The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.
My daughter uses Il Makiage products and loves it so I thought I would give it a try. Super easy to order, loved the quiz to find my right shade. Hoping shipping is fast so I can get started with all the products I ordered.
I k went on the site to renew my subscription for the foundation and wanted to add the exfoliator to the existing order but the website kept bouncing me back and forth between a cart with the foundation and a cart with the exfoliator. I do have sketchy internet so I gave up and figured I'd try again the next day only to find the same thing. In the end my order went through twice somehow, the same products, yet two different prices! I immediately emailed customer service to have one of them cancelled and was emailed back that it cannot be cancelled. So I'm just going to return it once it arrives because I don't have the budget to keep both at the moment. If I didn't already know I loved the product, I would have given up so I feel like you might be missing out on potential customers due to the website not being so great.
It's fine, but the problem I have with your company is that you constantly ask me to review everything. If I have a two minute interaction with you on line, I'm asked to review the transaction. Everything has to be reviewed in your world and sometimes there's nothing to say so PLEASE stop. I like the product which is why I'm placing an order.
I love love every product I have tried, especially the foundation. The customer service team is absolutely amazing, do everything they can to make any mishap right and really go above and beyond for there customers. Ill never use another foundation.
I haven't received any products from this company yet, but my first impression is that they don't take no for an answer. The try before you buy seems great, but then they ask you 5-6 times if you're SURE you don't want to subscribe, which would mean you're not trying anything before buying. Then when I broke down and agreed to a subscription without even getting the product yet, they asked me repeatedly if I want to add items onto my order, then asked if I wanted to pay for the whole year's subscription up front. I really really hope that this makeup is worth it, because the buying process has been annoying.
All of the products that I've ordered have worked as promised or better.

I dicided to place order however I was getting more prompts to add on items I wasn't interested in at the time. Then I was getting multiple ads for auto ship. I want to try the product before I commit to auto ship. Then I was getting more prompts to add special "free gift" with my order that wasn't really free. I had to commit to auto ship to get my "free" gift.
I've been a customer for several years for skin care products and makeup. Great products. The best customer service. Gifts with every auto replenish makes me feel spoiled but also gets me to try new things which I love.
I have the make up, now I'm going to try the primer and the new redness cream. I love the personal touch of the skin tone matching make up. I don't wear it all the time, but as a redhead, I need the perfect shade.
I was charged $132.50 for an item that was advertised as $5.20. This is deceptive pricing, and I feel completely misled. I immediately requested a refund and canceled the order, as I wouldn't have gone through with it had I known the actual cost. Very disappointed with this experience.

It's always easy to order/reorder. I love "I woke up like this" and have tried many other brands and types of foundations/skincare. This one works the best - especially with the applicator brush.
Pretty easy online all the detailed information is there. They also send a discount as your first time buyer however it is still pricey products. Will willing to try. Hopefully it works!

I only ordered mascara, yet when I saw the summary, there was also a wrinkle filler foundation primer that I did not add. Please take it off my order!
Hey! I have been buying co products for almost 3 years now. I like the power redo cream. However the color boss squad is avg! It doesn't come with brush? I feel it's overpriced at 47$$.
Also i placed two orders which were supposed to come with mystery gifts- usually a full sized product. Instead i got one scrunchy😑 with both. The mystery is the best part of il-makiage orders! Failed tp impress this time.
Gave 2 stars because they made it right with the try if free makeup. Now I bought the pore primer and it wasn't any different than the $5 elf primer. I'm really wanting to like these products but keep getting disappointed.
Dear IL MAKIAGE:
I am not happy! I received the Power Rewind Eye Tightener, but after only one use the cream does not go out anymore. I opened the jar, and the tube was broken inside and that's why the cream can't come out. I paid $54 and I can't use it.
Please send me a new one or credit the amount.

The website was efficient and easy to use. I'm hoping it matches my color and is a good foundation. I have sensitive skin and most foundation makeup look horrible on me. We shall see!
This is by far that best foundation I have ever used! The color is perfect. The best thing is that it's not heavy, I feel my skin can still breathe. I went on a four month delivery because I ran out and other foundations that I had to use to cover me until it got delivered was a horrible experience! I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION
Although the original product didn't work out for me (unfortunately), the customer service I received when I was returning the product was extremely helpful and I had no issues. I have now ordered an eye pencil which I'm sure will work for me - since I was out what I currently use! I can't wait to try it.
I absolutely LOVE the "Woke Up Like This" foundation, but trying through the buying process is just ridiculous! The constant upselling, the maze the site puts you through, trying to trick you into adding more products to your cart is extreme. Three separate boxes to add to cart, the first one tries to get you to subscribe, the second box wants you to add a product, the third box is a straightforward add to cart. And then the cart itself has multiple pop-ups of other products to add, and at the end, when you're not sure if you've made the purchase or not yet, there's a multiple question quiz that was so annoying, I finally closed the tab and checked to see if my order went through or not via email. If I didn't love their products as much as I do, I would NEVER buy from this company again ever. It's such a hassle!
