The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.

I subscribed to the automatic renewal for every 4 months and then received an upgrade offer for an annual subscription. I accidentally clicked on the annual one, and I tried to stop it from going through. Now I have charges on my PayPal for two amounts! One in the amount of 101.70 U.S and the other for 223.07 U.S.! If I had wanted the upgrade to annual it should have stopped my original payment. As it stands I have two charges and I only wish to subscribe to the 101.70 U.S. NOT the annual charge. I have sent an email requesting a refund for the annual charge. Please ensure this fixed immediately! This is truly disturbing. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated!
The description said free trial and after paying for the shipping costs mentioned that it is not free
I enjoy simplicity of the number of products, not overwhelming.
My mature skin needs a CC foundation for age spots. I have slight wrinkles and Matt finishes I tried look like powder on my face.
This was a very unpleasant shopping experience. Il Makiage insists that you choose auto renewal over and over again. They even try to trick you into accidentally doing so. I am offended.

My original order was just for eye gel. For some reason the pore stuff was ordered. I tried to cancel with no result. I probably will not not order this way again. I didn't want to spend that kind of money. Would like to return and get my money back.
I didn't authorize the both products just the eyebrow gel. This happened the last time I ordered. It seems to get put in as I am ok'ing the purchase. I love this product but I don't think I'll be reordering.
Was using this makeup and due to summer my shade was getting to light. I was past my 30 days but customer service was amazing and helped me get the right one and sent it out free of charge. This company is amazing and definitely cares that you're happy and satisfied with your items. I will forever be a long time user and now have my sister loving the product.

I found Il Makiage mascara during the Pandemic. I was thrilled that in spite of wearing a mask daily for 32 years I could still look good. This mascara makes my scant eyelashes look lush and never bleeds, even when I work out.
I love each product that I have. The mascara is to die for. Perfection.

I purchased a shade I thought would be right but it turned out to be a little off. I emailed customer service, they responded within a couple minutes asking questions about what wasn't right and I already have a new replacement on the way at no charge! I'm very happy!
