I bought 3 el paso products and scanned each one to make sure they were eligible but you did not give me $1 back. Also I bought frozen Lunchables with pepperoni and scanned it and it qualified for $1.25 back and you shorted me AGAIN! WHY?
I'm really getting tired of fighting you for my rebate. The system scans my items agrees that I have my items then turns around and cuts me short. I rescan and tell you I'm missing cash and you still don't give it to me then I have to go through all the emails back and forth and prove that I bought it what's on the receipt and what I scan repeatedly
Customer service is conveniently located, in comparison to other shop reward aps. It did take a couple of attempts to correct. However, it was with little to no hassle.
I just had a great experience with Ibotta! My daughterinlaw talked me in to joining & I was pretty much confused at first but thought I did well. I had to scan a barcode 5 times. Each time it said it matched. And yet after submitting The receipt I had to do it again! It still says pending even though it matched.
Had a negative balance a month or so ago, had an old credit from 2022 reversed! How far can they go back? Can't get any particulars from Ibotta so I reached out to BBB to help. Still unanswered questions...

Ibotta contacted me via e-mail to say they thought I forgot to add an item to my list and I was missing money. Sure enough, I checked within the 24 hour window and added the item to my list. Next morning there was $1 in my account. In the years I've been with ibotta, I've made over $500. Those dollars add up and I truly appreciate the fact that THEY reached out to me, when they didn't have to. That's good business!
I have been using it for several years now and find it entertaining and worth the time to look through the products for ones I use. Sometimes I have found something I really like because it was available and I tried it out.
The site has gotten easier to navigate and I like how they can even help you out finding items on yoiir receipts you may have overlooked. It is a great company to deal with!

Without a doubt this is the best cash back app I have ever used. I noticed I was missing cash back due to the receipt not looking right. I took a picture of my product bought and how when I scanned on app was accepted but no cash back. I emailed Ibotta and my cash back was added and an email telling me! Without a doubt people are crazy for not using this app! #1 to use and I have used many others!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
