This place is a scam let's get them shut down They will try to reschedule you until your services you've paid for have expired This place is out to steal your money and not provide the services read all of the reviews please do not go to this place they are a scam I repeat they are a scam they will steal your money

I was initially very happy with the services. I have pale skin and dark hair, prefect candidate. I spent thousands more at Ideal Image because I thought I could always come back and for a small fee ($20/ area) I could get the area retreated down the road. It has been less than 2 years and when I called for an appointment I was told it would be over $500 for the areas I wanted. I initially purchased Full legs, bikini, upper lip, arms, buttocks, front of neck -- This is a LOT of money. In the interim I ourhcaesd a Groupo to get my underarms done and hair was almost competely gone in 3 sessoons for $150. Ideal image took my money and did not follow through

My name is Ivis and I am almost at the end of my laser hair removal treatment at the Ocala office. I happy and sad at the same time. During the past year, i was looking forward not only to have my treatment done but also to interact with the staff. Shannon has been with me for the entire experience and i can't thank her enough. She is the best. She is very professional, knowledgeable and an excellent human being. I recommend her to anyone who is interested on having a treatment done alone with a great experience. Scam for $250.00 to even talk about prices. They make you sign very long papers to even talk to you. They wanted over $3,000. Upfront to look for an appt. I said No Way. They are crooks, liars, and scammers. I have demanded they give me back my deposit as I will never use them. They are scam, thiefs, and should go to jail.

They performed bbl on the back of my hands which caused second degree burns and disfigured my hands.They have not refunded my money or taken any responsibility for my medical expenses.

High pressure tactics and promises, when I tried to follow through on promises, they came back with fine print and refused what they had promised verbally. After considerable effort, Lost $2,700.00

Ideal Image at Alpharetta cancelled so many appointments on us because of Covid.

The MANAGER herself promised to make it up for the cancelled apps and at the end they want to charge extra because the time of the contract was over. They didn't honor their word. We were SO patient with them during Covid time and at the end they didn't provide full service as promised.

A very nice staff once I paid my coolsculpting procedure they told me that they didn't have anything on Saturday until November to call them back on Monday cause it was easy to schedule during the week day but I was not sure about my schedule for the week yet. Monday the 30th of Sept two days later I called and now they are telling me that the only appointment for the weekday is in the end of October. I tried to get a refund since they don't tell you how far they're on the appointment and Freezoelogy can see me in 3 days and do the procedure the same day. I'm very upset because they keeping my money in the mean time and they don't refund money. Please before you give them money find out how long you have to wait for the sculpting procedure. Freezology have more machines that is why they can do the procedure faster. Just an FYI I'm hoping I can result this. ASAP

I was very pleased with the service I received at Ideal Image.
The first experience I had was with Darlin, she was very informative and helpful.
I saw Michelle for a Botox appt and she was very knowledgeable about facial mussels and techniques in which to use to create perfect symmetry.
I will continue to return to Ideal Image for my cosmetic needs.

I spent 12,000 dollars to have my lower stomach flatten, by them freezing body fat in my stomach. I waited awhile before saying anything because I thought it would work after waiting. This place is a scam, my stomach looks and feels the same as before I got the Cool Body Sculpting. Do not use this place, it DOES NOT WORK.

I made plans with a lady from Ideal Image via video chat and she gave me a few documents to sign. I thought they were to confirm my payment plan when I begin the arm fat removal process. The money I had save was spent since no one had contacted me in almost two months after the video chat. Now they have been bothering me about paying the entire amount even if I dont do the procedure just because I signed a contract.
When I read that the money non refundable, I thought it was for when I start making monthly payments, it was not explained to me.
I canceled because I am not financially stable so HOW AM I GOING TO COME UP WITH $3000+
I really dislike this company with a passion. They are heartless and very greedy. I regret ever even considering their services

I wanted botox (not my first time) - i had to go through a screening that was more about selling a 'membership' than assessing my needs. I was referred to Stephanie directly and my appointment confirmed with her and when I showed up someone else serviced me... The 24 units I had for the area between my eyes at minimum should have been adequate for 20 units and I still have a deep line on one side. When I had the treatment they said - if you don't see distinct results call us back and come in and we can assess and fill in. No mention of additional cost to the $650 cash I paid. I called at the time stated (10+ days after) and had to make an assessment appointment then would be 'sold' what i needed to complete the job! RIDICULOUS! I would have never paid $1 much less $650 when it was 39% higher than I ever paid before! I will never return, won't refer and will take my money and expectations elsewhere! Go somewhere else - SO Disappointed at their focus on $$ and not customers! Membership this and extra fees for that!

If you are wanting any service completed for your face or body, PLEASE look EVERYWHERE ELSE!
I promise you will not be happy from the second a call center person FINALLY gets you to answer your phone. The Reps are rude or uneducated and only care about your money, not your end goal. MONEY is the name of the game for Ideal Image!
Refunds are ONLY given to those who threaten the company legally or to ruin their reputation.
Your services are on contract and will expire before you've had full services rendered.
The way Ideal Image treats guest, I cant believe they have been around for as long as they have. I can guarantee, their time is almost up!

Been to ideal image 3 separate times and walked away feeling that the staff there did what was best for myself personally, all staff was friendly and personable would definitely go back again

Dedra from Ideal Image Buckhead, Atlanta performed my Ultratherapy Treatment. She was Amazing! I was very nervous about the process. She explained every step and was so patient answering my questions and calming my nerves. During the procedure she told me everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. She told me what I could expect and was incredibly knowledgeable about phototherapy. I felt like I was I expert hands and will definitely go back to her for the lower half of my face. I could not be happier

On June 24,2020, I received via text message an invitation from Ideal Image to buy both Botox and Filler at a reduced price. The SIX page, 10 pitch contract arrived via Docu-sign. My fee for both services was $1,950. I arrived at my appointment and filled out the paperwork associated with the services. In that paperwork, as is standard, I was asked about allergies. I am deathly allergic to shellfish. I was taken into the injection suite wherein I was advised that they would not inject filler because of my allergy to shellfish. I asked for a refund of the filler cost or $1,500. Long story short, I was told that I would not be refunded anything unless I gave them a doctor's note stating that I have a shellfish allergy. IF I provided that, they would consider refunding my money but would reduce the refund by $100 for their "trouble". Ideal Image buries in the contact a binding arbitration clause. I've left my money there, on their books, and have decided to initiate a Trial by Social Media.

Disappointment after disappointment. First, they deceived me during the Skype appointment. I purchased a package, with a lifetime guarantee option (which I paid extra for). The representative said that purchasing a "lifetime guaranty" will give me access to free touch appointments if the hair comes back. I was sold on the promise that buying a package will give me access to the services till my hair is gone. Turned out I only had a year, and they never had available appointments. I was scheduled for my second appointment 3,5 months after my first one. With that scheduling, I would only get 4-5 appointments done by the end of my year. I was able to get 9 appointments, but it was not easy. Then I learned that my "lifetime guaranty" means that I get a discount for the touch-up appointments. So I would end up paying $75 per appointment. But now the price went up to $150, with my "lifetime guaranty" discount. Ideal Image is such a scam. I know that it is not the employees' fault, and there is no point in fighting with any of them, they are just doing their job. But, the company is setting them up to deal with angry customers. I am understanding and nice, and I was able to keep my cool while speaking to the front desk, but I cannot imagine how other people would react. Find a different provider for your treatments, if you can. At least you will know what to expect.

I thought I had to get approved before I could make an appt. Long story short I was approved for $1700 then got to my first appointment and they aren't able to do what I wanted. I've had NO services done but have to pay $1700! No refunds I was told. All thanks to Kealy Teatum, the sales rep.
