The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.
It's the 5th time you sent me the wrong number make up. Even o had to cancel my membership

It's easy to find your match and so many products and choices.
I wrote in about it but didn't get a response and I had to place another order.
I absolutely love the foundation. I am 70, and I cannot believe the number of times that others have commented on how good I look without makeup. I am tempted to say I AM wearing makeup, but that would defeat the purpose:-). The downside is to watch the delivery dates on your account, I have a lot left of the first bottle of foundation, but yet they sent me a second bottle without notice. "Money-back guarantee" still means you have to pack up and return the darned thing.
The ordering process was very efficient and easy. Once I receive the product, they'll be more to share. ;)
I ordered the foundation a couple month ago and I must say it is great. I love the match. It has always been hard to find a perfect match for my skin tone. I also purchased the exfoliator and it is perfect!
Did the perfect match questionnaire which offered a free 14 day trial where you will not be charged unless you decide to keep the product. I paid the $5.90 for shipping + tax, and was also charged a second time for the full amount of this "try before you buy" foundation. This company is dishonest, do not recommend.

Customer service was prompt with a helpful response regarding website navigation, but please add a way to deny the free gift or have some choice of it, I don't wear eye makeup and hate throwing away unused items. That's my only suggestion since I really like the products I purchase from you.
I was given a 10% off coupon code but could not find a place to use it anywhere in the ordering process. I hate it when websites make ordering difficult

I was really pleased with the easy ordering process.
They are straight up false advertising. Not only did I get charged fully on the same day of placing my so call trial period order. But they also said sorry we can't do anything to stop the order when I asked to cancel it within minutes.

I tried Il Makiage products for the first time about 4 months ago. I have had nothing but a great experience with their products and their customer service. I am now a subscriber and will continue to be a loyal customer.
I opted to do the subscription but it didn't give me the discount for it. I received an anniversary e gift code and it didn't include the subscription discount with the $10 e gift code, only the e gift code. Disappointed.
The purchased product did not meet expectations. The color of the fluid did not match my skin tone, although I took the test on the website. The jar is leaking in the bag.

I really like the coverage of this foundation and how they work with you to find the right shade. I did not give them 5 stars because I have twice had issues with my order and had to email back and forth several times to get it corrected. Most recently I ordered 2 tubes because of a sale (Buy one, get one at a discounted rate). However, only one was sent. My first email included my order number, and a screen shot of my order. Yet the very next email from them was asking for my order number! I was probably dealing with a bot, but still, it took more effort than it should have. They did apologize, but did not expedite shipping, so it took another 7-8 days to get to me. I have ordered cosmetics from Australia that got here faster than that!
I was charged for 2 eyebrow pencils but only one was in the box. Poor quality assurance. Please send refund!
