Started in Albuquerque New Mexico and transferred to Tucson I was using my touch up as regular and now I'm paying for it I get system on my face bumps on my face the hair is coming out it never went away and I paid all this money for a package and they still get to keep operating when there are a lot of people out there that did the same thing spent all this money because they said it will remove your hair permanently and now I have to see a dermatologist about every two months because of IDEAL IMAGE I'm going to check to see if we can bring a suit against them I know there are more people out there that did the same thing about the so-called package deal and got nothing out of it. I have my prayer how to unpack my box I keep everything from IDEAL IMAGE, which Albuquerque said they would look into it so they Miami Tucson Tucson said we will look into it and get back with you that's just not right well the lady I talk to she was a nurse she was going down to Albuquerque because the Albuquerque IDEAL IMAGE was having all kinds of problem I never saw that woman again and of course the employees in Tucson acting dumb found didn't know what I was talking about

OMG, they deleted my review! So I'll keep posting. When I signed up for service, it was during Covid. The first appointment was scheduled after I signed up about 2 months out because they had no openings (they said). Then when my next appointment was scheduled I was sick. I called and cancelled due to Covid. They next appointment I went and they said, Oh, we cancelled your spot because you didn't confirm via text. I was in the process of getting a new phone, so didn't get that. So I showed up, but they didn't take me. I didn't complain, just rescheduled. The next appointment, I had been exposed to someone with Covid, so I called and let them know. They said OK Call again for an appointment. When I did, they said sorry your contract has expired (had to be within 6 month timeframe), ALTHOUGH I PAID FOR SEVERAL SESSIONS AND NOW THEY SAY TOO BAD, YOU DONT GET A REFUND OF THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS YOU PAID! BEWARE, this place is a rip off. Obviously they don't care about the health of the customers, only grabbing money and not performing the service.

Scammed me
August 5, 2022

Long story short. I wanted laser hair removal. I had a zoom meeting told her was gonna go on vacation. She knew we were gonna be in the sun all summer. She LIED. She booked me 1 week out. I was called 1 day prior to visit and cxl the girl had covid I was told. My 1st treatment it was to be. They booked me 2 weeks out. And then told ME NO SUN 2 WEEKS BEFORE TRRATMENTS AND 2 WEEKS AFTER TREATMENT. 4017. 00. I was lied to. I am telling everyone I know to never use IDEAL IMAGE. I WANT MY MONEYNOW.

Ideal image did not give me the service I needed. They want to get you involved inrevolving debt for small non invadive procedures that do not fully solve your problem of hair removal. After I was dissatisfoed with service they sent my account to debt colllector before I could explain to them that I was not satisfied with their customer service. Their attorneys are now garnishing my wages for services O never received. This company is money hungry and low on customer service. DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS OR ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THEM. THEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR CREDIR

I gave Ideal Image my money, that I had saved for a year to have a couple of services on my birthday for myself as a gift. I pay for fillers on my cheeks. When I saw no results, I went back, and they told me "they must not have taken "… Meaning, it is not their fault, that my skin or cheeks would not take the fillers and there was nothing they can do about it they would NOT make it right. They simply said sorry, but there is nothing they can do. I also had botox. The results were weak, and lasted about 60 days, and that was at the very most. I will never go back there again. I asked to speak with corporate. I spoke with the store manager never heard from corporate. They said they would get back with me, the woman at the Ideal in Zona Rosa, Kansas City, told me she can tell them my concerns, but "I can promise you they're not gonna be able to do anything about it."… I was in tears, and begged them to please help me that I could not afford to throw all that money away, that I saved up for, and worked so hard, for I would recommend, considering any other place for cosmetic procedures than ideal image, they truly are scammers and they do not care at all. They will talk to you into anything just to make a sale. Also, myself, and other women have noticed that is very obvious, that the employees are saving part of syringes that are purchased by clients, and used, for their personal use, either for themselves, or for their friends or for profit. They have a very bad reputation among a lot of people at this point extremely disappointed I would never recommend this place to anyone not this location not the Westport location and I'm assuming, they're the same, at all of their locations, and highly overpriced. And after being locked into a membership they changed the price of their Botox injections in the middle of the membership agreement, without notification, which is an extreme breach of contract and they had no explanation but "sorry" I cannot express how much I despise this place. And the grief that they have caused me personally.

DO NOT get lip fillers here! When I had my consultation on zoom the consultant told me they would administer two injections even though it was my first time and told me if there was any left over I could use the rest later on. I went to my appointment and she said she was only able to do one injection because it was my first time getting lip fillers and that I could come back in two weeks. NOT TRUE. I called back a few days later to add more volume in my bottom lip and the receptionist said I have to wait THREE MONTHS and also told me once they open my 2nd injection they will not let me use the rest at a different time. I regret going here SO MUCH and feel like I was led on, pressured and almost scammed of my money. Lack of communication. The Nurse that gave me lip fillers did a nice job on my top lips but my bottom lip is significantly smaller and a bit uneven. When I look in the mirror i like my lips better before :( If I could go back in time, I would definitely pick a place with better trained employees and a place that specializes in lip fillers. Research is VERY important.

Be careful shady business

They are pro's at the old bait and switch. If you do your research you will see their prices are completely inflated compared to other companies that are actually reputable. They will insist your getting "bargain of a lifetime" but realistically your being ridiculously over charged. You give them a budget and they push you for more "how about we spread it out over more months" "interest free" "you'll never have to worry about the hair again" etc. well you decided to take the leap, sign the contract only to find out 2 years later when you've made all your payments that you still owe $1800 how is this possible- fine print, "your payments are less each month so we had to tack on extra months" all said and done I got 9 treatments done over the course of 2 years (scars from the burns to prove it) and got it for the bargain price of just under $10k again how is this even possible. Had they been clear with the cost up front I would have immediately walked out- that is insane I didn't have that MUCH hair to warrant that price. Heres the kicker 2+ years later Im still shaving daily, I was the "perfect" candidate so why is there still hair???!? It's not b/c I have light hair (1/2) Italian, not because I have fair or dark skin and not because I have a hormonal issue (checked by actually doctor, not these phony nurses they hire who literally have no medical experience) who also confirms the treatment doesn't work. Do yourself a favor if you need hair removal, go somewhere else because this place will only steal your money and waste your time! If anyone happens to start a class action for false advertising, false medical practice, pain, suffering or legal robbery against this company please feel free to reach out to me I will glady add my 2 cents.

I was unaware of all the negative reviews the company had before signing up for their laser treatments. I was so nervous, thinking that I've wasted a lot of money just to get bad results. Fortunately, so far so good. I go for my upper lip area. The office I go to is located in Florida, the visits & treatments are quick. After treatment number 5 the laser seem tolerable, It wasn't till treatment number 7 I was twisting and gripping the chair. I ordered their prescription numbing cream which definitely helped to an extent. I love the results so far, I am Afro-Latina, I've always been self-conscious about my upper lip area, as a child & into my teens my facial hair came in a bit darker and would pop through in photos. I wish I would have done this sooner as to oppose in my late 30s. The area of treatment would get sensitive & pink but only last for a couple hours at most, after that the skin is fine & back to normal. I took one star away due to the fact the laser tech I've been seeing lately doesn't really seem "warm", my questions seem to bother her & she doesn't break in between laser sessions. Every few sessions, a cool, wipe down helps tremendously. If I'm not twitching, she wouldn't realize I needed a wipe down. I've only had the pleasure of working with one laser tech who was amazing! So much so I asked if I can only book her, but of course she was already too booked & highly requested by other clients at surrounding locations, she is definitely the star of the company. In conclusion, I am satisfied with my overall experience. I just hope the results really are permanent or at least permanent enough where it does not look as bad as it first did.

For new and old clients buyer beware! Ideal Image recently changed their booking process. In the past when you schedule an appoint it was confirmed, followed by text reminders. Then you'll arrive and complete your services. However, for those not aware, the new process is, when you call your appoint is NOT confirmed. Apparently, it's followed up with an email so that you may confirm time and date. There is not an alternative line of communication such as texting or leaving voicemail any longer. The problem with this new booking process, you must confirm your appointment within 10 minutes via email or it's cancelled. I guess they feel as consumers we do not have any schedules, a busy life, or circumstances does not happen for the expectation to obtain a response in 10 minutes or less. Here's the fact, I didn't have a clue when the email will be sent but yet it's expected a response must be provided within the 10 minutes allotted. Also, they're making assumptions the email was received in order to respond accordingly. However, I did not receive an email and my appointment was canceled without any follow up attempts. I paid a significant amount of money for services to be render and there should be the expectation when a client calls to make an appointment their times and dates are confirmed. I don't know about others but my time is valuable so the expectation of being serviced when I call and make an appoint should stand. Also, I called the servicing location in Buckhead for assistance and was placed on hold for 10-minutes then the line was later disconnected. This is poor customer service at its best. There's no problem when it's time to take our money but when it comes time to providing services we must play the game of cat and mouse. So for new customers who don't want to deal with poor customer service I would suggest you look elsewhere. Please consider obtaining services from another company offering the same products and services. Check with your dermatologist office.

This is my second review for this scam company now that my treatments are complete. This is a joke and buyers BEWARE! I had FIVE Cooltone treatments in 2 weeks AFTER being misled about Coolsculpt. My last treament included a side by side comparison between my first visit and last and shocker... absolutely NO difference! I say shocker because the nurse initially told me I wouldnt see results but because I had already signed the contract i was locked in! What a waste of money! In addition, a nurse told me that they took the money of a 72 year old woman who wanted Ultherapy on her neck even though she was not a candidate. The nurse even admitted it was wrong and they should have never taken her money! The woman was fighting to get her money back but Ideal Image was refusing... in her case the woman had loose/saggy skin due to age which the manufacturer states Ultherapy will not treat -prime candidates are mid 30s to 40s! These people should be ashamed! I wish I could give a -5 stars. Customer service is rude, complaints Case managers are uncaring and extremely slow in response times, scheduling appointments is difficult due to their short staffing issues... definately do NOT recommend. I made an appointment for cheek fillers Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at the Chandler, AZ office. A consultant did a zoom meeting with me and assured me the fillers would be great for me. I had a mini-facelift last November 2020 and we discussed that. Not once did she mention that the doctor there would not approve fillers if someone has had a facelift. I paid $1,575.00 for 2 syringes of filler online in advance. When I arrived at my appointment (50 minutes from my home) I waited almost 30 minutes beyond my appointment time. The nurse took me in a treatment room and informed me that the Dr there would not approve fillers because of my mini-facelift. She suggested I use the $1,575 for other treatments. I do not need any other treatments and declined and asked for a refund. The nurse said they would process the refund but it would be delayed because of the Memorial Day holiday. That was fine, here it is 2 business days after the holiday I have yet to see a refund. Someone even called me to try to get me to purchase laser treatments. I declined and asked about my refund. Their salesperson said she would expedite my refund and have someone call me immediately. Of course, NO ONE HAS CALLED and it has been 2 days, and no refund yet. Also, the consultant that set this up initially did answer me 2 days ago and said she would make sure my refund was processed. It wasn't so I emailed her again and no response. What the heck! I work hard for my money, they would not perform the service I paid for which was not my fault. A refund should have been processed immediately on the day of my appointment. I suspect bait and switch tactics going on here. Which is insane just do the fillers! My facelift Doctor and many other doctors recommend fillers after a facelift.

I have started a dispute for the payment with my bank and I plan to repeat this review on a many social media platforms as possible.

Very dissatisfied (beware) when I made it to my first appointment It was not the same as I was told during my consultation. During my consultation i was told that i was set up and paid for 4 appointments which I was able to schedule the first 2 with the consultant and that the nurse at the local office would schedule the remaining 2 appointments, but when I got to the appointment the nurse said I only had 2 appointments and would have to pay more if I wanted to do 2 more appointments, so I did not go through with the procedure. I called customer service to get the matter resolved asking for a refund because they were trying to make me spend even more money to get what I was quoted and agreed to through my consultation. I was given the run around of course after the call I did not receive a call back so I waited a week and still no call back, so I called and was told that Erin was handling my case and she would call me later that day, which she did not. So I called 3 days in a row, sometimes twice a day, with the same response she was not available and she would call me back. When she finally called back she said she couldn't give me a refund and tried to make me schedule an appointment which would still be the same dilemma so I asked to speak to the manager who also did not help any just tried to make me pay for more appointments or swap to different services which I did not want. I would NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY IDEAL IMAGE, THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CUSTOMER, JUST A MONEY HUNGRY CORPORATION.

HORRIBLE!

I signed up for this service and went one time. It was HORRIBLE! The customer service sucked! And the procedure was so painful! They continued even though I was in pain. I asked for a refund as I didn't want to continue with this. They REFUSE! They said that I was responsible for all of it because I signed a contract. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE! And on top of it they automatically signed me up for a membership, which I did not ask for, and charged me and extra $250 on top of the $1700 for the treatment. They advertise that they have doctors on hand to help advise you and discuss the proper treatment for you. BULL$#*!! There is not such thing in this place! I can't express enough how HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS! PLEASE DO NOT GO! DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY! We need to get these guys out of business! They need to learn how to treat people. NOT LIKE ANIMALS!
