I took a picture of my receipt and that's it. I add money to my acct.
You give the money then take it back and say it may be an error and you are working on it AFTER you ask us to jump through all the hoops. If I don't have to use Ibotta, I don't. Because I don't trust you.
The app wasn't reading one of my offers and I emailed the support team. My issue was resolved in 30 mins! That's just about the fastest and most successful customer service I've ever experienced.

Againi have to make aware that there was also 10 for any receipt aside from the $2.00. I don't understand what is going on with the Ibotta app in recent months as it is frustrating to have to constantly text Ibotta for missing cash & it seems like it takes longer every time to get it corrected. Very disappointed in Ibotta.

After my initial disappointment about cash missing, I have now been compensated and thank the people getting this issue straightened out.
Twice I have shopped on the the day two bonuses were to expire, even checking their status as I entered my supermarket. By checkout time the bonuses had disappeared.
I have sent you two messages about missing $ from food city. The purchase from this linked account was before my trip to Walmart but already got my $ from Walmart but no response from my 2 messages from Ibotta customer service
Lately scanning receipts from any commissary is not working, I have to go in and manually scan the items. And then today I again manually scanned items it said accepted, and look again and it only accepted the.10cents for receipt and not the other products, and it currently states items under review and i scanned them in store to see if they matched.
I've had several shopping apps and IBOTTA is the best by far! They seem to realize that those shopping for deals all the time are legitimate, honest people who are trying to be wise with their purchases. It is hard to always get a great deal on the things that we all need at that exact time. Ibotta is a big help here as they have such a wide range of brands and goods to save on! And they work with/on so many retail spaces: online and physical stores!
They are great with responding from customer service as well!
I usually buy multiple boxes of cereal and EVERY single time, I only get credit for only one box.It is a pain to continually have to report missing earnings and scan the boxes, etc. Ibota knows they have this problem but they never fix it.

I typically shop through Ibotta to get the best deals and saving and although it doesn't happen often, sometimes the cash back doesn't come through and the service team is so prompt to take care of my issue :)
Sebastian C and Marie V were very professional and caring when dealing with the issue of the poor quality in a receipt which caused it to not be picked up for rebates.
I placed order to Walmart last night but scheduled delivery for this morning I ordered 5 packs of kraft natural cheese with cash to go on ibotta account but it not there i.25 each plus it kept me from getting the bonus

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
