The TV was new in box in perfect condition. The price was very competitive with the best prices on eBay from legitimate sellers. The delivery took a few weeks but was free. The box was not damaged in any way and looked like it just came out of the factory when it arrived. The delivery men were outstanding and plugged it in to make sure it worked before I accepted delivery.
We are very happy with the purchases we made (2 TVs for us and one my friend bought) and the service that was provided by IElectrica and the salesman Sean. They are very professional and know their stuff. I will recommend them to anyone any time.
I understand this watch was cheap but camera doesn't work and not very user friendly or easy to navigate. Wouldn't have purchased even at the price if I knew the quality of this product prior to ordering.
Overall, i am happy. I think you should work on your delivery some. I received a tracking number from the air cargo. It said delivery next day. I called the next day,friday and was told i would get a call monday or tuesday for delivery. My TV sat 20 minutes from my house for 5 days.
Ordered LG OLED65E6P on 1/31/17. Received the TV via motor freight AM trucking on 2/10/17. Unit in perfect condition and working order. Most amazing picture on a TV set I've ever seen! Ielectrica had one of the best prices on the Internet! My third large screen TV purchase on line. And, with establishments like Ielectrica, you can always be confident when you do business with them, they do what say. Great experience here! I highly recommend Ielectrica!
Unfortunately, I had some problems when it came to getting my delivery. I contacted their delivery person multiple times both via telephone and text and ended up having to call in home base multiple times to get things rectified. When that was set up, their delivery truck ended up failing and once again, my delivery got delayed. I realize that part was out of their control but there was little remorse or apology from their actual delivery person. The person who ultimately delivered the TV as well as the people I spoke to on the phone when I did call in were always nice and helpful. Unfortunately, though, it doesn't change the fact that there were significant delays on their part to deliver the item and unfortunately, a poor attitude/service from that one employee. I'd still purchase an item from them and don't want to discourage others from doing so either.
I purchased a high end LG OLED TV from iElectrica and had it shipped clear across the country. My concerns on my first dealing with them were unfounded. They met all my expectations on price, delivery, and service. Highly recommend this supplier.

Everything went perfect with the order. The TV was in perfect condition. Shipping was exactly as described and went extremely well despite bad reviews and being it was around xmas. The communication on shipment status once the delivery was scheduled was actually better then the major carriers as it could be tracked online down to the trucks location and # of stops on delivery day.
Ordered the 65 LG OLED it arrived on schedule without any damage to the box. Hooked up easy and have been enjoying the set every since. I was nervous making a large purchase from a company I had never heard of before. I definitely recommend this company and will purchase from them again.

The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
