I use this app almost daily to get great deals and accumulate money to purchase things I normally would not be able to enjoy! I buy gift cards for my kids for special occasions, enjoy eating out at various restaurants, get fun products like Bath & Body items, and even paid for part of a get away in an Airbnb! When I run into a problem, they have had great customer service, answered my questions, and helped resolve issues quickly. I love this app!

After scanning a saved offer in store where the system verified that 1) the offer was valid and 2) the items (limit 5) matched, I checked out in the store, then immediately scanned receipt where the Ibotta system recognized and counted my 5 items and indicated $2.50 (.50 x 5) as part of my total for claimed offers, upon hitting the submit button, the $2.50 was removed from my total and the offer then showed as expired when I went to investigate. How can 1) I scan and verify in store and 2) upload and the system recognize to then have the offer suddenly disappear? You duped me into buying these items, with no valid offer, I wouldn't have purchased the 5 items.

I love to get money back for things I have to buy and to be able to try new items, and get money back. That way if I don't like it, at least I didn't spend full price
In the middle of one of the big bonuses Ibotta "updated" the app. So now when I submit my receipt I have to scan the item then submit but if I am missing an item or a scan I have to start all over. Don't know if it's just the one store or if it's changed for all stores
Would be really nice if the other companies I've had to deal with could learn a thing or two from the Customer Service that Ibotta offers they always quick to respond, They are always professional. They always use their manners and they has patience and understanding They always work with me. I think I've only had 2-3 representatives not give me the cashback that I was corresponding with them about but you need to know that that's 2-3 representatives out of a good 100 because I've been using Ibotta a since September 2021. (I think) my total lifetime earnings are over $1000 -that's money,cash money that went to my paypal. At first whenever you submit a withdrawal it might take a day or two, but after you've been with them for a long time, it's instant! No sooner than you click the withdrawal button,money is in your account. It doesn't start out like that, after a while that's how it goes. And it always deposits. There's never been not one time that I submitted for a withdrawal and didn't receive it. It's always been there. There's been times that they probably shouldn't have gave me cashback for the items I purchased, but they did anyways so that's why I make sure I tell everybody and anybody that I listen that Ibotta is the way to go. I honestly a lot of shopping I do off of it has a special place in my heart.
Ibotta wouldn't load in WalMart. I moved all over the store with no success. It loaded as I was heading to the car. I bought OxiClean and was happy to see it as a cash back offer. I added it as we were leaving the store. Problem is it was the wrong size, which I couldn't verify while I was in the store. This is a frequent problem.

This app is such a headache. I scan my receipt and then it says I qualified for multiple products but then when I check later I see I only get partial credit. For every transaction it seems I have to submit a ticket. I honestly hate it, I feel I have to constantly correct who is ever looking over the receipts.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
