I've earned over $1000 in the year and a half I've used Ibotta. The money back is usually on brand-named items, and I probably spend too much time comparing the end price of the items on Ibotta and the other brands. I usually glance through the offers on Ibotta when I review my shopping list. It's nice to earn extra money and have it there when I run short and need to cover bills. I've withdrawn my earnings once or twice, and it was easy. My money was quickly in my account. I will scan the barcode to make sure the product is correct, and I have found a few times that the item's barcode doesn't match the Ibotta offer when it is the exact size, type, etc. I usually buy the store brand instead, as it usually isn't worth my time to submit a review and then wait to hear back from Ibotta.
I sent in an issue saying I was missing some cash back, I got an answer back and Customer Service was very helpful. They gave me the info I needed and gave me some ofvthe missing money back.
I had an issue where I did not receive the right credit for my purchase. The customer service representative was very helpful and nice. They reviewed everything and I received my credit quickly.
First and foremost, it's the easiest way to earn cash on things I would be buying anyway... and good cash! Not pennies! Secondly, Ibotta's customer service is the best! Their response time to any issue is almost immediate and the result is always positive. Love Ibotta!
Once again, I upload the receipt and several items that passed the "barcode matched!" when I scanned the offer did not go through when the receipt was uploaded. It took me another 10 minutes of continual attempts to get the items I bought to be accepted. I don't know what's happening when the Shoprite receipt goes through, but whatever computer or person reads the receipt is not good at recognizing the purchases.
Have not received cash back,on my last 2'orders and my account is linked I've emailed them 5 times this week thought they were great till this happened they owe me 16 and change, they've totally ignoring me not thrilled with this company
Quite frequently Ibotta misses offers for products I have purchased. Or I'll click the product while I'm in Kroger, but it's no longer offered in Ibotta when I get home and submit my receipt. I'm usually buying the product because of the Ibotta offer, so is especially frustrating when it's no loner available same day.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
