The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.

Love the foundation and the primer. Once I found my shade, I have been in heaven with my foundation. Matches and covers but doesn't look heavy or obvious at all!
All of the products have worked fantastic. The foundation and concealer were a perfect match with great coverage. The power lift plumping cream. Gabe my face a glow and reduced my finger lines.
Only issue was the mobile display in the checkout was almost impossible to enter a promo code and it would freak out and go blank or I couldn't get to it.
I had issue with deciding my color. The color match work perfect! Also when my product came it was damaged and quickly replaced. Excellent customer service.

The site has prompts to get you into X Y Z purchases or add one or subscriptions. The add ons feel random. The site also had trouble discerning between a drop down tab selection and an item selection, glitching out. Not the best on mobile, but at least they did not have a chat box constantly asking to help. It is *relatively* a standard difficulty on mobile shopping, so not ideal. Wish I could just pick this up at Sephora.

Once product dried I was left with white powdery substance on my face. It did not smooth out my fine lines either. I will be returning it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product, yes it is expensive, hopefully over time their prices will be more affordable to joe public, however the product it's self?! OMG! I love it! I love love the primer, it is like wearing silk on my face. I just ordered the wrinkle filler, and the hyaluronic cream so I am excited and waiting to see how they compare to other products I already have. So far II Makiage has proven to be the better product far superior in my opinion. I have been replacing my old product with II Makiage product because I love the feel, how it wears and how easily it goes on.
I'm hopeful that the product will work as well as described. I need it to!
