The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.
I love all of the products I have gotten, but I wish they have a guide of what colors match which. I would have gotten a lip liner if I knew which would match the lip cream I was getting

I always have dark circles around my eyes and this is the ONLy concealer that doesnt cake and it blends well. Im grateful to whoever invented this. Ordering online is always seamless too ;)

My experience here has been top notch! They're really helpful and understanding. Have any questions message them and they're really helpful! Products are on point and if you have it on auto usually gives you mystery gifts with your order or some percentage off. Very great deals. Haven't tried it yet, get on it and try their products! It won't upset you. What are you waiting for?
I've tried many different brands. This by far is the best foundation I've experienced. The power lift before creates perfection.

I am not sure how I have an add on added to my order. I wish once I purchase something that's the end. The way they keep asking to to add in or consider other products is annoying and now costly because I must have hit something that added $40+ to my purchase and not customer service support over the phone. I now have to play email tag with customer service instead of just speaking to someone once and fixing the mistake.

I had high hopes for Il Makiage but unfortunately the color quiz did not work out for me. My foundation was way too orange. I had to send it back. I purchased a lipstick from them that I have not yet received. I am hoping to have a better experience with the lipstick.

You said if I auto replenished I'd get 10% off this order. I didn't receive it. That makes me mad. Should be 61 dollars not 67. That's why I auto replemished
It is easy to order but I have a problem with a previous order. I made an order on 04-26-24. The money was removed but not put back. Could someone contact me please.
It's ridiculous to have to override the shade selector to find the correct makeup. Not everyone wants matte.
