I keep trying but have little luck getting receipts to show up on Ibotta. I have tried since December and this is first one for almost 2 months. At least 10+ and Ibotta couldn't read them.

Didn't receive cash back on certain grocery items. Contacted Ibotta Help and they resolved the issue immediately and I received my cash back. Very happy with the quick response!

Extra money helps. But you need to fix coupon issue. You have to clip coupons for an hour over and over to finally get it to accept. I'm losing offers because of this issue.

Ibotta has gone to great lengths to cheat me out of legitimate earnings time and time again. So many times it cannot be a coincidence. I have purchased items and never received credit and then contacted them to get a reply saying you must have done this or that incorrectly. There was a recent offering on Amazon where there was 10% cash back on amazon devices. I bought a Blink camera during that promotion only to receive a 2% cash back bonus. I emailed Ibotta customer service and 4 days later i received a reply saying I do not qualify for credit on that offer because it was in my cart prior to launching into Amazon from Ibotta. No, it wasn't. They even go to the trouble to scramble your earning records to make it more difficult to keep track of what you have been paid and what you have been cheated of. It's march, I use ibotta almost daily why when I look at my transaction and payment history is it showing transactions in December and January at the top of the list? Because they want it to be more difficult for users to identify their earnings or lack there of. I see a class action coming... These people are thieves, cheats and liars.
I have made purchases of several products and I have had to request a refund for some of them because they have not applied the correct amount of products even though they appear on the receipt.
I accumulated $45 in cashback, and they decided to deactivate/ban me so I can't request a payout. Look around, this happens to tons of people. Don't waste your time with this site.
I'm about to delete the app
The last 5 or 6 times they have not given total credit even though it is recognizing everything when I scan receipts

I happen to love I botta. Easy to use and always usually pays out. I've only have a few instances where something went wrong but they made sure to credit my account

I love using Ibotta. It has become a challenge to see how much I can save. I always use my savings for Christmas shopping. I do wish there was more brands that offered a savings back.
