I need to try the product first and see how it looks good on my face because i just purchase the product for the first time

Terrible. Should have been 1 concealer and you shipped 3. Should have been 22 dollars and change. I will be sending 2 back.

The smell is tolerable, not bad. Goes on very easily, didn't notice much for color change at all, even after 3 applications. I am very fair skinned, so usually it's a drastic change with the kind of products. The entire bottle is almost gone after 3 applications, dries quickly, just not enough results to repurchase.

Easy to reorder my favorite products! Customer service is great, which adds to my choosing them again and again.

I am still awaiting my shipping info so that I will know when my package is coming. No updated info so far.

I didn't like it. As I don't wear make up and I didn't realize that I ordered the wrong one. Can I return it? I will not used it and and it a waste

I do not want a subscription I want to order product when I need it. How do I opt out of subscription?

The site makes it easy to place an order, look at order history, and look at new products not used. Thus far, I have loved all of the products I've used. People have noticed a change in my face, that it looks nice and healthy. So far, I love everything I've ordered and can't wait to try more products.

I found your product presentation to be impressive but site navigation was a bit challenging for me.

Products come fast and are nicely packaged. I particularly like the Power up product very smoothing.

Please don't push people before they received their offer. It is very confusing when you propose other things

I've really never had facial issues.worked in corp world and pastoral service…when relocating after 69 from the west coast i found my skin changing.i've tried several products not to look younger …ive worked to hard to get this old but i wanted refreshing comfort and ive found this one thing that makes me happy with a little makeup or none im good

I've purchased different items from Il Makiage and I have not only been very satisfied with the product, but also with their customer service.

I'm on auto ship with IL Makiage Power Polish. Love the product but container, when dropped, immediately breaks top away from bottle making it unsealable, leaving container open & exposed. Impossible to affix top back on, so there's open product with the tube bottom that will not sit up to try to keep. After emailing pics and explaining this is 2nd time this has happened, they emailed back thanking me for reaching out & sending me a complimentary replacement. Customer Service is always #1 on my list. Helps when I already love their products too.

It could be my lack of experience with the process, but it was frustrating and I wasn't able to do what I wanted to do.
I love these products. I wanted to change the color of my mascara and then add a product to my subscription.
I discovered that my mascara was on a separate subscription than my foundation so I wanted it together.
I canceled the mascara and tried to add it to the foundation. First, the brown wasn't available, then I couldn't add the black to the existing subscription, or the other product that I wanted to add.
I had to order them in a onetime order.
I should be able to add them to my current subscription without going through a customer service agent. I don't believe that I have ever been able to do anything on my account without involving someone. I know that it has been operator error in the past, but I believe that I went through the process correctly this time.
I just don't feel the system is very user friendly.
The products are fantastic and I have recommended them to my friends...

I received a code to use so I ordered the primer, a new product I have never tried before. There was not an opportunity to use the code. I reached out to Il Makiage and was told I was not able to use the code due to the fact that this was an existing order. This was a new order and a new product I have never tried before.

It is frustrating to purchase your product. There are constant intrusions by advertisements for subscription orders and other products.

I was a bit skeptical but the foundation is amazing! My skin is pretty good alone but as I am getting a bit older I wanted the natural look to remain. The product is Awesome! I didn't get a free product with my first order as advertised, so in that I'll say be careful of the advertisement

They make it easy to pick and order your foundation. It is my go to foundation and it lasts me a long time.

I LOVE your foundation. I haven't looked back since I started using it. But, when I received my latest order I didn't get my free gift.

I love this brand! Their website is so user friendly. And their customer service is wonderful. I received a reply to a question I had promptly.
