Simple and fast ordering process. Lots of product info provided. I was a little disappointed with the delivery. I didn't know my order was on its way until I received an email one morning that it would be delivered in a few hours.

Had a little communication trouble with Jeff he left voice mail instead of email I was looking for,he was wanting to confirm that I didn't want a heat pump; never did quite figure this out since the order had already been placed twice and paid for, did put my delivery off by 2 days. Install went great, took 7 hrs and this was the first time I had ever installed a heat and air unit...pretty simple and straight forward. Thanks

Online chat very helpful in confirming order. Ordered on a Friday night and received AC unit the next Wednesday. Delivery was perfect with no damage. Installation was easy with included instructions. I would recommend HVAC Direct to anyone that needs AC! Oh and did I say the price was thousands less than any estimates we received? Best online ordering experience ever!

Easy to order, everything was well packaged and came without any issues.
Of the added accessories, all except one was spot on. The main power umbilical hookup
Does not fit the condenser unit nor the connector tabs and is to most aspects useless.
Just buy your own or construct your own as nothing fits.

Ordering was super easy. Receiving however another story, not difficult at all. The seller says 'check it in before signing' the freight company says 'you can't open it until you sign'
I opened it and he waited. Give them a choice- load it back up and take it back or wait 5 min for me to inspect it. They're both contradicting each other. Don't fall for it. Do what you have to do.

Second A/C Heater system i have ordered through HVAC Direct. Good service with the first experience, so using again to replace the system on our second house. With a little know-how you can save your self $100's if not $1,000's. Thank you!

Thanks so much! The item is crated and since we are still building our new home, we haven't opened the crate and unpacked the stove yet because we don't want to risk damage. I'm confident that it will be just as pictured on the website. If not, I'll be sure to contact you.

Damaged product and customer service was rude and then questioned whether I purchased the items from them after giving them the order number, luckily the installer was able to get installed without issues. Purchase was quick and easy but getting a reply back is difficult especially if you have an issue which ended up not being an issue thanks to my installer
