Easy to get cash back! Dollar General my fav store is on Ibotta. The Dollar General store has lots of convenient location for my family, in all surroundings city's. Ibotta can be used on vacations too.
Try to use before every shopping trip to check if things I'll buy anyway have a rebate. Don't usually buy something not planned just because of a rebate, but might change brands if look the rebate one also. Usually works smoothly. Any problems usually caused by me, like not opening "Shop at Food Lion" when I shop there. If can't fix on line with program, the GREAT help dept. is always there. Oh, and easy to get your cash transferred to your account. Never any problem.
Overall, it's been great. The problem is where I live. The Walmart is a smaller Walmart so not all the brands are there but between Walmart and Shaws and Market Basket, I'll do pretty good. It's just there's only two of us to buy for so I don't buy a lot but I'm enjoying it and seeing the bank increase is fun!
Honestly, it's just not worth the time ensuring that you're picking out the correct product (size, description, etc) When you're doing online ordering. Many of these larger companies already give you a discount on products. Therefore, I bought a discount does not apply. Just not worth it.

I missed an offer on an item. I saw the offer in the app but failed to select it. It was totally my oversight. I didn't realize until after I had already submitted a missing offer report on something else. Only one missing offer report can be filled per receipt. Again, my oversight. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me. Not only did they credit the missing offer, they responded within the hour and explained exactly what went wrong. Excellent and fast service!
Ibotta always give the best service! Their reps are always respectful, quick, and super professional. It's amazing how they keep such a good standard of customer service. Today I dealt with Almeera and she was a delight! Responded in under 5 minutes and fixed my issue! I don't usually write reviews but I had to. Great work Ibotta!

I made a pick up purchase from sams, the amount was over $700. The offer was 4% back, I only got $7 back. I emailed them about it and they said it didn't fit the parameters of the purchase. I it seems that when it's a big purchase they won't honor their offers,just an FYI

There was a $5 cash back for person pods. I scanned to make sure I had correct item. Purchased the item and then when scanned my receipt the cash back for that item was suddenly gone.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
