Every time I have a question, concern or issue a customer service member is quick to respond and correct or answer any questions I have.
I like the fact that you now alert us to missed deals and aloe us to claim them. Sometimes when shopping in store, you impulse buy or you'll remember something you forgot to add to your list.
I do wish you would take printed receipts however. My last Acme receipt was emailed to me so I printed it out, but it was invalid. There was 3.50 back on that receipt, maybe more.
It is rare to have an issue with the Ibotta app. When an issue arises, Ibotta Associates are quick to respond. This one time there were a few products that weren't read by the app and I accidentally submitted the receipt. I added them manually but they still were declined. I provided additional information and the issue was quickly resolved. This is a great app!

I'm so happy I joined Ibotta! Although, I don't buy everything that's listed on Ibotta, I do buy some items, and I earn money for buying those items. It does take some time for the money to add up, but in the end, it's like free money! So far, I have earned $149.02. I'm planning on getting a gift card pretty soon so I can purchase a new air fryer toaster oven.

Firstly, I made several purchases through QVC and activated the 12% savings offer via Ibotta. However, I did not receive the expected savings in my account.
Lastly, I encountered a limitation while redeeming a savings offer at Walmart. The offer allowed for only five qualified items per receipt. While I received the savings for my first receipt, the second receipt was not credited despite there being no daily limit specified. I have already reported this issue through the app, but I have not yet received a response.
I must emphasize that I have been a loyal user of Ibotta for quite some time and have generally had positive experiences. However, these recent issues have caused some disappointment.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
