The coupons always get me. How can I pass on them makes these products the same price or cheaper then drug store products and they are way higher quality

The site has to many interruptions when you want to place an order. Also, when logging in with email address it insists on sending a link, another time waster in my opinion.

I love ILMakiage serums and creams as well as all their products. I was only disappointed because I placed my order just before going to bed last night. I found a text this morning giving me 15 minutes to get a free full size gift but unfortunately did not see it till this morning and missed out 🙁

I've seen several online ads for IL Makiage foundation makeup. I don't usually wear a foundation but will be attending my niece's wedding in September, and want to look fresh and renewed (gotta hide some of these lines and wrinkles!) I was really pleased at the ease of finding my colour shade with your quiz, and hope that when I receive my IL Makiage product I will be equally pleased, and that it will live up to your claims. I read several of your testimonials from women who are using your IL Makiage foundation and they have incredibly high praises for your product. I'm excited to see if I will experience the same joy.

I opted for the "try before you buy" option. I received an email July 18 stating my order had been sent. Cpl days later I was given a 15$ egift because my shipment is now delayed. I was also told that I will not be charged anything until my order is received and only then will the trial begin. It is now August 15th and the shipment has never arrived and my bank account was charged 122$ (Canadian) the full amount of trial products. I'm upset, frustrated and am feeling like I was scammed.

I chose the wrong foundation color. The great customer service made up for the disappointment of that. The people at this company knows how to make their customers happy and satisfied.

I did the 4 month thing on both items I ordered but I don't think then end price was correct. I'm not going to renew again because it was so confusing.

I took the quiz to find my color and ended up needing to order on a different date than I took the quiz. Since I knew what shade I needed I wanted to go back to the website and order it. It was moderately difficult to find without taking the quiz again. I was able to find it without taking the quiz again but it took several minutes to figure it out. It could have been easier but overall it wasn't that bad.

If I could only pick 1 thing that's the most reason for shopping here, it would be the regular coupons I am offered! Ppl forget that even the elderly and disabled want good skin care and makeup but on a lower income like social security disability, getting paid less and once a month it is very difficult to afford these things. These coupons have allowed me to buy good products that I could never afford without these coupons! And in today's world 10% is nothing so a $15 or $20 coupons is very helpful! Thank you IL Makiage for making your quality products available to everyone with these coupons!

While the foundation doesn't settle into your lines, I felt it was a little too light and it did not cover my dark spots even after using a primer and a concealer. Smells pretty good.

I really love this product and the fact that a little goes a long way is great (especially since I am on a tight budget). I was also very impressed with the quick delivery. I was expecting my delivery to take longer but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived at my door within two days of placing my order.

The first time they charged my bank account that followed the trial period was too much and too early. That caused an overdraft charge that I had to pay. Then the color wasn't quite right. They did send out another color to try and I'm not sure of it either? I have a wedding coming up so I decided to give it a second try and placed an order for the foundation. I have not received it yet; although I do have TWO charges from them on my card one day apart!?! My experience thus far has NOT been pleasant!

I ordered it on 8/30/24, thinking surely I would have it by now.

It won't arrive until 9/10/24. If IL MAKIAGE wants TIMELY reviews, maybe they should have selected a company other than DHL that did absolutely nothing with the package until 9/5/24.

Ridiculously slow.

While I like the products from IL MAKIAGE, the company's customer support is terrible. I received an e-gift for my birthday—a "buy one, get one free" offer. However, when place an order with the code, thingking all is good, when the comfirmation email came it said- one item ordered. I reached out to customer support, and initially, they told me I needed to order two products to get one free. Then they simply said, "Well, bad luck. You can try to roder somthign again and use the code. There's nothing we can do.

There are plenty of cosmetic brands that offer great products and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, IL MAKIAGE isn't one of them.

I adore the Primer! My skin feels so silky. I stopped wearing any cream form Foundation over 15 years ago, as it just crept into my deep wrinkles. I am sooo happy that I can wear Foundation again.
I just ordered your wrinkle solution and can't wait to try that. I know it's going to a big help. Wonderful products all so inexpensive that most women can afford it because you use so little.

The power wash is one of the best products I have use for my face and chest in many years as a 50 four-year-old aging woman.This product gives me a youthful glow and soften look that is unbelievable.

I purchased the foundation a while back and it's an amazing product so I decided to try another product to blur out your wrinkles and fine lines I can not wait to receive it so I can try it out I'm sure it's going to be as perfect as the foundation is.

Your site is easy to order on, which is great! I just don't like being asked so many times if I want more products. Then afterwards the texts and emails doing the same thing. Love the products, easy to order.

I didn't realize that I was signing up for an automatic refill program. I do not like that. Please cancel my order immediately!

I took a great chance when letting Al pick my color. All other self tanners have left me orange & streaky. Not this one. It was a perfect match! I highly recommend this product!

I have purchased products several times and the two I can't live without are Power Lift and Power Redo. It's like magic in a bottle! People cannot believe I'm 47 yrs old. Absolutely wonderful products!

The Long Wear Eye Pencil was marketed as being for the lower lash line and the waterline, but it does NOT glide on as most of the other brands do. It should definitely NOT be marketed for use on the waterline. I am very disappointed.
