I called a lot of other mini split sellers and all of them wanted to upscale me then berate how I was going to install it myself and after all that when I asked if they could do any pricing for a veteran they said "customer service" for life! I'm like what?... I called and talked to Dan at HVAC direct and he was direct and helpful that's actual customer service, thanks you guys.

I especially like the 'offered accessories' that are right for units being purchased.

The system came on pallets with clear plastic covering. Easy to see if there was any damage, there was none.

Everything looks great.
Price was fantastic compared to local installers.

I am going to do 95% of the work with buddy who is commercial H&A tech do final brazing and charge the lines.

Easy website to use. Lots of choices and pricing very competitive. Will wait to see if all goes will with this order have used local supplier so this will be a test. The 5 star is for the ordering process and selection of equipment.

Our item we ordered was easy to find. It gave lots of details and am satisfied we've made a good purchase. My only problem was I paid $35 for a lift truck delivery and didn't receive it. Other than that I was completely satisfied.

Thank you for cancelling and turning around my previous order for the same item, because home was flooded from Hurricane Harvey excessive rain, and could not deliver/receive the item at the time it was due to arrive.

Re-ordered before the Labor Day weekend, after we were able to get back into the house and complete immediate debris removal. Had to wait an extra 3 days for the item to ship, because of the weekend and holiday. Wish product would have shipped out on Saturday instead of the following Tuesday. Those 3 extra days without dehumidification could contribute to mold problems.

So far so good

So far so good. We'll see how it goes.

When package arrived there was no damage. Took it home and found that the optional heater coil which I had ordered with it was not there. Called them and in a few days they had shipped coil out and I had received it, so all in all a pretty good experience. People I talked to were very professional and polite, got problem corrected in reasonable time.

Web site is remarkably easy to navigate and financing is through bread was also very straight forward, so far a great experience.received products quickly and undamaged, the installer had no issues installing products and its working great

Very pleased with customer service

Very pleased with customer service. I talked with them on the chat feature and then called later. Both people I spoke with were friendly and very helpful.
Thank you for helping me figure out what I needed.
Update: I am still happy with my purchase. The suggested item is working well for me. I will buy from them again.

Called and salespersons were polite and very helpful. Haven't received the units yet so have to reserve the comments concerning the Goodman product.

Received everything ordered in good shape. Small dent in air handler but no effect on fit or operation. Missing one small plastic connector but was able to cut a plastic tube not being used to replace. Overall very satisfied. Instructions for the layman were vague and left a lot of questions. Was able to find most answers on youtube.

Hvac Direct did a very nice job expediting my order. It arrived quickly and the staff was friendly. They conduct a phone meeting prior to deliver to ensure someone will be home to receive, inspect and sign for the order
