The first time i made order, it wasnt my skin tone color, then i contacted them and tbh, the best customer service I've recieved. I've gotten a replacement with no extra fee and since then I've been buying the same foundation, i love the coverage. I'm also thinking of trying other products as well.
Great match and awesome way to help someone like me whos not a makeup person. My only problem was the no filter stopped working after 3 usages. Only 2 pumps each. I dont lnow if it's broken or empty but it appears empty and tgats not good cause this cost the most. The bottle don't allow us to see the contents. Nit good! Other than that I would recommend this product to others.
I saw the ads on Facebook and wanted to try a specific product. I had trouble just getting to the products because those quizzes kept popping up. I wanted to get on the website, find the product and order it. I almost gave up ordering because i didnt feel the site was fast and easy to work with.
I have been looking at the foundation for a little bit now and finally took the plunge.
I ordered the foundation and then there was an advertisement for the matching concealer. Because it was too difficult to back out of that screen and add the concealer to my cart separately, I clicked the link for the duo. The result of this was that a second foundation was added to my cart. There was no question as to whether I actually wanted a second jar. Then when I tried to remove one of the foundations, I had to actually exit the order screen and try to remove the extra foundation from the cart, which didn't actually work either until I backed all the way out and went back into the cart from a different screen. It was such a pain that I almost abandoned the order.
Secondly, every screen pushed the subscription and I had to actually skip the offer on each screen.
Honestly! How many times do I have to say no?
Once I got to the payment screen, that went easy enough. But then, every follow on screen offered something else, that could be 'added to the order', or there was a survey. Sheesh, do the same people that manage Temu also manage this website?
I apply the primer then the foundation. But after putting the foundation some flakes appear on my skin.

This is the Second time I've ordered something and second time that I've waited over a week and haven't gotten a shipping time or tracking number and cannot get anyone to answer me back. You send me all these marketing ads and then I finally buy and then there's no follow through. This product is terribly expensive to have no one answer me and no one tell you your product has been shipped.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
