It's really straightforward. We went back to our roots in the countryside when The pandemic increased, so being capable of sending faxes from my Android Smartphone is very convenient. Really valuable, and you will have the best Faxing experience ever.
I sent two (FREE) faxes and they took $199-99 from my bank account. I contacted them to cancel and get a refund. They said no refund because it had been more than three days. WTF I didn't knowingly sign up for anything. I just faxed my voting balots to Florida. What a crooked company. BEWARE of this company.
It is a scam, I had the misfortune to be fooled into thinking it is a real business... Once you put in your info you will have a series of frustration and regret, not limited to them trying to charge your card(the 'fax service' doesn't even exist, yet, auto non stop computer generated emails(regardless of you contacting them to cancel)are non stop and relentless. I am trying to figure out who to contact in the UK to get this scam shut down! DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM SITE ANY OF YOUR INFO, YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!

DONT DO IT. DONT FALL FOR THE "TRIAL"! I TRIED TO CANCEL AND INSTEAD THEY CHARGED ME $178.00 FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR! AND (!) THEY CHARGED ME FOR ONE MONTH! THE APP DIDN'T EVEN WORK FOR ME AND I TRIED TO CANCEL IT WITHIN THE 7 DAYS. I AM FURIOUS WITH THEM AND FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME I'VE SPENT UNSUCCESSFULLY TRYING TO RECOUP MY MONEY. THIS IS BS. BEWARE.

Finally found a very convenient app that actually works. By far this is the
Best option if ever I need to fax some documents in a pinch again.
App works, but they won't stop billing. Tried to cancel for two months and won't even respond. They keep billing me.
