I accidentally ordered something I didn't mean to because the 20% offer confused me. Ideally, this would not happen on a website. I understand that they need to make money but I'm too old for this.

Everything else about Il Makiage is great.

My experience is exceptional and love love the products. I will keep ordering from them as long as I can, absolutely great! No words can describe it, just exceptional. Thank you

...and just started self-tanning. My friend recommended the foam tan. So I ordered it. Then a primer was offered for 20% off and I figured it was a pre-tan primer. So I tapped on it to get more info and without even a confirmation I got a notification that it automatically used my payment from previous order and applied it to the primer. Eventually finding out it is NOT a tan primer. It's for makeup. Which makes sense seeing as how this is mostly a makeup site. BUT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE WHY IT WAS OFFERED TO ME AFTER ORDERING A TANNING PRODUCT. Seems intentionally misleading. Tried cancelling the order but OF COURSE it's not possible. So now I have a $50 makeup thing coming that I have zero use for. These maneuvers feel very greedy and sketchy to me so I will not be ordering again out of principle to not support companies like to that.

I love the products that I get from them makes my skin feel young and hydrated. It's one of the best products that I've bought online in a very long time.

I luv your foundation it is thee only foundation I have ever found that does not accentuate my creases in my 53yr old complexion. It always looks nice, all day.
However, I don't like that I have to be so careful on your website cause it just keeps offering more & more.

I WAS TRYING TO GET THE BEST DEAL ON MY FOUNDATION AND IT AUTOMATICALLY PAID FOR A YEARS WORTH OF FOUNDATION AND NOT JUST THE FIRST MONTH...DID NOT BUDGET FOR ALL THREE MONTHS AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO MAKE CHANGES

I love the glitter eye pencils. Use them everyday! I love the mascara and lip pencil stick too! Recently starting using the skin care and loving all their product line..

I can't rate anything, cause I can't even find my order! My account has been charged $155! You'll think if I spent that much I should have some information!

I buy the under eye concealer. I have always used it and I love it. They sent me a $15 coupon which made me decide to re-order it, as it is $30. I appreciate the coupon. Every little thing helps.

I don't wear makeup everyday. I love the way it goes on and the overall look. I feel like I'm not wearing any foundation. I have bought several of their products and love them all.

Ordering g was easy, but all the questions after was to much asking questions about my hair and then wrinkles to much.I just want to place my order and be done.

It kept saying I was to receive free shipping, but when I checked out I did not get free shipping.
My order is a one time order. I do not want recurring orders.

I've used lots and lots of self tanner over the years and this is by far the best! Goes on super easy. The mitt that comes with it makes it hard to miss spots like I have in the past. It seems to dry really quickly and last longer than any other I've used.

After ordering a trial of the foundation, I got an additional email saying I added on "no filter" for an additional $41.79… I did not add this extra add on.

I just looked at the final order confirmation and the item is being sent to the correct person. I made the mistake. Please correct my previous rating.

The team did replace it but only work 5 a $30 egift. I still had to pay $24. It this next primer isn't full And doesn't last me at least 5 months, I will never buy ilmakiage again and I will tell My friends and family to stop buying from them too. I love this product but 6 uses only is TOTALLY WRONG! HOPING ILMAKIAGE makes this right@!

The questionnaire can be tricky when determining your skin type, but that's what makes Try before you buy perfect.

I do like the questions asked and pic used to target the right shade. I ALWAYS have a hard time finding a good match. Can't wait to get it so I can see if it is my shade.

Not really free. After choosing a promo.
Plus u had to fill out a survey of questions that in the end led to their 14 day trials. Viola free gift.
Also too many emails with same type of promos.
But u did ask for it by checking the box!

I have been using Lancome for 41 years and I have taken care of my skin and I am very pleased with my smooth neck area. I am now 71 and am told I look 55.

I really like the product, I feel like I don't know how to use it entirely. I wish more information came with each product so that I could be sure that I'm applying it properly.

I placed an order using PayPal. Looks like I was billed for 2 more items and an add on order of Power Renuw Cream. Not sure how this happened. I only ordered the Power Lift.
