The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.

I now own several products from II Makiage and I have not been disappointed in any, in fact, I just placed another order and reorder! The lip plumping is the ONLY one I have found that does what it says it will do. I was skeptical of all the new products on the market, but II Makiage has turned me into a believer! Best stuff ever!

They don't give you an option to use your points. So once again, I put in an order without my points and they keep sending me emails to use them before they expire. So frustrating 🙁

Sadly this product did not live up to my expectations after watching ads and assuming it would really work for me. The feel of it on my skin was really nice, however it wound up, clogging my pores and giving me some pimples over time. I have been without pimples for the longest time. I do have sensitive skin so I'm not sure if it's because of that. I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately it did not for me.

The site was a bit slow. Took a long time to finish my purchase.
I signed up to receive texts about the shipment of my order. I then received a text saying for the next 15 minutes they would allow me to get 20% off ANYTHING I chose on the website. I tried to get a matte lipstick and would not allow me to get the discount.

I am not happy with their advertising. I thought we try it for free but no I lied to myself clearly. $141 was deducted from my account instead of $6 shipping fee. 141 for foundation is too expensive for me. May I please get my money back, you may cancel my order. I feel ripped! I have no money left in my account now, how will I survive the rest of this month!
So far, no immediate results as claimed by the videos or other reviews. I have used it 3 days in a row both AM & PM have noticed no change in my skin. Will continue to use it until gone. However, I feel I already know the outcome.

When I went to do the try before you buy with a standard credit card it said my card wouldn't work. When I re-entered the card info, thinking I had entered it wrong, it charged me for the fill price and did not give me the try before you buy. Not good. Hoping they fix it quickly.

I ordered the foundation and the primer. It works very well, although not as well as the ad I watched that got me to purchase it nevertheless ill buy it again because its better than any other foundation and primer I've ever used!
So easy to order and they allowed me to use coupon codes they sent me! I am also receiving a free mascara to try! I just hope they let me know in advance when next shipments are arriving!
I had a problem with ordering one product and they got back to me right away with a resolution. Products are great and customer service is wonderful.
After ordering, I pick up my phone and I look at my messages. The message states to claim your free gift with your order in 15 minutes. Click here. So I do it. Then it says oops sorry too late. Really makes me wonder.

I LOVE this product! I've been using it since 2021, however this would be such a great app for customers like myself. Instead of having to log in from a browser, pulling up the app and all my information already being there and accessible would be so convenient. Also, updating payment information when you get a new card or want to change cards would be easily accessible.
Hi. I was so excited to reorder your product that I even made it a 2 monthly repeat order. I read all the fine print and then I confirmed the order. Low and behold it was telling me I would be charged a 200 and something annual fee, yet no where did it say that before I confirmed. I can not believe your undesirable practices here. So when I get my product, because I canceled but they said it had already been processed even though it was under 1 or 2 hours of confirmation. So when I receive the products I will be sending it directly back back not because of your products, BUT because of your unethical practices of doing business this way. The blush arrived broken into pieces. This time, the foundation did not cover well as I am used to; it was dry and cakey, despite my proper prep. Initially, I was told via email that I could only exchange the broken item. However, when I sent the items I wanted to exchange, they changed their mind without explanation. I thought I had one month from delivery, but apparently, it's one month from ordering, which feels deceptive. The products arrived very late, and while they replaced my foundation, I had to keep the broken blush and bronzer.
