I did not realize that my account was set up with a hidden Apple ID and found I could not login with what I thought were my credentials. The 'care team' initially was not able to identify the problem, and could not find my account to help me get back in. On the third round of "tell us the email addresses associated with this account," one astute help desk assistant suggested that a hidden apple ID could be the problem and she was right! Problem solved! Thanks for sticking with me on this. Your patience paid off!

I did not receive credit for buying Tyson chicken from Walmart. They explained to me what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I was given the cash back and I couldn't be more happy.
The fact that I made a purchase and forgot to check the app for any savings and they emailed me to notify me is incredible! They allowed me 24 hours to add the deal and get the savings. Amazing!

I had accumulated almost $20, but when checking I saw that I had no $$ because I had been charged a monthly maintenance fee. You don't always sponsor items that I purchase so therefore I don't always accumulate money on a regular basis. I will be deleting the app if this is your policy, which in my opinion is ridiculous and very unfair. It is not worth my time.
I recently had a receipt where the store logo was not scanning properly and therefore would not accept the upload. I contacted Ibotta customer service and they were able to assist me. They were wonderful! They resolved my issue promptly and credited my account. Great customer service!
For some reason, it doesn't let me upload the receipts, every time I try it says that I already uploaded it and it doesn't read them. He doesn't give me the money back for the product. And so on constantly, especially with the Food Lion and Walmart app. I have lost a lot of cash

The reason why you're receiving this error message when trying to submit your Walmart receipts, is that your Walmart account or Walmart Pay is linked with Ibotta. When you make a Walmart in-store, Online, or Walmart Pay purchase with the debit or credit card payment method that's saved to your Walmart account, you should receive cash back automatically. Just make sure that you add (+) offers before checking out. You are also able to earn receipt free at Food Lion, as long as you add (+) offers before checking out and use your loyalty at the register, you should get cash back automatically. Often times offers don't automatically pick-up and requires multiple resubmissions and tickets. Customer service needs improvement as it can take several back and forth emails to resolve simple issues. Otherwise I love Ibotta with high value rebates and bonus offers!
I love Ibotta! I just can't say enough good about them! But, with anything issues occur…no matter what though, Ibotta always responds and resolves the issues and in a timely manner! I've always had the best experiences with Ibotta!
It was a Bonus for $2.00 that was missing from my account. I sent in note with the required products that I purchased. My ticket was closed and the money put on my account very quickly. I am very happy with ibotta, I love using it.
I did two Tyson offers and now after numerous emails I have credit for one I'd much rather be able to submit a receipt for DG since hardly any offers linked to my account work I lost two 7$ bonuses because of these issues

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
