The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.
Items are always as described. Great quality items without breaking the bank. If you don't like a shade there is customer service that helps you with easy returns.
I was offered a birthday gift and wasn't sure of what shade to purchase. I was able to use my phone camera with their site to find the perfect shade for my skin tone which made the process stress free!

Quiz helpful, the multiple upsell attempts prior to confirming purchase made me uncomfortable. Seriously now doubting purchase and quality of product. Feels more like a successful marketing company vs quality skin care line.

I just placed my order so I cannot speak on the product. However, I did not clearly see that the subscription was 90+ dollars until after I made my purchase. I feel a little scammed and disappointed. I was excited to try this brand but just like every other company I feel taken advantage of. I'm hoping we can rectify this situation. I wonder how often this happens with this brand.
I had switched from using the brand "Two Faced" to this and am beyond so happy i did! The primer and foundation are fabulous! The primer goes on smooth and ok only a little is needed and that's the same for the foundation! Neither of the items sit in any acne scars or wrinkles everything blends and sets just perfect! I highly recommend these products even my bestie uses them as well and she loves her products just as much as i do! Thank you for making such high quality amazing products!
I tried to change my foundation shade and the website created a duplicate subscription. What am I supposed to do with 2 bottles of foundation? So aggravating

I've been searching for a foundation for mature skin. The reviews for this product were very good, so I decided to order and am looking forward to receiving the product.
Looks like I changed my foundation shade right after the order was processed. I reached out and literally got a response within 30 mins saying the new shade will be sent out. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfaction at how quickly the responded and that they will send out my new shade. Now that's customer service at its best
I tried the foundation and loved the texture but the color was too dark so I went online and they redid my color with the changes I gave. The new color was perfect and they let me keep the original one which I am giving to my sister.
Not sure why I was charged $98, thought I would only be charged $5.90 shipping for the "try before you buy". A bit misleading
I bought the tanning foam and mitt for $60 something dollars and used it 6 days in a row! It is advertised as a buildable tan so I kept using it. By day 7 it was all gone! HUGE waste of my hard earned money! Save yours!
