I ordered a bow stop from iBoat but realized right after I placed the order that it was the wrong size. I immediately tried modifying or canceling the order by calling their customer service and lodging an email and return request with them. Since their customer service was closed at that time of night, I immediately called them first thing in the morning. They said they would put in request to swap the part with the right one and notify me later of what to expect. I received an email from the returns department (person who I contacted the night before) and they said it was too late and the part would still ship. I never received a call back from the customer service person despite multiple attempts to reach the same extension. Interestingly the part did not ship till 6PM, which meant they had a full 16 hours to cancel my order or change it. I followed up and asked if they would give me a discount or offer free shipping to order the right part size now that I had to go through the trouble of returning the old item. Zero response! IBoats has terrible customer service! I have now tried for over 2 weeks with daily calls and emails to get a return authorization with no help at all from this company. Worst company I've ever ordered from on the Internet!

You put them on & can forget your fenders & when you slow down to get them or when you get to the next dock your fenders are still there. Would buy them again..

I ordered a hitch from iBoats that I needed quickly. I paid extra for the 2nd Day Air shipping, but iBoats sent it via standard Ground. I called and spoke with a manager who told me I could refuse the package since it was their error. I did so, but now they have refused the package on their end. I called customer service numerous times, but no one answers. After you are on hold for 5 or so minutes, the system asks for your phone number for a "call back." When you enter it, it abruptly tells you goodbye, and no one calls back. I sent three emails, none of which have been responded to. At this point, they have hundreds of dollars of mine, but since no one answers phones at the company, or returns calls, I have no way to get it back. Off to the BBB to file a complaint...
I did discover that if you hit * after the system answers, you can then get to the company directory. If you hit 527, you will be sent to the voicemail of Jason, who is in charge of service. He does not actually answer the phone, but I will be leaving messages on a regular basis until someone calls me back. I do understand that the "pandemic" has caused staffing issues, but if you cannot stand behind your sales, then close up shop until you can.
Received prop the same week ordered and did wonders for my boats performance. My holeshot is about the same but increased my top speed by 8 mph! I love it!
Been trying to return some hinges. No response from customer support. Received a computer generated reply and that was the end of any communication.
Did not receive order like I paid for, it came in 4 days not what I paid for, the part is great just what I needed but had to stop on the way and get a part.
