Ifax is a handy tool. It has helped me throughout my apprenticeship in the hospital. I could easily fax documents without leaving my desk. My seniors were so impressed with it. They are planning on shifting to the application themselves. An incredible application with its simplicity and user friendly interface.

This is just a scam, I registered and cancelled within 7 days of free trial. Still I got charged 100$(Full year subscription) and the cancellation was not showing in the system. I cancelled on the day I was charged, I asked for refund and just to take one month charge, but no reply
Don't even think about this one.

Ifax team negotiated a customized quote after the demo. It was the cheapest I've been offered by an online fax service provider. The website and application are simple to use. The dashboard is pretty informative. Really happy with the overall services.

Signed up for free trial, sent a 1 page fax then cancelled free trial right then and there. Total transaction time 10 minutes. A week later they billed me for the year and wont return emails. Wish I could give less than 1 star

It's amazing that I can send faxes directly from my computer or google drive and have them delivered as though I actually used a fax machine. It sends you a notification when the fax is successfully delivered and also gives you the option to add a cover page to the document via the app. I highly recommend it!

I bought this app and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I needed to fax some documents and didn't have a fax machine in a 25 mile radius. So decided to try the app and pay for it, but every time I try to take the fax picture it ended up being too dark. So I ended up sending multiple faxes only so that the other person can tell me that they cannot accept them because they are too dark. I really want my money back for this app and advise people not to get it.

I bought this app and you can not subscribe once you are registered. It does not work and it will take away your money. I am looking a way to get my money back and where to report this issue.

It would be much appreciated if any one would suggest where/how to report this scam.

I started signing up because they advertised a seven day free trial. After I put in my card information it took me to a page where I could pick my plan. After seeing how expensive it was, I left the website without finishing signing up. My bank blocked the first charge, then two weeks later they charged me again. I contacted the company and they said they couldn't give me a refund because I purchased a fax number, which they said nothing about. When I replied explaining that I never finished registration I got the same generic response. I never got any sort of welcome email, never used the service and had to set up a password to cancel the account I never created. If you accidentally give them your card number just cancel it because they will charge you!

Ifax is an easy-to-use application with next to no glitches. The application is perfect for all your faxing needs. I get super discounted annual plans every time. The customer care team is supportive and great. They find great solutions to all your problems. Will highly recommend ifax and their services to anyone who needs to send fax online.

I contacted the ifax customer care when I wanted to cancel my subscription. They were diligent and offered me super discounted offers to continue with the services. Sadly, I didn't have the need of faxing anymore and had to decline their offer.

I subscribed to the ifax plus plans for my work during the lockdown. It was easier to send and receive faxes through the application. Ifax allotted me a fax number and I receive all my faxes in my emails. The interface of the application is user friendly which made my job 10 times easier. I tried faxing some urgent papers with another app, but it takes ages to upload the images of the papers. So I uninstalled the app and installed ifax. The application worked amazingly! The papers were added as fax and sent in a matter of minutes.
