I've been using iL Makiage products for a few years now. Recently a friend was visiting when my shipment arrived and saw that I had received a full size Lip Crayon Color Rio GREAT COLOR in with my order. After a quick chitchat, she had me order her a Face Primer and the lip gloss that I was sent for free. She just LOVED it and had to have it right away. I heard that her order arrived to her today.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
