They send me parts and tell me this will fix it. It didn't. I would not recommend using these guys if you expect any service.
Order was delivered and received. I am the City Clerk and did not have hands on experience with it.
Package arrived somewhat damaged. Waiting to unpackage until installer can be here 2nd week in October.
Jess M. Was a great help via chat. Some confusion re seer ratings and air-conditioner size that could be shipped to my area. Package got to within 100 miles of my home in 2 days but sat for 4 days before being delivered.

Well, we still have not air conditioning cause installer put in but unit will not work. He thinks it has had computer board. $3,000 down the drain. He is coming back this week to verify and let us know what to do.
Order was easy. Haven't installed it yet but it came quick without a scratch on. Rarely see anything that is shipped so clean. Truck driver rolled it right into my garage. Unit looks well built and very complete.
Arrived fast, but caps on charged lines were missing and wall sleeve was damaged. I consequently hope no charge was lost. Have only pre -installed find 25 feet of lines quite long for a simple wall direct install. Would be nice if there was options to order with different line length. In order to avoid having 12 fet of extra line lying outside, I plan to hide it inside the wall by wrapping an extra loop. But than again it is DIY. Overall looks like decent quality product.
Chat guy (Dan M.) didn't have a clue what a Second Gen. System was. No big deal. I just went to manufacturer for info.
Update...received equipment, very quickly! Haven't installed yet, but all looks Great!
