I buy from HSN too much. I ordered winter boots and size was too small so I sized half size up. Black 9 1/2 med. I paid out of pocket $11.00 to ship back as they dont pay shipping. I received dark grey 9 wide, I called and CS stated only 1 exchange allowed. It wasnt even my fault. I'm thinking I need to stay off their site period.

I had been with hsn for over 30 years. Their policies and service have gone downhill. I won't trust them. They really have departments that don't have a clue of what they are doing. I will only use Qvc and Zuilly from this day forward. They will ship anywhere and hsn won't. Double check your orders because they will cancel your order and just send you an email about it the next day. It's unbelievable! During these last 2 yrs, you become dependent on ways to shop that are out of the norm. I'm not sure what has happened to them. But apparently their shipping policies are different than Qvc and Zuilly and for the worse.

Making payments
June 19, 2019

I was making payments one month in advance, because my payment was made early they charged me a late fee and put a hold on available credit. 1st time this is happened being penalized for making my payments. Will not do business with them again.

Trash Company

HSN is absolutely horrible. When wanting flex pay they run your card for funds, then deny you. Said my credit score was to low. It's a 660. Why run your card and take funds out of your account if you're not going to get approved... Trash Company! Never Again!

I have been a member of HSN for over twenty-five great years.! There prices are great, but most importantly, they are totally Customer Service orientated. They
Work toward a positive end result of total Customer satisfaction. That coupled with their three month Christmas return policy is extremely generous. An absolute great company to do business with.

I ordered a tablet for $99.00. I did not receive email confirmation, so I ordered another. ( to get that special price) The next day 2 tablets were ordered. I tried to cancel 1 but they would not let me. So when I received, I mailed back. They said they never received it till I came up with my tracking number. I am still waiting on refund. I feel like they are pretty fishy. Through 3 phone calls. Usually, another company just receives and credits it back. They are shady. I will not order again from HSN.

Black Friday 2016 I ordered a TV with sound bar and Ethernet cable it shipped on 12/3/16. As of 12/13/16. No idea as to where it is or when it will be delivered! Your customer service is terrible, they gave me a number to call for the shipper, meaning I'm doing all of my own customer service! HSN. I will never use your service again and hope this review serves people to what a logistical nightmare your company is! Go elsewhere people, they reel you in with a cheap price, but without the item you ordered, your stress level will go thru the roof, Go elsewhere and save yourselves a ton of grief!

I ordered a small item on October 27. It is November 7 and I still haven't received it. Nor will I tomorrow b/c tomorrow is Sunday. I forget I'm not dealing with Amazon who gets items to you in only 2 days. I'll not use them or QVC again. Amazon has everything and

I have been trying to place an order wnd cant due to m address being blocked because of the previous tenant in my apartment. People move in and out of apartments. I dont think its right to go by address instead of individual customer. HSN you are missing out on a lot of money by doing this. Thank God for QVC.

AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST

At first i really was skeptical of this site as most reviews out there seem to be bad so i want to make sure they get a positive review. I ordered a HP laptop from them (item *******). I had questions so I called and within 5 minutes we were talking to a customer service rep and off the phone with our answers. I was still skeptical as many said they didn't get their items but still this computer was just worth it. I was also afraid it would be one of those too good to be true prices. So I ordered and it was shipped the next day. The computer was double boxed and packed really well. Signature was required while other companies don't have that and with laptops or any other expensive item that honestly needs it. I ordered Sunday February 18 and it arrived by Wednesday February 21. Awesome service and amazingly fast shipping.

False Advertising

Purchased an air purifier for the car that only works when car is on. Was never disclosed at time of purchase. Gave it a try and finally sent back and was told I waited too long. I will NEVER shop there again.

HSN has been a favorite of mine for a long time. I like seeing the fashions and jewelry worn by models. I can get a better idea about them on a person than just looking at a picture. Hosts are all very professional and great personalities.

I order a printer and they stated my card was declined and I checked and this is not true. I placed the order by phone on 1/2/2016 and contacted them on 1/14/16 to find out what was wrong at no time did they call or email me anything. I would never buy from them as they sound great to order and that's the end of it. In the past I have ordered and never had a problem. Must be someone new is in control. I would say if when you are done there was NO deal.

Got 6 yr old son the only thing he wanted for Christmas was a keith urban guitar only for it to be broken, called to send it back and they can only give a refund. Poor service they don't care about customers only money! Sad world when you take a child's dreams and shatter them only be a use you don't hold your products to the good! I will never buy anything from him nor if it's got keith urban name on it, shame that he allows them to sell things that they don't hold good too. From upset mother and upset 6 yr old boy

Made my first purchase which I received a confirmation for. Then after 4 hours or so I received and email saying my order was cancelled. I emailed support but didn't hear anything so I started a chat with support who informed me to call back during business hours and that my payment would take 1-3 days to credit back to my account, It is now day 4. Wont be using this crap again

The worst shopping experience of my life, no exaggeration! The representatives who take your order are polite and professional but if you need to talk to anyone in any other department concerning your order, forget about it. Incompetent, condescending, awful. Talk to 10 different people to fix a problem. It's fixed, it's not fixed, then it's fixed again. A few days later, not fixed, fixed, not fixed, NOT FIXED! How does this company stay in business?! I will never order or buy from them ever again. I strongly advise that people go to ANY of the other online or order companies out there to purchase their products. Word of advice, STAY AWAY!

I contacted Hsn several times to discuss joys all purpose cleaner. I used it on my tinted French doors and it removed the tint. I have been sent back and forth to joy company and then to Hsn several times with no response.
I canceled my account of 30 years of shopping there. This is the first inquiry I have ever made. I will not be treated this way. I have had to replace my glass panes in the door for a charge of $1600. 00 but it's your loss HSN.

Lovely customer service, very easy to deal with, professional and does not keep you waiting online with phone calls. I am a regular customer, purchase and always cancel and RETURN, no problems. I just am careful about the brands that I buy, quality wise and how the brand fits me personally. Good place, great product and educational and excellent website.

Their customer service is below average. They won't refund the difference if something goes on sale even if you purchased it at full price recently. They don't care if they loose customers. I will do business with QVC. Much better company and they treat their customers like customers should be treated.
