Absolute scammers. You are the biggest sucker on this planet if you don't read the contract they send you. They promise A LOT of things that are specifically and explicitly excluded on the contract. My attorney said that this contract was written by monkeys. Don't waste your time with a fraudulent company.

They took my case reassuring me they would win giving me all this talk. Its a cowboy company be careful once fca say no they throw your case where the sun don't shine whilst been promised this and that they will use words like we are no win. O fee i don't give a monkeys

They hardly investigate the case you get pSsed from pillar to post even there advertisement says if its a no we still win no they don't when your no use to them its goodbye dissapointing wastes 4 months.

I'm disappointed with their services. After a 'CAREFULLY and SERIOUSLY' assessment, they rejected my case, citing less than a 51% chance of success.

It is not like they said on the radio, we listen, we CARE.

What did Icrypto do? Claim with the bank, and rejected my case when they got bank notice that disagreed with the claim.

While I understand statistical concerns, their decision lacks empathy. Every case is unique, and even a 1% chance deserves consideration. Icrypto prioritizes statistics over client care, making them unsuitable for those seeking empathy and individual attention.

I used icrypto experts as I was a victim of online fraud. I don't feel they presented my case well to the financial Ombudsman and I had to write giving further exact details and unfortunately I lost all my money. I was a clear victim of fraud and had they presented my case well i should have recovered my money. I went with icrypto based on the reviews however wish I hadn't now as I lost all my life savings.

Scam. The contract was different to what they said.
They said they found my money but that was a lie. Then they sold my details to other scammers so they would call my number on a daily basis.

I received an email today from icrypto.com, they asked me to send them information related to my case that i already explained a million times.
After doing what they wanted, I received an email to set up a date and time for another conversation.
NEVER HAPPENED
This is quite typical with this company.
I sent Shayna Rabin another email today asking for my $1800 deposit back because they have provided absolutly nothing in regards to finding my money for over three years now.
Her last responce was "no matter how long it takes we will work hard in retrieving your funds"
What happened to the six month promise that they gave me.
Again for those questioning the validity of this company, read the poor reviews which all describe the same problems.
RUN COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been scammed by a crypto company and lost a huge amount of money to them. Desperate to get my money back I went online to see if there's any help out there and I came across this company called ICRYPTOEXPERT. I read their site and it sounds to be good so I got in touch with them to which they responded not long after I emailed them. They explained everything and promised me that I will get my money back but I need to pay 10% in advance of the money that I have lost.
And so I paid them and they started sending me letters and letters to be send to crypto companies and bank. This sending of letters has been going for almost 3 years and up to now I still have not received anything back. Few months ago they've sent me an email saying that they're updating their security system and that their old email can't be used. It has been 5 months and I still have not received any email from them. If it was just updating their system, it shouldn't take that long & should have been done and let me know. Don't waste your money and avoid at all cost!

My case is ongoing for 4 years now. 3 out of the 4 years I have had to constantly write to the case manager to get him to work on my case. When we started out, It was so promising and made it look so good to pay them for the service. To date, It feels like I spent more time on trying to contact them than they have worked on my case. To have to work for 3 years chasing them to service me and without a dime returned from the scammers and the case manager not communicating with me in regards to refunding me for the service they are not delivering…? I hope this review can result in an answer from them with a refund of the service they have not delivered.
Noteworthy anecdote is that the last time I made a review they called and wrote me and asked me to take my review down before any handling of my concerns and work got done or anything. It was a call to pacify and assure so as to get me to take the review down. I assume this to be the case with most of the bad reviews.

Now I wrote the case agent again (Max Rosner) and the email address does not exist anymore.

I strongly advise against working with this company. In my experience, they are highly manipulative and untrustworthy. Once they have your contact information, they will go to great lengths to convince you that they are the only ones capable of resolving your issues.
Over the course of 3–4 years, they provided me with vague and unhelpful paperwork, instructing me to submit it to ombudsmen or crypto exchange companies, none of which produced any results. I essentially feel as though I've been scammed twice.

If you've lost money and are seeking recovery, I urge you to avoid this company at all costs. Don't fall for their promises. This is my second attempt at posting a review after noticing that my previous one was seemingly removed. I intend to share all the proof and correspondence I've had with them over these years to warn others. Please stay away and protect your hard-earned money.

I've commented several times about them but after 2 and a half years I'm really disgusted after they keep deleting it because I speak the truth. I was given a "cryptoreport" which showed my crypto transactions which I never made ending November 21 while in reality I only got in touch with my scammers in December 21, a month after I am supposed to have stopped dealing with my scammers. An absolute fantasy! All my transactions were in euro to bank accounts and not to crypto accounts. I'm told now that tracing my payments is difficult as I had made them through bank transfers! If I had know from the beginning I would not have bothered. An absolute scam.

I am finally writing after more than a year with them. Initially, very on the ball when I first paid and wrote many letters and provided crypto tracing but no positive outcome and it was a waste of time. At this point, it is even have to get the person in charge, Kira, to call me back. After I finally get hold of kira, there was no follow up despite assuring me the team is working on it.
