I was a little hesitant to purchase this self tanner. I've tanned for years and have also tanned with self tanner at home. The at home tanners just left me sticky, smelly, or looking like an Oompa Loompa. So I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. Let me tell you! Girl! This product is amazing! It is so easy to apply, smell is good, and NO orange or streaking! I'm in love! Just signed myself up for a subscription today! Thanks Il Makiage!

I always have a great experience. Exceptional, fast customer service. I was skeptical about online makeup shopping, but now I tell all of my friends and family about it. I keep trying new products and haven't found anything I haven't liked.

It was ok only thing I didn't like was the second item they ordered to my order I only wanted. The foundation. Nothing else can u remove. It from my order

The customer service department is fantastic! I subscribe to the auto renewal for my foundation and when it came in this month it was WAY too light. (We had went on vacation and even though I wear sunscreen I had apparently gotten a lot more sun then I had realized!) I tried to make the foundation work by using bronzer but it just looked terrible! I emailed customer service and they got back to me almost immediately! I told them my issue and they asked me a few questions about the foundation. After I answered them they immediately sent me another shade of foundation and didn't even ask me to send the one that is too light for me back. They made the exchange painless!

I have been using IL MAKIAGE for over a year now. I have seen so much improvement in my skin! The feel, the look the quality of this product is unmatched.

I was a lifetime MAC customer until they discontinued my foundation (hyper real liquid) during Covid. Since they weren't able to match me at the counter, I pretty much just bought every foundation they had and disliked all of them. They were either too little coverage or thick, greasy, heavy, and uncomfortable for daily wear.

I searched the internet for a product that had nice coverage, yet felt light on your skin and found a ton of great reviews for Woke Up Like This by Il Makiage. I was a little apprehensive about an online quiz accurately choosing my shade, but I figured I would give it a shot.

Shade was a perfect match and I LOVED the coverage and feel! I found my new foundation.

Fast forward to 2024...

I ordered a bottle for my mom sincei got her hooked on the foundation too. Unfortunately, it showed up damaged. I reached out to Il Makiage customer care team via email, and almost immediately received a response apologizing for the inconvenience and telling me they had already shipped a new complimentary bottle!

Amazing product and an absolutely incredible customer care team that has your back!

First time buyer. The site is a Canadian site, however at checkout my $120. Order turned into $200. When I saw the charge on my credit card! At no time on the statement did it show extra fees and exchange

I can't say enough about these products, I have old acne scars and the foundation is so light and covers them completely it's like magic. I recommend to all of my friends and family

I've bought many items from il makiage and they have always been easy to work with, helpful, and very accommodating. A while back I got a product that I wasn't thrilled about and they were so quick to accommodate a return plus sent me a coupon.

I am 72 with a very minor few lines on forehead, tiny ones at eye corners and a med deep one on left side of lip and very minor one on right.
I have used as I saw in ad and nothing has occurred except my face feels like vaseline on it. Tried to get the promised refund, no response..

I have never had a makeup that covered so well, and completely flawless. Using the makeup with other products makes me look 5 years younger.

Been using their Woke Up Like This for a few years! Only product I use! Fantastic on my skin takes years off and the benefits are great!

The color match was really off. Trying to cancel my plan was nearly impossible…why is the only way to communicate is to send an email? I felt like a "hostage" consumer.

After purchasing, I received a code for 20% off of next order. I ordered another item and entered the code. The message said it was not valid.
I felt scammed.

I found exactly what I was looking for, but I wish it was a bit easier. The website doesn't work very well on the default browser for iPhones. Otherwise I love the brand.

I found this company on Instagram and ordered foundation. Customer service is top notch with communication when I had a color matching issue! I've tried both foundations, primer, serum and mascara and have never been disappointed. I even got my daughter in law addicted!

Never received my purchase, very disappointing. I have purchased from this company a few times and never had issues until now.

Products were easy to find and had lots of information about each. I loved the Quiz and it really helped me make a more informed decision. Their products are on the expensive side (especially when converted to CAD dollars) but I'm hoping they are worth it.
