I accidentally clicked on the ad-on product thinking that I was going to get a 20% off code. Now I need to wait until I receive my order to get my $45 back. I was not planning on spending more than $100 on this purchase which is frustrating cause apparently it can't be canceled. The add-on order is a click bait, and now Im hoping the product I was actually interested in meets my expectations.
The Il Makiage website was extremely frustrating and not as user-friendly as so many other site I've visited. It took waaay too long to get the items I wanted into my cart as I had to keep going back to find things and add them as opposed to a link on the cart parge allowing you to quickly return to shopping. Additionally, items in the cart would disappear from the cart and I would need to re-select them. Hopefully the products will be worth the frustration.
This company has one of the greatest customer service and support. Very quick to respond and helpful. Their products are amazing, I have been using the foundation since 2019 and I love it!
Sometimes make up sales can be complicated and risky. All I can say so far is that the quick test was simple. I loved the visuals! And any company willing to let me try the product first before paying is assuring me that they really care & believe in their product. I'm looking forward to being a believer. I've been using iL Makiage products for a few years now. Recently a friend was visiting when my shipment arrived and saw that I had received a full size Lip Crayon Color Rio GREAT COLOR in with my order. After a quick chitchat, she had me order her a Face Primer and the lip gloss that I was sent for free. She just LOVED it and had to have it right away. I heard that her order arrived to her today.
Since I have purchased these products, I have seen a change. I love the new me!

First foundation was way off on the undertone, to pink. The replacement color was just fine but oh god. I've never seen such a watery foundation. It wasn't coming out of the pump it was coming out of the sides surrounding the pushdown. Not the best experience for me.

I had my cart with items in it and you guys sent me an email to get free shipping and 20% off my items. I got the free shipping but not the 20% off. So now my bill is over 200.00 so as often as I have ordered your products if I get ripped off again I will not be ordering again. I left bare minerals for the same reason after they would give you a total and a code. They code some how wouldn't work. I was looking for other companies anway and found and tried you and I was impressed so I have been ordering a lot from you guys. If you can look up my order and take 20% off my total.

After seeing the ad's on FB and watching how the models had their forehead wrinkles Instantly disappear, although I knew that wasn't probably accurate, I decided to try it. I have only been using it for 4 days now and of course my forehead wrinkles have not instantly disappeared, however I am willing to give it a try for a few weeks to see if it will actually smooth out the signs of wrinkles around my eyes and forehead. It is all to be determined.

The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
