I had an issues with my cash back from Walmart and my cash back with Ibotta trying to be used on one online order instead of my in store purchases. The team was fast and very helpful with correcting the issues, and I received my cash back on the correct items.

I had an item clipped. It wasn't showing up. I tried numerous times to up load my receipt again so I thought I'll just send it then try to fix it. Every time the item would not show I contacted Ibotta and within a few hours I had the $$.
This is the best cash back app! I've received literally thousands of dollars from them. 10/10 recommend
Update: Ibotta read this review and credited my account for the 2nd box of cheerios. I am satisfied and changed my stars from 3 to 4.
I submitted a receipt recently for 2 boxes of cheerios for $0.75 back each, totaling $1.50. The receipt was only approved for 1 box. I feel it's no use to contact customer service. I've had to so many times. Once I made an online Safeway order and received the 2% cash back. Weeks later Ibotta said I returned something and reversed the earnings- which was not true. They weren't able to fix it.

I love using this app. While not all rewards apply to me, it does catch on to your shopping and will tailor rewards to it which is a fun treat!
Yesterday while doing my usual shopping, I did not notice that the cashier handed me my WIC receipt (not where my rewards were!)
I made the attempt to submit it via paper copy which didn't work (ALWAYS SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!). This isn't their policy, but they went ahead and applied the rewards after proof and pleading my case.

Most of the time no credit is given for the products purchased. It's frustrating to submit the appropriate bar codes and still not receive the proper credit.
