The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.
I have been ordering IL Makiage for a while now and everything I do, the great color matching and product matching catering to my combo skin is always on point! I have never had to return anything and I genuinely love their products that I have purchased (from makeup to their skincare)

I've always loved Il Makiage and has been using it for a couple years. I never have to use a foundation eversince and I am always getting praises on how natural my skin looks like. This time I went on Autoreplenish but the discount did not reflect and instead I paid more. Pls check my account I got overcharged.
The help with finding foundation, shade, and other products was incredibly easy and really a great feature. I cant wait to try their products!
I have been impressed with their under eye concealer. It's light yet great coverage. Have tried several big dept store brands but always end up back with this one!
I changed my address but the order is going to the old address.
The people at the old address are just going to throw in trash.
There is no option to cancel or modify order.
This is way to expensive to have this problem.

Love this product so much. I've used the concealer and woke up like this foundation for 3 years and I love how long it lasts, even when working outside with cattle on horse back.
My order was placed July 1,2024 but until now I haven't received it.
I ordered an item and use my e-code then they asked me to buy another product for 20% off. I hit the wrong button and immediately said I didn't want the eyeliner but I was told it was too late.

I've tried many different brands of make up and never had an issue with blending like I've had with this make up. It is cakey and settles into my pores.

The company is great and I love their returns policy. I do wish their products were not so heavily scented, sometimes just opening the jar feels like walking into a perfume store which is overwhelming for someone with sensitive skin who favors unscented everything. That said the Power Polish is Amazing! After only one use a coworker commented on how great my skin looked! Also I LOVE the No Filter primer it is so smooth and makes your skin feel fantastic (note that these two are unscented!). I also recently tried the Power Up eye treatment which I liked as well as the Power Lift cream - this seems to be effective and I certainly noticed an immediate improvement in my skin and fine lines BUT this product has an overwhelming scent that takes at least 10 minutes to dissipate, which is also about how long it takes to fully absorb into your skin and you can't do anything else until it does, so I don't recommend for a quick morning routine.
Supposedly my payment for a test was $5.90 dlls and it turns out that they sent me a product with the cost of 49.00 dlls +tax they were a total of $52.87 I immediately sent an email to cancel and they told me they can't cancel! I don't recommend it

It actually doesn't streak, not sure how that's possible but this is the only product I have used that doesn't make me stink or look totally fake
