I was totally surprised by a email message from Ibotta that I missed out getting $3.00 on a purchase I had made and how to claim it now. In this economy $3.00 is a big deal to me and I love anything that goes above and beyond to help me save and Ibotta and their employees are the best In my opinion!

I bought all 3 Tyson chickens. I of course would have never bought them with out the deal. So thank you for that. But, sent up for review. I got no where. I have submitted several and several photos. I finally gave 2 cash back. One still missing. When I review the receipt, all is there. Yet you say you can't read for 🤦‍
I choose the items I am going to buy, making sure I have selected them in the app. I go to the store and buy the items. I use the app to take pictures of my receipt and I submit. Easy, nope! Despite the items being on the receipt, not all of my selections are called "eligible." I question the ineligible items, even scanning the UPCs as requested. Sometimes they are accepted, sometimes they are not. I then have to submit the receipt to Ibotta Care for consideration. They sometimes correct the errors originally made by the app, but they sometimes make me jump through the same hoops again. In my past use of Ibotta, it worked smoothly; nowadays it's almost always a hassle. Is that your plan? It seems to be.
I made 2 purchases with a total of 18 offers. I did not receive credit for 1 of the offers. I submitted a ticket for the missing item. I received credit for that item but it didn't count towards the bonus. I submitted a ticket for that and had to keep sending emails back and forth with screenshots of all the offers. Still never got that bonus from customer service so had to make another purchase in order for the bonus to credit.

I was curious about the $1 and $2 food Lion rebate. It seems I'm not getting this the last several rebates. There is no way not check it. You click on it to go to your food lion shopping app. I wish this store would just let us scan the receipt like other stores. But why isn't the extra couple bucks applying to cash back? Ty

I bought Baileys yesterday after seeing the $3.00 rebate yesterday. Today I made sure it was still there and it was. I immediately submitted my receipt and it was pending. I checked it again and it said the deal expired. I can't return the Baileys. Very disappointed.
I absolutely love this app. It is so easy to use, and easy to get rebates. A couple of times I have had questions about rebates. Customer Service is amazing, always responds to my inquiries, and every time I am more than satisfied with the resolution. I highly recommend this app!

I purchased the items and scan in store before purchasing the item but when I uploaded the receipt from target Ibotta said the bar code is different even though the the item was accepted I don't understand what's going on?
I love Ibotta, but lately, I've had so many issues
I click offers and scan store items to ensure I have the correct things. The app will say barcode matches, but when I submit it, it says they don't. I only buy some of these items due to the offers. I then send it back for review, and I scan the items again, and they again match, but I still get told it's ineligible.
If the new goal is to get people to spend money on a product due to an offer, then say it's ineligible and wastes extra money people on a budget wouldn't normally spend; you are doing a great job of keeping the struggling person struggling.
I was having issues getting my cash and Ibotta worked with me and fixed the issue within 24 hours and put the money in my account.
I downloaded Ibotta in the Spring of 2023 and was able to save approximately $110.00 through the end of the year. As of January2024 to July 1st I have only been able to save around $20.00 even though I pretty much purchase the same items.

Ibotta used to be easier to earn money on, but the last couple of years, it's gotten harder and harder. I used to get a few $ back each grocery trip and now I'm lucky if it's $0.25. Most of the Any Item things get declined. It's more trouble than it's worth most of the time now.
Each and every time I put in a receipt I am always shorted. I buy 5 when the limit is 5 and i get credit for 2. I do everything correctly each and every time and yet i always have to submit a request for rebates that i am not credited for that i did correctly.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
