Pleasant, directed purchase. I don't usually spend this kind of money on just one product, and I don't feel too queasy about it

After a couple of weeks my wand just snapped and I had to discard the concealer! I emailed customer service and nobody responded. Trying again but be aware if this issue which happened to a friend as well.

I reached out regarding a specific product name and I got an answer quickly. I was then able to place an order for it. Thank you so much.

Everything I have purchased has been amazing. I highly recommend the products. A bit pricey, but some things are worth it every once in a while.

I've been using the products for three years and love them! The prices are a bit high but the foundation is such a great match to my skin that it's worth the price. I do have two areas of frustration: 1. Many of the products are consistently out of stock; and 2. When I click on the concealer link to find my shade, the process is only to find my foundation shade, which I already know. Otherwise, I've had nothing but good experiences. Customer service is always very responsive and helpful, too.

I get all my items in my cart and I can only select the auto delivery option as the skip option is at the bottom and cannot be selected. I needed to order so to get my order shipped I had to select auto delivery. Not happy at all about it.

God forbid you want to buy one simple thing.
I tried to purchase your makeup with your try first option. But your sign up option came up then after I declined that, next came the brush purchase. I donor know what the hell I ended up with. I know I was supposed to only pay shipping for now. I guess we will see what I get charged. Your site is very deceiving.

Ive been a MAC foundation used for many years. I wanted to try Il Makiage after seeing an advertisement by an acquaintance. Incredible is the word i use to describe the foundation (I woke up like this)! It produces a weightless, smooth, matte, invisible finish that literally looks as if my complexion is flawless. I'm hooked!

I love these products I have not been dissatisfied with one I've tryed. The only issue I've had is trying to slow down the shipments they are a little to frequent I would like to space out more.

Irritating. Even though I expressed I DID NOT WANT THE AUTOMATIC REORDER of your product, you ignored it. Four months later I find myself being ignored again when you tried to bill me for another order. Again, when I communicated to your customer service literally a few days ago how I didn't order, I canceled long ago and didn't want them to process the charge, I was ignored and find the product delivered to my door this morning. You are forcing this crap down my throat. It's a "You're going to take this like it or not" sale. My patience with you people are done. You won't honor my request to cancel and will force your product & charge against my request to NOT PROCESS THIS ORDER, you leave me no other choice. This fiasco and bad business has been forwarded to my bank and to my attorney. Your goods are with my attorney as evidence along with my record of calls and emails. Let the people who read this be forewarned before they order. This in NOT a false review. This is nothing but truth.

Very frustrating experience trying to order! I just wanted to order another bottle of foundation, not all the items I last ordered nor did I want the auto replacement option. Never did figure out how to do that so signed up for auto replacement but then got message item would ship in October! Doesn't do me much good now.
I like the product but hate the web site and ordering process.

The color was way off from my skin tone. I really would like to try the product but am worried about purchasing again and getting the wrong color.

After testing and trying different makeup foundations I decided to go back to II Makiage, no makeup looks as Natural as IL Makiage and another fabulous plus you have is that the color will be so precise to your skin. The makeup includes moisturizer which result's fabulous for skin fine lines. Very satisfied since the first time I purchased it. I defenitly recommend it.

I am 58 years old and I can't go without Power Lift. It took my puffiness away under my eyes. I give this product 5 stars!

Disappointed in my first purchase hopefully this won't disappoint. My first purchase the no filler poreless base smoothing primer was basically empty.

They went through questions that helped find the colors I needed. We're very thorough. I got messages in my text of what I bought and how I could upgrade, which was very helpful all around excellence.

I was overcharged because my coupon didnt take unless i added a second item, which should've been free, then an additional item was added to my order because the "skip" option wasn't highlighted and so I hit the "claim 20%" option to go to the next screen and was automatically charged! Not happy and will be canceling my subscriptions.

I put the wrong item in my cart and could not remove it. It is something I will use eventually, I just didn't need a refill on it now.

It goes on smoothly, but I really don't care for it. I get the same results as any other make up that I have purchased.

I just got a wonderful deal on 2 botttles of the self tanning product. It cant get any better than that!
This self tanner is the absolute best (and I have tried several over the years) I will always order this tanner when I am finished with these two bottles.
